This 7th floor, end-unit, view is stunning from the extra-long, oversized balcony (420 sq. ft.) with wide open coastal views and enough seating for everyone. The condo includes two master bedrooms and living room all adjoining the balcony with gulf views overlooking the pristine white beaches and sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf. This beautiful condo is one of the few Tropic Winds 3 bedroom, low floor, condos with 2 gulf-front master bedrooms. The complex has an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center.

All items from furniture to artwork and accessories have been hand picked making your home-away-from-home experience truly memorable. The two oceanfront master suites have king beds, armoires, nightstands, closets and private baths with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom includes two queen beds, dresser drawers and a closet. All bedrooms have TVs and DVD players. The third guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination.

The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, with refrigertor/freezer, electric range, microwave, and dishwasher. The large dining area has seating for six plus four at the counter. It also features a large separate laundry room with washer and dryer. This spacious condo easily accommodates two families with up to 8 occupants.

The resort is located just 2 miles from Pier Park, which is the premier dining, shopping and entertainment destination of Panama City Beach. Within a short drive there are golf courses, preserves and natural parks, deep sea fishing charters, antiquing and Shell Island shuttles.

Please remember this is a privately owned vacation home whose owner wants you to enjoy what they enjoy. Please take good care of it as you would your own home.

Occupancy Limit 8; No Pets; This is a No-Smoking Property, No Smoking on Balcony; Age 25 or Older to Book; All Strictly Enforced.

A reserved parking spot is conveniently located directly across from the elevator on the ground floor directly underneath the building. Additional vehicles park in the overflow parking deck across the street. Every vehicle requires a parking pass. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $40.

Every detail from check in to check out was absolutely trouble free. The condo itself is exactly as pictured and the view was beautiful. We had all the needed kitchen utensils to fix breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. The reserved beach chairs were nice. We will definitely be back.

Amazing

Amazing corner condo with awesome views. Very clean, very quiet, no problem with elevators. Pool, hot tub, and grills were great.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Excellent location on edge of PCB away from most of thr hustle and bustle. Wonderful beachfront location. Enjoyed watching dolphins, sting rays, and various birds from our balcony, as well as beautiful sunrises and sunsets,

Time to update decor

Only complaint is living room furniture is uncomfortable and condo decor is outdated . We had friends staying on 11th flour and decor was beachy , inviting and comfortable .

Condo was perfect for us 2 king bdrm and one with 2 single beds. Plenty of room on baloney and in the living area. We walked everyday for 2 miles no problems. Condo was clean and in excellent condition. We would love to come back again.

Great Spot

Great Spot, condo was clean and well furnished and located on the “quiet end” of PCB. The fact that it had two master bedrooms with kings makes it ideal for families traveling together. Our only complaint…the elevators are slow and seemingly having issues (1-2 out of 3 down at differing times) during our stay. I can’t blame that on the condo owner or the managing group (Greta’s… who were excellent) but to the building owner(s), clearly there is some work to be done. ** if you have a large truck (F-250, 350 etc) consider driving in with something else, parking is premium here. Even in our Expedition, it was extremely tight, there’s no way I could’ve got my truck in and around. All in all, excellent stay !!! Definitely coming back again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Greta's service was prompt and personal. We had a great time and the condo was as described and lovely. You can't beat the porch. There were several chipped dishes and cups, but there was a lot of dishes. We did have to purchase a cheese grater. The only true complaint is the master bed mattress in the gold colored room. I literally rolled towards the middle of the mattress when we were both in bed. A suggestion for the bathrooms would be safety bars. At least in one of the master bathrooms. We had a 89 year old with us who would have benefited from bars.

Reviewer Comments: We were charged close to $3,000 for a week stay, it was so dirty that we had to wash our bedding before we could sleep, the dirt and dust on the furniture was hideous! I have pictures of it all! It was dark, all the decor was dark and depressing. The furniture was beat down and old. It was just terrible. We made it very clear to the owner about our stay and our concern to have paid so much money for such a dark, old, dirty place! The owner didn't even give us a discount but offered us a cleaning fee which five months later we still have never received. Very unprofessional. would not recommend this rental group to anyone.
