Enjoy a relaxing vacation in an adorable, cozy beach cottage. Located in the North End, just 4 houses from Corinthian & a short block to one of the best beaches in Ocean City. Close to rides & the shops without all the congestion.
Our Delancey Place Garden Apartment boasts an open-concept design, with the kitchen seamlessly connected to the living area. The two bedrooms and bathroom flow into this space, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere. Take advantage of the fenced and gated porch, where you can relish the ocean breeze while keeping your little ones safe.
Our Delancey Garden Apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. You can enjoy cable TV, internet, and WiFi (shared with the upper cottage) during your downtime. Rinse off the sand and salt from the beach in our outside enclosed hot/cold shower (shared with the upper cottage). We have included all of the conveniences of a home such as a dishwasher, stove, cooking equipment, microwave, ice maker, and a washer & dryer in the apartment.

This unit is beneath the upper cottage (VRBO listing 1544640) so you will hear activity above.
There is NO OFF STREET PARKING but once you park your car & settle in, you can easily walk to the beach, boards, Brown's Donuts & local restaurants & grills.

Perfect Getaway weekened

My friend and I stayed for a 3 day weekend and it was perfect. The house is located on a quiet street which was ideal since we planned this trip to read all weekend. The house was super cute and exactly what the listing said it would be. 10/10 would stay again.

Great location

The property was exactly as described. We did get a lot of noise from the upstairs tenants but it was clearly noted in the description. Off street parking was hard to find for us to find Memorial Day weekend. The closest spot was 1/2 a mile away, but that was also clearly mentioned in the listing. There was a driveway that could be used for unloading/loading. The beds and couches were comfortable. The property was clean. Perfect location - close to beach and boardwalk. I would highly recommend this property!

Happy to be in Ocean City New Jersey

The electronic key pad didn't work - they came to change the batteries but it still didn't work. We used the extra key they dropped off. The noise from upstairs was more than just a little - the house/widows creaked and popped every time they walked around and the kids above us jumped around a lot. They were up at 7am and so were all of us - every morning. The bedroom that has the bunk beds has no air conditioning vent so you have to keep the door open to stay cool but the unit worked really well and was quiet. The dish washer was broken before we got there, no notice, and they took the last hour and a half of our rental time to instal a new one. The location & distance to the beach is fabulously close. The front porch is a bonus of extra living space. The layout is very open and there is lots of space inside. Easy to find parking after the weekend. The owners were very nice.

A nice getaway

The garden apartment worked beautifully for us. Very comfortable and close to the boardwalk and beach. The only thing missing was toilet paper when we arrived!

Great Location!

Easy and convenient access to the beach and boardwalk. We really appreciated the outdoor shower with the removable showerhead for showering off the sand of our two boys. Upon arrival, we found a few things could have been cleaner. But overall, we had an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Great location and communicative owner!

This is a great place to stay with your family. It was perfect for the 4 of us and a great location. The owner got right back to us with answers. It has been updated too! I would say to bring anything you would need as kitchen supplies are limited. It was clean overall, but under beds, couches, and inside drawers were not cleaned at all. We would definitely book again!

Property was immaculate and check in was easy. The house smelled so clean. Amy was extremely accommodating and kind. She was quick in responding to all questions and ensuring we had all we needed. Location cannot be beat and was great for quickly getting our almost 3 year old to the beach and back. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The grill is charcoal so remember to bring charcoal if you plan to use. The outdoor hose and shower were also convenient for washing down ourselves and the kid before going into the house. We sat on the porch morning and night and had a couple meals there at the table. Having a first floor unit was key with the toddler and my pregnant wife! We plan to book again.

Great for a small family

This ocean city north end garden cottage was the perfect location for access to the boardwalk and beach! Our 1 year old was able to move around freely without stairs. He loved walking on the porch with a locked gate. The house was very clean with comfortable beds. Spacious enough for four!

Excellent Getaway

Everything was seamless. Check in was a breeze. Everything that was needed was there. Block and a half from the beach. Quiet area of the island, for sure. Just the right size for our family of four. Since there is no parking spot with the unit expect that if you move you will probably have your spot taken. Bring your walking shoes. Had a great time and would book again.
