Step into an open floor plan, featuring a double living room and a newly added dining room that comfortably seats 12. The living room features several new designer furnishings; two seating areas, one with four slip-covered sofa chairs and the other with club chairs and a large, flat-screen TV, perfect for family game nights or just staying in! The living and dining are central to an airy, fully equipped kitchen, with all stainless-steel appliances, a large double-door subzero fridge, and plenty of custom shelving. The king primary suite resides on this level of the cottage, with its own, ensuite private bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and large single marble vanity.

Head up a set of stairs where you can find the remaining sleeping quarters. The second bedroom is a queen, and the third bedroom is an oversized bedroom that sleeps five, a perfect kids' hangout.
