We loved this condo and can’t wait to come back next year!! Location is perfect for both the pool and beach as well as being able to easily walk to dinner every night!

Great location!

We booked a quick trip and lucked out on this place. Location was great. Condo was spacious, clean, and the beds were so comfortable.There was a problem with the showers. We knew about the Master shower as someone was there fixing it when we arrived, but it still wasn’t right. The cold/hot knob was stripped and we couldn’t change the temperature of the water. I let the manager know that it didn’t have to be fixed until we left since we were only staying a couple or days. She was always very quick to respond. I didn’t know until we came home that the other shower head didn’t stay in the holder and to take a shower, you have to hold the sprayer. One major issue we had was not the fault of the condo itself, but the beach setup company. In the contract it says to call La Dolce Vita way ahead of time to reserve your complimentary chairs. We did that, twice: a few weeks ahead of time and again the week before. Both times they said no big deal, just tell the guys on the beach and they’ll get us set up. We tell the beach set up guys the evening we get there and they tell us since our chairs are complimentary we will definitely be on the back row. We asked to purchase a beach setup so we could get front row and they said they didn’t have any left which is understandable since it was over July 4th week. I would recommend purchasing beach setup ahead of time instead of relying on the complementary setup unless that doesn’t matter to you. Other than that, our trip was great!

Great stay at the beach with our family

Property as described and better than photos. Views are terrific! Short walk to both pool and beach. Property was well stocked and clean upon arrival. We would absolutely stay here again.

On the beautiful beach and you can literally walk across the street to shops, restaurants, and coffee. It is nestled in a neighborhood. You can bike and hike too! Definitely would stay again. Perfect Location!

These condos are a little dated however the are kept up and maintained very well. The management company is very responsive and replies within minutes to every question. We have stayed in others and this one was nicely decorated and fully stocked.

Beautiful Unit!

The unit is lovely and the photos capture the beauty of the property, the views and the furnishings accurately. The location was excellent--a very short walk to the beach and easy access to the pool and restaurant on the property. It was lovely to have two sets of chairs and umbrellas come with the unit. We highly recommend this unit and hope to be back! The only thing we found could improve the unit would be a door separating the primary suite and the primary bathroom so that there would be better privacy when using the bathroom facilities. Otherwise, it was a perfect space to enjoy this lovely part of Florida's panhandle! Great location!

Would not recommend due to construction

This resort is under construction, and I would not recommend staying here until construction is over. We booked our stay 5 months in advance. 5 days before our stay, we were advised that construction had been delayed, and the building was closed. We didn’t even know the resort was under construction. The property manager said “fortunately” they had a larger unit in another building they could put us in; however, it was not disclosed that this building was also under construction. There are scaffoldings around the buildings. Then, there’s the construction noise. Loud piercing noise with large generators and metal and concrete grinders running that you can hear inside the units. We asked for a discount due to the noise. The noise was so loud, 3 days into our stay we requested to be moved. 30A Luxury Vacations, was more than happy to move us to a different resort a few miles down the road that was 1/3 the size. They did not disclose that we would pay double the cleaning fees and other fees. We were never contacted by management after our stay like we were told. When we emailed them to follow up, we were told no discount. I asked for a manager to contact us and as of today we haven’t heard from anyone at 30A Luxury Vacations. This resort is now offering discounted rates due to the construction, so it’s puzzling as to why we’re not allowed a discount for our troubles. No discount will make your vacation stay a pleasant one at this resort as long as they’re under construction.

Nice waterfront unit in great location

This was the second year in a row we vacationed in this unit. The location is perfect - waterfront property and only a short walk easy to Rosemary Beach restaurants and shopping. The two bedroom unit was comfortable and nicely appointed. We plan to be back again.

We did experience a couple of malfunctions, namely, the dryer wouldn’t work, and the disposal didn’t work. Both were responded to very promptly, although they could not get the part for the dryer in because it was Christmas. Also, nothing to do with the condo, but there is a terrible smell in the bottom hallway, and elevator. It’s the cleaning agent they use and they really need to switch it up. Regardless, I would definitely recommend this place!!

Perfect Girls Getaway!!

This was the perfect time of year to be on 30-A as most folks left on Monday, as they had children in school, so we experienced uncrowded beaches, easily walking into our favorite restaurants for immediate seating, and beautiful perfect weather and ocean temps! We have de used THIS is our favorite time of year to vacation together, and are already planning to return next year! This condo was perfect for our needs- we are 4 older (😘) ladies who are life long friends, so it was perfect for us to sit on the balcony, in the morning and drink our coffee. The unit came with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas, -perfect for us to lounge on the beach all day!! The condo is furnished with everything we needed!
