This a great location. You can walk to so many places and you have the best of the beach and a walkable lake.

Location - greatCondo - fair. Furniture stained, old and limited seating for 4 much less visitors. Looked bigger in the pictures. Coffee pot didn’t work properly - spurted water all over the place on the individual cup side. Parking - awful. Two spots, one next to the building (not under which the pictures showed) and one around the corner on the far side of the building next to us, which I had to call to find. The “additional” parking was 3 spots 2 buildings down for 5 an hour. No mention of this in the property advertising or rental agreement.

Perfect location, we parked and never got back in the car until time to leave. Everything is walkable and that was amazing!!!

The condo was wonderful. Just as I imagined. Perfect location, easy to get to the beach and walk to restaurants. Never moved our vehicle after we arrived. The lake across the street was so nice to walk around every morning and sometimes again in the evening. On Saturday there was a great art show around the lake. The only down side was parking. We had a 1st floor and parking was not under the building like in the pictures. We had to park 1 vehicle on the street by the pool and the 2nd vehicle by the dumpster next to the walkway to the beach. Did not like that. My husband has a bad back and can't walk far. This is why we chose 1st floor not realizing that would affect the parking. Also would suggest 1 shower with handicap bars to help getting in and out of a very high tub. We did have a wonderful time though.

Great stay!

Great condo and wonderful location and amenities. Everything was clean and well cared for. Location was great for walking or biking to restaurants and shops.

Relaxing comfortable

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Carolina beach hands down within walking distance to everything easy beach access good parking and everything that’s needed in the room and thee beds and room are so comfortable would definitely stay there again would highly recommend.

Condo was mostly clean but in need of a refresh. Walls need painted, furniture needs cleaned. Balcony was dingy and dirty… we did not use. Upstairs tenant were very loud and we were constantly hearing noise from above. Kitchen was well equipped and place is decorated nice, it’s just showing a lot of wear and tear.

Awesome location and accomodations

The unit was very clean and well equipped and the decor was really cute and beachy. The beach at this location was not crowded and we were close to restaurants and shopping. The property managers are very personable and helpful. A true pleasure!

Close to attractions

Loved the proximity to restaurants and shops. I wish I had been higher up to be able to see the beach but otherwise good location. The apartment was clean. Had a few water bugs but they quickly came and sprayed. Overall was good place to stay

Great Condo

This condo was a great place to stay! It's such a great location - beachfront, across the street from the lake, and walking distance to many shops/restaurants! The beds and couch were super comfy! It was nice that bedding/towels were included in the rental! The only downsides were no big frying pan, only smaller ones but we made it work; and there was not very much counter space/food storage space - we had 3 adults and 2 children and didn't have much room to prepare meals and store food for the stay. I would definitely recommend this unit if you're looking for a nice home away from home for your beach trip!

Just what I needed

Haven’t been to beach in 10 years due to health issues for both my husband and myself. This was on my bucket list. If it’s possible to do again I will choose a handicap place. Would have made this trip even better.

Weekend Getaway

October is perfect time to go to the beach! Quiet, Not crowded, & perfect weather. Toes In The Sand is just as pictured! I gave it four stars-because sliding glass doors, blinds and headboard of MBR were filthy. Master mattress was not comfortable (no support & cheap). Otherwise it was a great stay.
