Beautiful Beach Retreat - Breezy Upper Deck, Cruiser Bikes + Beach Gear

A private 2nd floor (no other balconies on either side of you) 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with Pottery Barn living room furniture and comfortable beds in every bedroom. Sleeps 6 adults OR 4 adults and 4 kids comfortably. This house is on one of the best blocks in Ocean City. A tree-lined, well manicured street provides a short walk to the beach and boardwalk (400 yards). You can almost smell the donuts from Browns in the morning! Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for family meals. Open floor plan makes it easy to relax inside and out. Wrap-around front deck with plenty of outdoor seating/dining space for everyone in the house. Living room and all bedrooms have flat screen TVs with Amazon Fire + YouTubeTV and WiFi throughout. Off street parking for one vehicle and enclosed outside shower. Tons of board games and puzzles for rainy days or family game night. If you have little one’s a pack-n-play and booster seat is stored below the stairs. Three (3) cruiser bikes, propane gas grill and other amenities including beach chairs and toys to use for the week.

Ocean City is a family resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean 15 miles south of Atlantic City. The beaches are lifeguard protected during the summer season and there are dedicated surfing beaches. In addition to the 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, restaurants and The Music Pier - an entertainment venue for concerts and other events.

Property was clean, super close to the beach, and out of the way of most of the crowds (still has boardwalk access though). My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Perfect for a long weekend getaway. If you love the north end, you’ll love this location. The home was comfortable and well-stocked. We made use of the bikes, chairs and umbrella- it was so nice to not have lug all that down in the car! We loved our stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Beachy Family Retreat

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for, and more. Chrissy was amazing to work with and made sure we were fully prepared before our arrival. The house was stocked with all the essentials needed for an excellent beachy vacation. We would love to come back for another family getaway down at the shore!

Convenient, easy beach access, less congested than other parts of OC. Owner provided bikes, beach chairs, and beach toys which helped limit things we needed to bring. The house was the right size for our group and was well equipped.

The Best Spot in O.C.

Cleanliness, accessibility to beach, good communication with owner, layout of property (loved having 2nd floor with wrap around deck ), equipment for fun activities- bikes, chairs, toys, boogie boards, clarity of items we need to bring: blankets and extra pillows available, ability to get into the house before 4 o' clock. It just felt like our home away from home. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Great vacation spot

This is a great place for a vacation. Close to the beach and boardwalk. The house is very clean and well equipped. The outside covered deck has wonderful breezes and is great to use as extra gathering spot. We had two toddlers so it was a perfect place to be outside but keep them contained. Chrissy was extremely accommodating. She’s very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great place in a great neighborhood

The house was very clean and well cared for. The beach equipment and bikes were of good quality and saved us having to bring our own. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful but also very close to restaurants, ice cream and the beach.

Great home for family weekend getaway!

Great location walking distance to beach. Clean, bright space that was just as advertised. Tons of space for the four of us - could definitely rent with another part of our family next time. Beautiful wrap around balcony with nice deck furniture and lights. Would have spent more time outside but it was a chilly weekend unfortunately. Owner was great to communicate with and was able to get us in early to check in which was great with young kids. Very clean only would recommend replacing shower curtain liner in main bathroom. Overall excellent experience! Thank you!

Wonderful Experience

My family has a great vacation and this house contributed so much! It was perfect for a family with young children as it was spacious and easy walking distance to the beach. And we loved the outdoor deck.

Wonderful Beach Home

Great location north of the island and in walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and several restaurants without having to worry about the busy roads. We really enjoyed relaxing on the outside deck in the evenings and enjoying breakfast in the mornings at several places all in very short walking distance. Communication with Chrissy was quick and easy with all the info we needed for our stay. Such a wonderful place to call home for the week!

Excellent stay in OC!

We had such a great week at Chrissy’s house, it had everything we needed and more! Nice, quiet location, the house was very clean and came with a fully stocked kitchen, games for the kids, bikes, beach tags…the list goes on and on. The best part about renting was the owner - she’s extremely accommodating and responsive. Thank you so much!!

Perfect shore retreat

My family and I loved staying in Chrissy's home so much that we reserved it again for the same week next year before we even left. The home is clean, well-appointed, and sits on one of the most charming streets in Ocean City. We enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning and happily walked to Brown's a block and a half away for fresh donuts one morning. My daughter learned to ride a two-wheel bike on one of the beach cruisers in the garage, and pedaling behind her on the tree-lined street at sunset is a memory I'll treasure forever. 100% recommend this property — and having such a pleasant experience with Chrissy made it that much better!

The perfect home away from home

We came up for my mother in law’s memorial service and wanted a beach distraction to come back to. This was perfect. Chrissy was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our trip so smooth and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

Great house for weekend getaway

This was a really great house for my family of four, plus my mom. We stayed for a long weekend in October and it was just what we were looking for. Just a hop, skip and a jump from Brown's doughnuts (the best around) and walks on the beach. The beach chairs and bikes were an added bonus. We ended up with some rainy days – but it didn't matter. We had a great time and the owner, Christine, was easy to work with. We would come back.

Perfect weekend getaway

My husband and I booked this property for a weekend getaway. So happy we did. The property is beautiful. The house was spotless. We loved riding the bikes to the beach, sitting on the deck with drinks and listening to the ocean at night. The home owner was great to deal with. We had no problems/issues and are already looking forward to next year.

My husband, my two daughters and myself loved this rental! Updated features all throughout the house, private deck with a nice covered area. Great location that is close to cafes and restaurants and just a quick walk to the beach!

Happy weekend

This was a perfect rental for me and my family. We traveled with a young toddler and another family (parents, two young kids) and were very comfortable. The rental has a lot of windows and feels very open and sunny. It was very clean, modern, and a short walk to the boardwalk. Christine (the property manager) was very responsive whenever we had a question. Her replies were within minutes of us sending an email. The rental had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked which made meals super easy. The patio was very pleasant and had comfortable furniture. There was a large dining room table with plenty of seating and a table on the patio for even more. There was also beach supplies in the garage—bikes, toys, chairs, etc. We would recommend this place to anyone interested in finding a comfortable and clean place to stay in Ocean City.

Just as described with really nice touches

The description of this shore house is very accurate -- open, bright, with the perfect amount of space for 4-6 people to stretch out without feeling lost like you can in some of the cavernous shore properties. It's on a quiet, very well kept street that, with the beach bikes provided, is a just a short ride to get down to the busier parts of the boards when you want. The beach is walkable, but the beach blocks at this end of town are longer than normal, so the bikes make it a quicker trip down. There are a few restaurant options within walking distance as well. There's a great covered front porch... board games and beach equipment are included. It is on the top floor, so you do have some stairs to get up into the property in case that's something you need to take into consideration. The owners are really easy to work with and you can tell that they've been renters themselves before, because they've included small touches that make staying in a place that (unfortunately) isn't your own that much better. Definitely a good spot.

My wife, son and I stayed here for a week this past July. Also, had my mother-in-law stay for a few nights. Plenty of space, and very clean unit. Great location. Christine, the owner, was in great communication with me leading up to our arrival. I would 100% rent from her again, and look forward to staying there again at some point in the future.

Perfect Beach Retreat

This could not have been more perfect for us! The home itself was beautiful, stylish, and well equipped. The outside deck was amazing with plenty of privacy! The location was ideal! Short walking distance to the beach - close enough to the boardwalk to enjoy but not be bothered by! Local area restaurants were great.

My name is Chrissy Brown. I grew up in King of Prussia, PA and now live in Princeton, NJ. I have been going to Ocean City my whole life, always staying with friends and family. In 2015, I finally got to buy a beach house for my family on one of my favorite streets in Ocean City. We picked a place that is comfortable for our family of 5 - three teenage girls. We love having the top floor unit for the breezy deck with open views and are lucky to have a great neighbor below us. We have decorated the house to be comfortable and casual and maintain it meticulously to always feel like a true vacation every time we visit. I try to be very responsive to my guests and always like to know a little about them since renting out our house is a totally private endeavor and I need to trust our guests will treat our home like their own.
