Luxury Oceanfront Home, Gorgeous View

Welcome to our dream home! We finished building this beautiful vacation home on the Atlantic Ocean in 2009. William Lowe, my Manager's Husband built it so well that it did not suffer any damage from Hurricane Dorian.
Take a walk on the beach, look for shells, and relax.
Paradox is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a 200 sq ft covered lanai overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath. Additional bedrooms offer a king bed and a queen bed with luxury linens. The great room has a queen sofa sleeper with a nice mattress, 42' HD TV SmartTV, Starlink Wi-fi, Sonos speaker,..

Washer and dryer are located on the main floor next to the kitchen with a gas stove, stainless appliances, and granite countertops. The dining room table can be expanded to accommodate 8 with additional seating for 4 at the bar. New generator that powers entire house and AC just installed.

The ground floor has covered parking for your golf cart and outdoor shower with foot wash . After your walk on the beach, go upstairs to relax on the lanai. The beach in front of the house is protected by a coral reef and the water is filled with tropical fish and lobster, perfect for snorkeling.

Fly into Marsh Harbor and catch the taxi to the Green Turtle Ferry dock near Treasure Cay. 10 minute ferry to the historic town of New Plymouth or Green Turtle Club(closest to my house). The house is only 5 minutes away by golf cart from the Green Turtle Club but a world away from your hectic life at home.

Things to do:
Bring Cash….no ATM’s, You need a golf cart, sunsets at Tranquil Turtle, Thursday evenings listening and dancing to Garret Cooper at Bluffhouse, have a Miss Emily’s Goombay Smash, diving with Brendal, Chicken Souse for breakfast on Tuesdays and Saturdays at Plymouth Liquors, all the north side beaches on the Ocean, fishing of course, Friday nights at Sundowners bar, Seagrapes is the new liquor store halfway to down, Mcintosh or Wrecking Tree for a conch burger, being served cocktails by Debbie at the Green Turtle Club bar.

Great week at Paradox

Thank you for letting us rent your place. 10 out of 10, all the way around. Paradox is beautiful, very well built and managed home. Perfectly placed on GTC. Beach, sea, reefs, bays all virtually to ourselves. An unreal experience, that was fortunately very real.

We had 20 family members in 4 houses on GTC. Everyone always wanted to hang out with us at the Paradox house. The island, beach and entire stay was one of our best vacations. As Arnold would say “I’ll be back”.

Wonderful Beach house!

As a former homeowner on Green Turtle Cay, I can say that Paradox House checks all the boxes for a well maintained home, right on the beach with an incredible view and great diving right out front. Knowing what it takes to maintain a home here, the owners have done a great job in all respects. We have already reserved the house for next year which would be our third time staying at Paradox. We would recommend this house without hesitation to anyone looking for a great house on the beach on the beautiful island of Green Turtle Cay.

Beautiful house great views

We had a wonderful time at Paradox. The accommodation was fine for 3 couples, had everything we needed but a Keurig so bring coffee lol. (We had k cups). Plenty of stuff to do for a rainy day (we had a couple). The cost of food is very expensive so bring what you can. Example paper plates 21 bucks. We have been to GTC many times and was happy to see the island doing so well after Dorian. We will be back….

Amazing stay at A beautiful home in a fantastic location!

The house was in excellent condition, very clean and well appointed! The beachfront sunrises were incredible. This was our 3rd time to GTC but our first at Paradox. The owner and manager were very responsive and friendly. We cannot wait to come back next year !!

Great ocean front home

We found Paradox house very well furnished, well kept and , of course located right on the ocean. We look forward to returning to Green Turtle Cay next year and will attempt to book this house again.

Paradox paradise!

Absolutely gorgeous property on the most beautiful island. Perfect location on Ocean Beach with gorgeous sunsets, close to North End and Coco Bay, and sea grapes in the summer! Highly recommend to anyone interested in a little piece of paradise!

Beautiful location

Had a great stay at Paradox. One of the best beach locations on the island. House had everything you could think of needing. The beach out front is beautiful and has a nice reef for snorkeling. Rachel, the caretaker was super helpful coordinating cart droppoff and ferry pickup. Rented a boat from Sunset Marine and did some fishing, shell hunting at Powell Cay, fed the pigs at Noname Cay, and fed the stingrays at Munjack Cay. Be sure to go to feed the turtles on Green Turtle Coco Bay.and dive with Brendall's.

Absolutely amazing place

By far the best place I have rented in the Bahamas. The house was perfect. It was clean, updated, spacious and had everything we needed during the stay. The downstairs shower is amazing and the view from the porch can not be beat. Thanks so much for letting us rent your beautiful home!

Amazing vacation

We spent a week at Paradox House (February 10-17) and had the most amazing time. The house was the perfect choice for our group. The accommodations were comfortable and it was nice having a kitchen to prepare meals. The best part was sitting on the porch listening to the waves crash against the beach and seeing beautiful sunsets. The owner, Brad, made excellent recommendations for activities while there and the best vendors to use. I can’t wait to return!

Paradise at Paradox

We (my 19 year old twins and myself) have just returned from Green Turtle Cay having stayed at the Paradox beach house just about a week. Everything about our time on the Island and at Paradox was wonderful. Our travel plans were seamless from the ride from the airport with Omri to the ferry ride and being greeted by Leslie and Samuel at the marina. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful, punctual and gracious. Leslie and Samuel spent time getting us acclimatized to our surroundings including helping us with our golf cart and taking us around the island pointing out the things that we would need and could enjoy during our stay. Paradox, the beach house is wonderful. Brad was very patient in answering my many questions before I arrived and everything was exactly as presented, even better. The home is super clean, bright and well appointed. The bedrooms are comfortable and we all slept well, falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean. There was nothing that we were lacking! The beach and water are beautiful and seconds away. Despite the size of Green Turtle Cay, our days were filled from swimming with the pigs, and feeding the stingrays, snorkeling, paddle boarding and sometimes just lounging and reading a book. Fantastic vacation. Would definitely go back and without hesitation to Paradox. It is paradise!!

Little Bit of Heaven on Earth

We just returned from a 2 week stay at Paradox and fell in love with Green Turtle Cay! The house was great and Rachel was very accommodating. Everyone on the island was friendly and helped make our vacation exceptional. We are already planning a return trip!

Perfect getaway at The Paradox

The house was perfect! Everything you could need for an island stay. Spacious, private, and clean with a full kitchen and outdoor grill. The secluded beach is steps away and town is a five-minute golf cart ride. We highly recommend this house!

Great long weekend trip

The house is beautiful and very nicely laid out. It is very convenient to the green turtle club and right on one of the only walkable beaches on the island. Rachel, the caretaker, is very helpful and nice. Would definitely come back at stay at Paradox.

Lovely and Clean.

We spent 2 weeks on Green Turtle Cay and had a marvelous time. The house was just as advertised and the property manager, Rachel, was top notch! The coffee maker quit one morning and she had a new one at the property by the same afternoon. We rented a boat and went fishing and visiting the nearby islands. We caught grouper and trigger fish and had wonderful dinners from our fresh fish. The bonefish aficionados each caught one, and the shelling was super. I would highly recommend the house and island to those who like self-catering vacations.

The Paradox House is so luxurious and spacious. The proximity to the beach and the views 2nd to none

We had such a blast at Green Turtle Cay! The Abacos offer so many adventures that are perfect for romantic getaways and families alike. The islands are gorgeous and the locals so nice and welcoming. The Paradox House has everything you need for a perfect week: it's so close to the beach, just a few steps and you're there! The house is quite spacious with high ceilings and plenty of seating, easily sleeps 6 people if not more. Everything was spotless when we arrived. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking ware and bedding/towels all there as well. Cable and Wi-Fi were perfect and worked fast. Highly recommend this House to anybody looking for a great getaway from busy city life.

I discovered this quaint island paradise while sailing from Charleston to the Bahamas and has been drawn to it's beauty and tranquility ever since. I love the people, tranquility, and beauty of GTC and it is my place to recharge my batteries and remember to appreciate life.

This property is located on the Atlantic Ocean on a pristine beach. The land to the south is undeveloped public beach and park, and the closest neighbor to the north is over 100 yards away. The water in front of the house is protected by a reef and teeming with tropical fish and lobster. My caretaker William Lowe and Wife Rachel built this house for me in 2009. His expert craftsmanship can be seen throughout the house. Also William built a solid home that survived Hurricane Dorian with minimal damage.

This secluded location is minutes from the ferry dock, boat rental slips, scuba diving, restaurants and bars. New generator. The quiet beach is only a few feet away, and is one of the newest properties on the beach on the island. The home is furnished in a British West Indies style, with a home theater system, wi-fi, and all the comforts of home. Masseuse,Lounette Albury, available at lounette1on1@gmail.
New outdoor shower with hot and cold water and foot wash. Enclosed so you can shower and change clothes after coming off the beach.
