This spacious vacation home features 3 stylish bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, offering ample space for the whole family or friends across approx. 1915 square feet. The light-filled living and dining area seamlessly opens to a generous terrace – the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sun and spend unforgettable evenings by the water.



"Villa Bimini" is equipped with all the amenities to make your stay perfect: high-speed internet, flat-screen TVs for cozy movie nights, a heated pool and a relaxing spa for pure rejuvenation. For social gatherings, you'll find a propane grill for delicious barbecues and a pool table for entertainment. Amazing house!

House was very clean , and spacious, the view was beautiful, the house is located in a very good neighborhood , amazing pool, the house has everything you need. The costumer service very good. We loved staying at this house. I will recommend it to my friends.

Excellent stay

This house was exactly as described. We were more than comfortable and very clean. The lanai and the pool area was super relaxing, we enjoyed the sunrises with our coffee and several days saw dolphins! We enjoyed grilling and playing pool in the evening and we were also visited by dolphins then as well! The property is centrally located. If you’re into sports and don’t want to miss any games, we recommend The Backstreet Sports Bar. Staff was accommodating and food + drinks were good. We will definitely book this house again!

Family friendly vacation house

The house was clean with everything needed at it. Great fishing at property, pool and spa were great, very nice neighborhood located at end of road so little to no traffic. Pool table was a very nice plus, the entire family liked playing it. Only thing I would consider a down side would be attraction locations were a little bit of a drive (most parks, mini golf, etc were 20 minute drive or more, groceries within couple miles tho) but was worth it for having privacy and no busy traffic. Would definitely consider it again if staying in area again.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und Überzeugt Top Haus es fehlt an nichts. Paradise

The house is gorgeous and clean Accessing it was so easy. It’s on the dead end road next to the causeway. The house layout is perfect. I love the door that went from the pool directly to the bathroom. Property owner was quick to answer any questions we had and a pleasure to work with. We are already planning to book again for next year!!!

Family Visit

The property is wonderful and the canal location is great. All new furniture inside and new flooring as well. We stayed here with our 2 kids and were able to visit with my sister and her family that live in Cape Coral. The location was fantastic as were the dolphins daily with my morning coffee!

Amazing Stay

This property is great! The home was clean, well-stocked, and the pool area was amazing. Watching the constant flow of boats was great, and the pool was beautiful. We enjoyed the use of the Kayaks and got to feed the fish from the dock, and even had a Dolphin come by for food! Most of all, Nadja was super nice and accommodating. Her son and her were quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great holiday home in the Cape Coral area. Thanks Jeff

Schöne Villa

Die Villa Bimini ist sehr schön. Tolle Zimmer und sehr gute Betten. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ruhige Nachbarschaft und toller Blick auf den Kanal. Der Poolbereich braucht noch etwas Pflege. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an die Crew von Engel und Völkers.

Fishing week

First, we had a fabulous time at this rental. Everything was as described. The property manager was professional. And always reachable when we had questions. The location was perfect. Did I i mention the pool and jacuzzi? Perfect after a day on the water. I highly recommend this rental. We plan to go back.

Tolle Umgebung, und hervorragende Hausverwaltung

Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön, direkt an einer Kanalkreuzung gelegen. Bei allen Fragen reagiert die Hausverwaltung umgehend, und ist stets sehr freundlich. Die Inneneinrichtung ist zweckmäßig, und der Billardtisch ist ein echter Mehrwert. Lediglich die Terrasse könnte vom Eigentümer renoviert werden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, und würden wieder kommen. Nochmals lieben Dank an die hervorragende Hausverwaltung.

Quiet and Easy.

This house is as described and the pictures are accurate except some furniture has been refreshed. All appliances are in good working order. The kitchen has a reasonably good amount of dishes and cooking necessities. The pool and jacuzzi are great. The pool is not deep enough for diving. There are pool toys available. The property location is excellent. A very quiet neighborhood on a canal intersection not far from a Publix and numerous restaurants. The river mouth is 10 minutes away by boat on the canal. This is a great area and the neighbors are friendly. We would definitely consider returning to this house in the future.

Great Family Vacation

I rented the in April 2022 with my wife, daughter, and inlaws. The property was correctly described in the listing. Great location on a large canal intersection. The pool and hot tub were always at a great temperature. Nice neighborhood. Quick drive to the grocery store and other stores. There were some pool toys in the garage. Kayaks were a nice plus. It was great having so much outdoor seating by the pool. The only thing I would recommend is some seating by the canal. Everything else was as expected. No complaints.

Location, location, location

Property is better in real life. The corner canal lot is beautiful and provides some great boat watching. Pool and pool table were both great relief from the hot days. We only left the property to golf and get groceries. Loved our stay here.

The location was GREAT. The house could use so TLC. Cabinets, counter tops walls & trim were dated. Pool & spa were GREAT. Was only there 9 days Ele. charge was a little high, especially since it was cold and I did not run the AC or pool heater. I have used VRBO 3 times in the past and paid ele. before but not this high. Backyard is beautiful. Neighborhood was very nice and again LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

Enjoyable

Good location (especially if you are renting a boat). Nice having a pool table to kill time when in the house. Pool and hot tub were great. Would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location.

We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable with such a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi and Kayaks, bicycles and plenty of fishing equipment as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers.

Location great, house not so much.

The location of the house is wonderful, there is a wide variety of stores and restaurants nearby. Our favorite place to eat was Thristy's, it has been in the same location for 3 decades. Fabulous seafood dinners at a great value, and friendly staff. aomatThe view from the lanai is pretty with the canal intersection. We enjoyed the swimming pool but had issues with the hot tub not maintaining its correct level and had to add water to it for the last week of our stay. The house has deferred maintenance in multiple areas and we struggled getting hot water to the primary shower for two days. Property management did send out someone promptly but it took two visits to correct the issue.
