This beautiful wooden house was built by its owner, you will find cypress woods on its walls and ceilings with hand-made finishes that always keep the house at a comfortable temperature. You will enjoy your vacation in an authentic house of Green Turtle Cay.

A welcoming garden, full of regional plants, sets the propriety’s background with flowers and fruits. And what a better place to read, than one of the two open decks where birds tend to visit.

All rooms and environments in the house are spacious, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, and each one with its air conditioning and ceiling fan: the master room has it its own bathroom, queen sized bed; the second room consists of a queen sized bed and the third bedroom two twin sized beds.

The living room is equipped with cable TV, DVD, VHS and many movies in these formats to enjoy. Internet access, various books to read and board games for the little ones.

A fully equipped kitchen with all its appliances and full crockery, the chef will have an ample space to delight everyone. It has a counter for 4 people. The dining room has a table for 6, to enjoy meals together.

We have a long deck with a bar decorated with original treasures of the ocean, where you can enjoy the sound of the sea. An extensive patio that has a BBQ and Laundry area.

It has open double garage.

The location of this house is very worthwhile, it’s just a few steps from two access to the beach, a few meters from Leeward Yacht Club Marine, the Shipyard "Abaco Yacht Service", about 5 minutes from the ancient city New Plymouth. In the other direction, arrive in 5 minutes to beaches like Coco Bay and Green Turtle Club Marina. It is a strategic position and a very pleasant place to walk your pet.
