The condo was clean, comfortable, and up to date. The pool, pickleball courts, restaurant and beach access provided for lots of fun memories. And the location is steps away from restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing vacation in a beautiful spot!

Shops and nearby restaurants were fabulous. Beach was clean. Resort pool was clean but fountains were not functioning.Security was really strict so we felt extra safe.

Easy check in, description of property and unit was spot on. Unit was clean, and when we did reach out to the management company via text, the response was within 5 minutes. Easy access to the beach and all shopping and food. We will be staying here again.

The unit was fine, but nothing terribly special. The price was more than it should have been, based upon the comps with other units with 3 bedrooms which were much more thoughtfully decorated. We made the assumption that chairs and an umbrella were included as they have been in the past with other HP rentals and the units' description misleadingly did not mention the necessity to bring your own chairs and umbrella- the price of which was absurd for the 5 days we required them. I discussed this issue with the management company on the day of our check in, prior to arrival when I called to confirm if we would have chairs. We did ask for them to comp us chairs and they weren't able or willing to do so. My kids did love the bunk beds though and while the unit sufficed our needs I would not rent it again.

This property was perfect for a quick girls' weekend. It was clean and stylish. The beds were comfortable. The location was ideal-- easy to get to Rosemary and Alys Beach. We enjoyed having the beach right there as well as a pool to cool off in. I would definitely recommend this property again.

No hot water one night and until next evening. Out dated property. Entrance and exit fobs did not always work.

Great location, Great condo for kids

The proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. Loved that the hot tub was open during the off season. Property managers went out of their way to answer questions quickly and easily— would definitely book this property again.

Beautiful condo, Beautiful view!

We had a wonderful time this week. The condo was amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and baking. The amenities were wonderful and love Crabby Steve’s!!

Beautiful Condo

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The location was perfect, the beach and water were pristine, the pool was amazing, and the condo was lovely! The communication was fantastic and the check-in/check-out process easy. Everything we could have asked for in a vacation. Thank you!

Mother’s Day Refresh

We LOVED being back at HighPointe! But this was by far our favorite condo, we all slept amazingly and the view/location/pool/Crabby Steve’s ALL perfection!!!

Nice property

The condo was clean and well-kept. It is well-located within the property and conveniently in biking and walking distance from many restaurants and shopping areas. Any minor maintenance issues we found were taken care of quickly.

Beautiful property/Ramp to Beach for handicap

Took my quadriplegic husband and caregiver to High Pointe for our 34th wedding anniversary. I knew there was a ramp to beach but was unsure if pool was accessible for my husband. There is a website that advertises the pool as “handicap accessible” however we found that it is not. (It was not High Pointe’s website.) I had already rented an electric beach wheelchair for my husband so I knew we could get him to beach even if we could not get him in the pool. Unit was clean and just as described. View was incredible - overlooking lagoon style pool and the Gulf!!! There was not an ice maker in unit or on property for your stay so make sure you buy ice and put in freezer. Shops and restaurants literally right across the street. Overall, we had a really great stay at High Pointe and enjoyed it! If you have a family member that needs a wheelchair to get to beach, make sure you rent an electric beach wheelchair as it is quite a steep ramp to get back up to condo…it would be difficult to have to push a person in a manual wheelchair up ramp. Also, it would be great if homeowners association put a hoyer lift in for handicap individuals to be able to get in pool and enjoy the water!

We loved the condo. Great view, clean, plenty of room for our family of 5. My only complaint is the master bathroom needs an update. The shower felt old and the bathroom did not have a door.

To clarify for future guests, the vanity and sink area is open to the bedroom, but the toilet and shower—including the oversized soaking tub—are fully enclosed behind a door. Upgrades have been made to the kitchen, family and bedroom. The view from the balcony is the highlight!
