This beautiful 5th floor, beach front condo has amazing expanded views and all high end furnishings both inside and out. Located at the Tropic Winds Beach Resort on the highly desirable west end of Panama City Beach. Being located on the 23rd floor and a corner unit provides breathtaking views up and down the beach.

This spacious unit offers plenty of room and comfort for all your vacation needs. Whether you're enjoying the fresh air on the balcony or spending quality family time in the spacious living room there's something for everyone. The living room has floor to ceiling windows offering incredible views of the gulf. At the end of the day there is plenty of comfortable seating to give you plenty of room to relax and enjoy your large flat screen TV. Entertain in a large, beautifully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, a breakfast bar, and a spacious eat in dining area for all your family and friends. This unit includes free WiFi and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The property was an excellent value for what we got. The larger patio was perfect for my elderly parents to sit on with plenty of space to move around and enjoy the weather. The owner was easy to get in touch with and was quick with their response to any issues that arose. The property was clean as well as the rooms being spacious and the bathroom/ showers being clean. Access to the beach was easy and the use of the beach chairs at the facility was easy to have after initial setup. The pool area was very clean and the pool was very comfortable and more importantly to us quiet. Defiantly would rent the property again in the future.

Beautiful property in the perfect location. Very clean and beautifully decorated home with very comfortable beds. Perfect access to beach, quick elevators and great parking. Hosts were very communicative, friendly and thorough. The balcony took this 10/10 property to a 12! Enjoyed so much time on the huge patio overlooking the ocean. Comfortable and ample seating. Chair service for the beach and property staff were all very friendly. Cannot wait to visit again!

Great Stay in a Fabulous Place

This property was beautiful! We loved the huge balcony and the beautiful condo. It was comfortable and had ample space for us. Beach was lovely and pool was in good condition and clean. Parking spot was easily accesible.

This was by far the best condo that we’ve ever stayed in while in Panama City Beach! The unit was spotless, the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable and Scott thought of everything that we could possibly need! The kitchen was well appointed, too, with everything we needed and the parking spot was amazing (under the building, close to the elevators).Speaking of elevators, there are 3 and they are super fast. The unit is literally right off of the elevators so no need to lug your things a long way.There were plenty of towels, an in-unit washer and dryer and the biggest perk was the HUGE balcony!! When I say that it is HUGE, I’m not joking! We spent lots of time there watching the dolphins swim by.A set of lounge chairs, table and umbrella weee also provided and they were comfortable and the guys that set them up for us did a great job.The unit isn’t too far from Pier Park, close to tons of restaurants and shops, but isn’t near other high rises condos so it’s not super crowded.All in all we had a wonderful time in Scott’s unit and will definitely stay with him again! This condo is conveniently located on the west end of Panama City Beach. Location, Location, Location! It is 6 miles to 30A, 2 miles to Pier Park for shopping, eating, and the pier. Our condo is the best Penthouse view on the beach!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

One of our favorite features of this condo is its location... The gulf breezes are amazing on our unit which makes it more comfortable for sitting on the 15 x 45ft large balcony where we begin each day with coffee watching the sea life and end it with breath taking sunsets.
