With a living area of approx. 1,851 square feet, you will find everything you need for a relaxing vacation.



The expansive terrace is a true oasis of relaxation. Here, you can enjoy delicious outdoor meals at the dining table for eight, unwind in the cozy seating area, or soak up the Florida sun on comfortable loungers – always with a view of the wide canal. A grill is available for unforgettable barbecue evenings, and the heated pool promises refreshing moments at any time of the year.



For your convenience, amenities include high-speed internet and flat-screen TVs. Explore the surroundings with our beach equipment, bicycles, or glide silently across the water with the kayaks.



Boat enthusiasts will be thrilled with the large dock and the practical boat lift. From here, you have direct access to the endless expanse of the Gulf of Mexico. Located nearby are Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour, two first-class full-service marinas that invite you to linger with exquisite restaurants and charming shops.



Please note that the rental rate does not include electricity usage. This will be charged separately based on consumption at $0.17 per kWh. This charge is subject to applicable Florida taxes, and for payments made by credit card, a credit card processing fee of 3.6% will apply.

Great pool and dock

Has an excellent private pool and a nice boat dock to sit on. Saw a manatee the first morning there. We had a great time and hope to return soon.

Couldn't ask for more

The house was a perfect blend of land and sea. Our boat fit perfectly at the dock and allowed for easy access to all of our desired destinations. When not on the boat, the pool and outside area were a great place to relax and spend time together. Plenty of room for the whole family!! Can't wait to come back again soon!

Relaxing and comfortable retreat.

We enjoyed the Savoy VRBO a lot. Beds were comfortable, home was very homey and peaceful. Kitchen was well equipped and we felt very at home there. Would go back there in the future. No problems whatsoever.

Great location

We absolutely loved our stay it. Caught lots of fun fish we aren't use to in Indiana, even a few sharks and crabs and saw a manatee one evening off the dock. The pool was great, the inside space was also wonderful. Kayaks, fishing poles, cooler and beach chairs were an added bonus to not have to pack. Thanks for a great property.

Great Find

The sunsets you are breathtaking! Check-in was simple. The property manager is absolutely the best! She responded within minutes when we had an issue with the AC. It was later in the evening on Sat & she still responded immediately. She came over to the property & had an AC technician there within 30 minutes & he fixed the problem. She definitely went above & beyond to make things good for us. The property is very well maintained & one of the cleanest vacation homes we've ever stayed in. The neighborhood is beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again. And when we do, we hope Isabel is still the property manager!

Great Location on Bimini Canal

We have been renting different houses in Cape Coarl for about 10 years and this house is a great location. It is very close to the river which means that if you have a boat, it doesn’t take so long to get out. Even if you don’t have a boat, you get treated to a parade of boats going by on the canal. We were extra lucky as we were able to catch the Christmas boat parade which really was spectacular for the whole family. Elias was great and very easy to deal with whenever we had a question or issue. Thank you so much!

Gorgeous Home

We had the most wonderful stay here. The house had absolutely everything you could need and is in the most stunning location. The view from the dock, I could sit and watch every day for the rest of my life. The house was immaculate and the host team are fantastic and are there if needed. A. A very friendly team and always reply quickly. The route to get to the main ICW’s is one of the best in Cape Coral, takes less than 10 minutes. Would absolutely stay here again and use Engel & Volkers. Highly highly recommend.

Sunset Utopia

Villa Savoy was a great find!The sunsets you are graced with are breathtaking!Check-in was so simple. The property manager is absolutely the best! She responded within minutes when we had an issue with the AC. It was later in the evening on Sat & she still responded immediately. She came over to the property & had an AC technician there within 30 minutes & he fixed the problem. Even after addressing & fixing the AC issue, she still compensated us by not charging the required energy cost. She definitely went above & beyond to make things good for us.The property is very well maintained & one of the cleanest vacation homes we've ever stayed in. The neighborhood is beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again. And when we do, we hope Isabel is still the property manager!

Great Savoy Stay

My wife and I want to experience life in Cape Coral during one of the hot times of the year. We were not disappointed. We were at Savoy for five weeks in August. We worked from there and we had some family come and visit. It was a wonderful stay. The pool was a must. The house had many pool towels and a wash machine. I would defiantly recommend this location. We rented a boat and were able to doc it easily.

Cape Coral did not disappoint!

We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation home! House was set up great, there were 6 of us and there was plenty of everything! We LOVED the canal, several nights staying up all night fishing. We saw manatees swim by as well as heard and saw dolphins too! My husband even caught a shark that latched onto a catfish! Our 9 y/o daughter caught the most fish-and the pool and hot tub were perfect as well. We will definitely be coming back! Sanibel Island is a must see as well, not far at all. Overall it was a perfect 7 days!

Great vacation experience

Great house and location for boat watching and sunsets. Things we raised as concerns were addressed quickly. Air conditioning in master bedroom should be improved to cool space more. Master shower was pretty but did not use as water took a long time to get hot. Had a lot of fun with kayaks. Recommend newer photos are posted to reflect huge dock next door. Overall had a great experience and would stay again.

Es hat alles, wie erwartet, gut geklappt. Vermieter (Engels & Völkers) ist eben ein echter Profi. Ausstattung: war alles da, incl. beach-supply, „fahrbarer“ Cooler, Fahrräder und Kajaks! Die neue Grillbürste und den beachumbrella haben wir Euch dagelassen… ;) Gerne wieder!!!

Nice Home in quiet area

Great location. Older home but clean, partially remodeled, well equipped and Very comfortable. A few items came up and property manager responded quickly to everything. Previous reviews claim no hot water in master bedroom, Not True. The master shower and faucets (and some others) are plumbed backwards. Hot water is Blue or to right, cold is red or to left. So, not a problem. This is the 3rd upscale home I’ve rented in Cape Coral and all were partially plumbed backwards as well. Some plumber over there is still laughing! Overall, would definitely return and again, great customer service

Loved the location.

Great location on a large canal so watched plenty of boats pass by when poolside. House is a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. House had two kayaks and two bikes if you want to get out. There was also a crab trap tied to the dock. I would definitely consider staying in this house again.

Location cannot be beat

Observations for Villa Savoy Pictures online are true representations of what you get and how the house looks. There are house fans in every room of the house which keeps air moving Location is fantastic. It is a quick trip from the canal to the river . Approximately 10 minutes. You are 45 minutes from Lovers Key and about an hour from Captiva. Opposite way you are about an hour from Ft Myers Boat house. No bridges or locks out to open water. You can also take a 30 minute ride within the canal each way. Since you spend the majority of your time outside the pool area is critical The outdoor furniture is great. Plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. The fans keep the air moving and help with the really hot days. Really good sized pool with an attached spa. There is shrubbery around the pool which allows for total privacy, but you can still watch the boats go by through the screen door Dock is freshly painted and in good shape Internet speed is great. Never had any issues with connections Convenient to restaurants, shopping and multiple grocery stores. Split floor plan with the master on one side makes for nice privacy. Sliders opening up out to the pool are great. Especially love the one from the kitchen to the outdoor bar. Kitchen is probably the best stocked as far as cooking tools/utensils of any VRBO I have been to. There is an abundance of towels for both bathrooms Bathroom off the pool is great. Keeps water from getting in the house Wendy who does the pool service was fantastic. Interior of the house was spotless. Kayaks chairs and cooler were nice to have. The umbrella is not useable as it is missing the pole that goes into the sand Leasing company were the most responsive I have dealt with . Any time there was an issue I had a response within an hour and a fix within 24 hours Few things that need work: Gutter by office sliding doors overflows and pours onto the pavers every time it rains. Boat lift needs maintenance. Wheel pulleys have disintegrated. Worst is the front port side in which the shoulder of the pulley is completely missing. Rear port motor pulley is out of alignment which is causing the belt to twist. All four motors are in need of cleaning and lubrication . Bunks are separating and fresh water spigot bracket is rotten. Water sprays out of the side. King size bed and queen bed have seen better days and need replaced.Overall great vacation

Not what we expected

Firstly, Claudia the property manager was great and I had no issues with the management company. The property itself leaves much to be desired. On our arrival the house smelled like deep frying had recently taken place. The smell was noticeable from outside the front door. We purchased products from Bed Bath & Beyond to help remove the smell— the cost was reimbursed by E&V management. Next, the pool was not clean on arrival, but Claudia had the pool serviced that afternoon to get things right. The fridge smelled like it had raw fish kept in it for an extended period prior to our arrival — the smell was better after placing baking soda in the fridge for a few days. The mattresses have reached their end of life and need to be replaced (valleys on the sides separated by a ridge in the middle). The boat lift was functional; however the lift motors need to be serviced to ensure smooth operation and the bunks should be replaced and re-carpented (the wooden bunks were cracked and had no carpet on them.) The next issue we had was that the sewer backed up into the showers and the toilets at 12:15am one night. We called the emergency contact number for management and spoke with them several times in the night and a plumber was there first thing in the AM (so that was good for service). The gutter nearest the pool bathroom is clogged and results in massive overflow into the pool area when there is heavy rain. Multiple pavers around the pool are loose and lifting up, making it very easy to stub a toe. Overall, the location on the water is great. The renovations are not high quality and numerous things need to be addressed for this to be a high value property. I would not stay in this property again, but would rent from Engel and Volkers management in the future.

Cute house, good location, few issues with hot tub, and don’t like that extra charge for electricit.

We had a good stay, cute house, pool wasn’t clean when we got there, fountain was broke, hot tub didn’t work, only had two working lounge chairs. One bike had a flat, but they replaced it immediately. Was told to keep the air on 78, very hot at night so we did lower it to 71-74, and was charged $46.00 for extra electric. When I complained that there is no way two people that left all day, didn’t run the hot tub, and kept the air between 71-78 used that much, they dropped the charge. After that. If they can fix all those issues then it’s a great house to rent. Just a little disappointed that they hedges that in the initial picture you could see the water from the pool, not they totally block the view. If you like the water view don’t rent this house.

Overall, good.

The house had everything we needed. We were informed of the construction next door ahead of time, and our rate was reduced because of it. That accommodation made it worth the daytime noise. The master bedroom was several degrees warmer than the rest of the house. We needed to go and buy an oscillating fan to make it tolerable, without the rest of the house being too cold. We would rent this house again.
