This recently renovated 4 BR / 4 Bath house is located south of the highway at the edge of Southampton Village with an inground pool. Bike ride to Main Street, restaurants, village shops, and beaches. This four bedroom house includes an ensuite master bedroom on the first floor, an additional ensuite on the second floor and two other bedrooms. The open floor plan with high ceilings features a living room with fireplace, a dining area with bay views, which opens into a spacious kitchen. The kitchen is bright with new appliances and countertop seating.

Enjoy the outdoors in this beautifully landscaped setting with pool and outside barbecue. Bikes and beach chairs are provided.

Lovely stay in Southampton

My family and I very much enjoyed our time at this home. It had a serene atmosphere and was extremely clean and organized, which we very much appreciated! The owners were very easy to deal with and we'd be happy to stay here again.

Fabulous Vacation!

Our family had a fantastic time in this house. We didn’t want to leave. The owners, Curt and Michelle, are very responsive and recently completed a significant renovation including an addition and many upgrades. The house is very clean, well-appointed, and in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful cool breezes off the bay, which is located across the street. The pool and backyard area are like a dream with beautiful hydrangeas and high hedgerows creating the ultimate in privacy. We found the pool area so inviting, comfortable and a pleasant place to relax that we could have stayed there all day. However, only a short drive away, Cooper Beach is lovely, with a café where we had the most delicious lobster rolls. The beach chairs provided are top notch, plus the house has lots of beach games. We enjoyed many meals on the deck, which is private as well. And, the house is a short drive to all the excellent restaurants and shopping that Southampton has to offer. We created many wonderful family memories in this home and highly recommend it.

Great house and owner

We had an excellent stay at the house. House is clean and updated, everything working well, nice yard with beautiful pool (though not yet heated) and kayaks available for the bay. Perfect house for a family getaway, would love to stay again.

Hamptons house

My family and I had the best time during our two week stay in Southampton! The house was a quick drive into down and close to beaches. We spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard! Will definitely be staying again!

Perfect stay!

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful home! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and backyard were perfect for our little ones. It's very close to town, the beaches, as well as a great playground for the kids. The owners, Curt and Michelle, were very responsive to our questions before, during, and even after our stay. After our stay, I realized I had left something behind, and Curt graciously found and sent it back to me. Thank you so much for the hospitality! We would love to stay here again in the future.

Comfy Home for Winter Getaway

My husband, 24-year-old son and I chose to ring in the New Year here, and what a great decision we made! The house is so clean, comfortable and well-appointed. All of this in combination with the convenient location to restaurants and beaches (walking on the beach in the winter is exhilarating), made for a relaxing, enjoyable and rejuvenating holiday. Amazing Way to Escape a Pandemic

We stayed in late August as the world was opening up from the recent pandemic, and this was one of our best staycations. Curt and Michelle's home was warm and welcoming the moment we arrived. As hosts, Curt and Michelle were always available if questions arose. The pool was an added bonus as we were not quite ready for public beaches so we were able to BBQ and swim in the pool and not feel trapped by the pandemic; the home is conveniently located close to Southampton Village so it did not feel like a trek to the center of the action. Really a wonderful and relaxing stay and I would stay at this home again, and again and again.

Super clean and relaxing...

Even before our stay, the owners were so responsive and continued throughout our stay. The home is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean. This beach house is very well-stocked with everything you can ask for. The pool and outdoor shower were such a bonus. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. We hope to be back next summer!

Excellent stay

The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped with anything you would need for a comfortable stay (including a well stocked kitchen, which came in handy over Thanksgiving). Curt and Michelle were awesome to work with. We look forward to our next visit to Southampton and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect fall getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in Southampton. The online pictures were accurate. The owner was helpful and easily accessible. A grocery store and restaurants were minutes away. We definitely will stay here again when we return to the area.

Sisters Getaway

Amazing home for a perfect stay in the Hamptons!

As pictured, this house is beautiful and each of its rooms has been tastefully decorated. It is cosy and comfortable with all you need for the perfect stay in the Hamptons. The location is great, in a quiet area close to Southampton downtown and not too far from East Hampton (LongHouse Reserve is a must see there) and Montauk. The backyard is lovely with a nice view. Curt and Michelle are very nice. The check-in and check-out processes are very easy and convenient. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Made For A Great & Memorable Easter Weekend!

Our family had an amazing Easter Weekend in this brand new sparkling house! Curt & Michelle were extremely accommodating.. Curt came down the day of our arrival to instal a new bbq to make sure we were able to grill.. would highly recommend staying here!
