The Space:

Soft coastal light and steady Gulf breezes shape your stay on Holiday Isle, where mornings begin with a short stroll to the sand and evenings wind down in spacious, comfortable gathering areas. Set just one house back from the beach, the home balances easy shoreline access with room to spread out, unwind, and reconnect at your own pace.



The space

The two-story home offers 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, accommodating up to 24 guests. On the first floor, two king bedrooms each feature a private en suite bathroom. Two bunk rooms are also located on this level - one with a queen over queen bunk, a twin bunk, and a twin trundle, and another with two sets of twin bunks and a twin trundle. Two additional full bathrooms serve the first floor. Upstairs, you’ll find another king bedroom with an en suite bathroom, along with a king bedroom that uses a nearby hall bathroom. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and a full sleeper sofa for flexible sleeping options.



Indoor living & entertainment

The upper-level living area is designed for gathering, with comfortable seating and a large TV for shared downtime. Downstairs, a custom 1,100 square foot game room creates a dedicated space for play and relaxation, featuring a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, and bar-style seating. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a dedicated workspace support comfort throughout the year, while a washer and dryer make longer stays more convenient.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen overlooks the beach and connects seamlessly to a dining area with a large table, making group meals easy to plan and enjoy together. The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking and shared dining without needing to leave the home.



Outdoor living

Step outside to enjoy the private pool, or settle into balcony seating overlooking the Gulf. Beach access allows you to reach the shoreline without crossing roads, and beach essentials are provided for added convenience. Free parking on the premises and a private entrance simplify arrivals and departures.



Neighborhood

Located on Holiday Isle, the home is close to Destin Harbor’s restaurants, shops, and charter boats. Guests have easy access to water activities, local attractions, and Destin’s well-known beaches and clear waters.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The property is located on Holiday Isle and features private beach access to the community beach in Destin that lays between the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin harbor. Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida is known for its gated beachfront access with limited access to our Holiday Isle homeowners and guests. Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer.
