Stunning 17th-Floor Gulf-Front Corner Condo | Tropic Winds – Panama City Beach

Welcome to our beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner unit on the 17th floor with unmatched Gulf views and a huge corner balcony. This is our personal vacation home, thoughtfully furnished for comfort, relaxation, and style.

Enjoy a fully tiled interior, cool and clean year-round, with a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a large fridge/freezer. The living room includes a 62” TV with Roku, cable, and Blu-ray, plus handmade mosaic and leather furniture for a cozy, upscale vibe.

Sleeping arrangements:

Master bedroom: King bed, 55" streaming TV, balcony access, en-suite bathroom
Guest bedroom: Queen bed, rollaway bed, 32" wall-mounted TV, and its own full bath
Resort-style amenities at Tropic Winds:

Indoor/outdoor oceanfront pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym with ocean views
Two assigned parking spots: one under the building, one in underground garage across the street

2024 PCB Vacation

The weather was perfect and the ocean was beautiful. The condo we stayed in was very nice and we really enjoyed it being an end unit. Everything was great !!!

Awesome place,

The place was really clean and furnished with everything you need or want. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and things of that nature. The view from the corner balcony was awesome, the fireworks from that high up was something to be amazed over. 17th floor, We definitely would stay there again, thanks for opening up your little peace of heaven.

48th Year Anniversary

The condo is well maintained and well kept. The only problem we had was that the mattress in the master bedroom was well used and not comfortable. I contacted the host who said to rotate the mattress and he would have the cleaners check it. I did not pack my CPAP hose and mask when we check out. I called Alma Fox who is in charge of clean-up. She went out of her way to ship them to me. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here at the beach.

Superb views

Condo was nice enough and owners were very responsive and helpful. The best thing about the unit is the ocean front view from a large balcony. Unit could use some updating in bathrooms and balcony railings need replaced or painted but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Dream Vacation

We loved our stay at David and Irina's beautiful home! Their balcony especially provided such lovely ambiance. It is a corner balcony and so we had such breathtaking views! The kitchen was great, well stocked, and had everything we needed and more. David and Irina were a pleasure to communicate with and we definitely plan to be back. I recommend this stay so much !

We had a great time and loved this unit. We have been cautious since COVID and we were very pleased with the cleanliness and precautions the owners take. We had some trouble with parking, due to destruction caused by Sandy, but the owner was always a simple phone call / text or email away and was quick to respond and helped us with solving the issue. The owners were inquired, more than once, about our stay to ensure we were pleased and had everything we needed and to our expectations. We have stayed in many units over the years and this is the first time we've actually felt that the owners were truly mindful of our stay. It was like a bed-and-breakfast where the owners were always available, yet with full privacy. The area was nice; far enough from Pier Park to be away from riff-raff; yet close enough for outings. There is a fantastical sandbar just off the beach in front of this condo and was a blast to enjoy daily! We look forward to staying in this unit again!

Parking problem's

Parking across the street in the designated area was closed. The parking spot under the building was very inconvenient. Too close to get in and out of your vehicle. Supposably no dogs allowed on this property. We heard barking dogs throughout our stay. So much for peace and quiet. Too many rules and regulations to relax and rest on a vacation. We are adults not children and expected to be treated that way. The view from the balcony was good but noisy dog kept us from enjoying it fully. Whatever you do don't forget to leave the parking pass. Don't do this and don't do that but whatever you do try to enjoy your stay. Almost forgot to mention looks like a dog has chewed one of the counter stools. Also a big tear in one of the screen doors. Take some of the money you charge and repair or replace these items. Too many fees on top of fees and insurance on top of insurance charged. Needless to say first and last time to stay here.

Family Vacay in PCB 2020

Panama City Beach vacation

We had a great time in Panama City Beach! The condo is in a great location. It was very easy to walk out to the beach. The covered parking is also a big plus. Our favorite part about this condo was the huge balcony overlooking the ocean with comfortable patio furniture. Thank you!

Dave and Irina were very gracious hosts, and responded quick when needed. Unit is in a great location on the less busy portion of PCB. Very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property!
