The master bedroom feels like a retreat with ample closet room. The second bedroom is even bigger and can accommodate up to five with the bunk bed and futon. Both bedrooms have their own AC units in addition to central air so you can sleep comfortably in the steamy Florida summers.
The home is located in a gated community for added security. The community has two pools (one heated family pool, one pool for adults only), tennis courts, racquetball courts, a basketball court, and shuffleboard. You also have access to a private beach path maintained by the HOA. It's a 15 minute walk from your front door to the ocean. If the wind is blowing in the right direction, you can hear the waves.
The house comes furnished with everything you need including a beach cart, beach towels, chairs, cooler, noodles, sunscreen, bug spray, and burn relief lotion, just in case.
Your private courtyard has a grill and picnic table to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine. Inside you'll find two smart TVs so that you have access to your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Apple+ accounts. There is a covered parking spot directly in front of your unit to keep your car out of the sun/rain.
Port Canaveral is less than 5 minutes away. Downtown Cocoa Beach is a 10 minute car ride. Kennedy Space Center is only 25 minutes away. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 45 minutes. Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and Disney World are just over an hour.
