Sea'n Stars has 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8, 3 full baths (one of which has an outdoor shower overlooking the Sea of Abaco), 1 half bath, game room with ping pong table, games and puzzles, a wrap around deck, full kitchen with all amenities, separate bar area, grill, outdoor game pad with cornhole, jenga, bocce ball and croquet, Starlink internet, 2 smart tvs, on-sight parking for a golf cart, multiple boat slips in White Sound (one of which can accommodate a 25' boat. If additional footage space is needed, please contact the owner for availability.) Pickleball courts, Bluff House, Boathouse, and Tranquil Turtle within walking distance. This vacation home offers the best panoramic view of the Sea of Abaco, sunsets and your own personal observatory at night.

This house is new to VRBO but owned by the 5 Star Premier Host of CoCo Nut Treehouse VRBO# 402480 for reference. Sea'n Stars is located three drives down from the Treehouses. Just up the hill and around the corner from the Bluff House on the hill overlooking the Sea of Abaco.

The property is fun with lots of space. I do think there should be something in the property description about frequent power outages and water outages. The power outages were short, the water outages were much longer with one lasting all day and overnight. There is a cistern that can be turned on, but the water in it was quite dirty. We went to town and bought bottled water.However, we still had a great time!

On our annual trip to Green Turtle Cay, this house was PERFECT for our family with small children. The beds were insanely comfortable, linens and towels soft and clean, and the bonus spaces (porch with ping pong table and games, formal dining area, bar) were a huge plus with kids. The views are unmatched. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off sand and salt. The fridge with the built in water filter and self-filling pitcher is a huge plus, as well. All communications with Brooke, the owner, were seamless, friendly, and helpful. We look forward to staying at Sea N' Stars again! Thank you, Brooke & Crew!

Absolutely beautiful property with an amazing view of the sea of Abaco. The dock was a little further away than I would’ve liked, so we got a slip at the Bluff house. Molly, Cha, and the entire staff of the Bluff house are amazing and it’s right next-door.

Overall a great place with a very responsive host. My expectations for the Bahamas are a little lower than the States but I was pleasantly surprised. The view was amazing. We were outdoors quite a bit during the day but this place more than met the need and was nice to come back to.

Perfect family vacation!

Everything was perfect- from booking, questions before arrival, arrival and our time there! We were two families (4 adults and 3 children, ages 3, 3 and 7) and the house was the perfect size and layout for us. The house felt clean, the beds were comfy and the house was well stocked with plates, glassware, kitchen utensils, etc. The view couldn't be beat. We've been to GTC many times and this was one of our top stays. Thank you, Brooke and Amanda!

Green turtle greatness

Absolutely love the Porperty and amenities on site for families. Our family had such a great time on our week stay. Tons of games and things to do at house, great stuff to take down to beach, amazing views, isolation, comfortable beds, grilling, relaxing, dock for our boat in the harbor. This place has it all. Had some hiccups that come with island life and the hosts were all over it making our stay carefree. Can’t say enough about this place. Will be booking again next year for same trip.

Wonderful and well put together home. Beautiful location and views. Internet and TV linkage quite week and inconsistent but if that is not important, this is a great house.

The internet service is now Starlink Satellite which is much more reliable than the local internet service.

The views are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset where the sky and sea provides a beautiful picture-perfect backdrop. Whether enjoying morning coffee on the wrap around deck, relaxing in the evening breeze, watching the stars, or simply taking in all of the peaceful coastal surroundings, Sea N’ Stars delivers a true island escape.What made our stay even more exceptional was how seamless and welcoming everything felt. The home is perfectly situated that allows you to overlook the Abaco Bay and enjoy all that Green Turtle Cay has to offer— its beautiful beaches, friendly locals, great dining, and that authentic Bahamian charm that makes you never want to leave. It is within very close walking distance of the Tranquil Turtle and Beach House areas, which were one of our family’s favorite and most visited beach locations during our stay.

Slice of Paradise

Pictures do not do this house justice!! Driving up the driveway you are greeted by all the foliage and outdoor entertainment area. Once you walk into the entry, you are greeted by the enormous open living room and kitchen. Bedrooms are large have plenty of space for your luggage and clothes. I’ve been coming to Green Turtle Cay for 25 years and this view is by far the best! Nestled on top of one of the highest points of the island, you can see all of the Sea of Abaco! We will be back! Host was responsive and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for sharing with us!!
