Location location location - SKI IN/OUT!!! Closest condo to the ski lifts at Park City Mountain resort. This condo is located close to all and the views are spectacular.

My vacation rental property at The Lodge at Park City is a wonderful ski-in/ski-out condo steps from the ski school and ski runs. This condo is located ON the Base of Park City Mountain Resort practically ON the Payday ski run - 10 steps out your door and you are on the slopes! - Skiing, snowboarding, biking, golfing, and hiking are outside your front door. The Park City free Shuttle Bus stop is just steps from the building or you can walk to many nearby restaurants, shops, stores, and clubs. This condo has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, All amenities (gas fireplace, internet wi-fi, cable tv, Washer dryer, HD cable and smart tv's, indoor-outdoor pool, 3 hot tubs, gym and Much more!).

* King bedroom with Sleep Science Memory foam mattress (rated at the top of the list in comfort from Consumer reports)

* Queen Murphy bed with memory foam mattress topper in studio side

This beautiful condo has a KING size bed with a sleep science memory foam mattress bed in the bedroom and a separate Queen-size Murphy bed with a memory foam topper and TWO full bathrooms (sleeps four comfortably) . It is beautifully furnished with lots of attention to detail - solid wood doors, internet, HE washer/dryer, dishwasher. gas fireplace, two HD LCD TV's,Internet TV (Netflix and more), internet wi-fi throughout, heated indoor outdoor salt water pool, 3 hot tubs, small efficient kitchen with dishwasher and MUCH more! Private HE WASHER AND DRYER in condo ! Sorry, no pets allowed and no monthly rentals during the winter.

Great location in middle of everything. Short walk to rentals and lifts and dining options. The gym is small but well equipped. 4 Hot tubs and a pool, but two hot tubs were in maintenance. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great condo, great location, great host! If you're looking for a spot in the Park City Mountain village area, look no further. Ski in, ski out perfection. Patti, the host, was super helpful and quickly answered all of our questions. She had recommendations for shops and restaurants. No complaints, only praise.

The host was really wonderful. Patti was super helpful and was a great communicator. The rental was clean and exactly as described. The location was great, steps away from skiing at Park City and an easy bus ride to Deer Valley and the PC Historic Main Street area. We took the bus everywhere - Deer Valley, Main Street, the grocery store, restaurants, etc.

As advertised - tough to beat the location!

Great location right at base of mountain, 15-20 minute walk to downtown, great après ski options right outside your door! Kitchen is quite small and the place is a tad tight for 4 but it worked.

Thanks for your review, Mike, and glad you loved the location and condo. It is close to everything and you can either walk the 5 blocks to downtown or hop on the free shuttle bus that stops right in front of the complex to go anywhere in town. The space itself is 730 square feet and you can take a virtual tour through the VRBO site. You also had stated there were three people total in your reservation although the condo will sleep four as there is a king bed in the bedroom suite and a queen Murphy bed on the studio side. If you have a small group or are a couple or even a couple with one or two kids this is a perfect condo for a Park City mountain vacation. thanks again for choosing my space.

Perfect Place

This apartment was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The location is right off the Payday, Crescent and First Time Lifts and the ski school. We had every amenity we needed and enjoyed the extra space of the apartment vs being cramped in a hotel room. The host was lovely and super easy to communicate with. Very accommodating with a last minute change/early arrival as well.

Perfect location!

The Lodge at Mountain Village is at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. The unit is steps from the the exterior door for access to restaurants, shops and the slopes! Unit was clean and well maintained. Owner was accommodating and great to work with.

Wonderful stay in PC!

Unbeatable location, and wonderful, responsive, helpful host Patti! One cannot boast a better location, with walking distance access to phenomenal restaurants, bars, ski stores, and iconic PC skating rink. Would recommend without hesitation to any newcomer or long-time traveler to PC. Very short ride to best restaurants in PC as well. Also fully accessible with elevators, et al should your guests require accommodation. Will be back ASAP, our family of 4 had a wonderful experience.

Location location location

My 19 year old son and I arranged our first trip to Park City for his college spring break. Not knowing Park City well I wanted a location close to the mountain. And it needed room for my son and I to have separate bedrooms. This was the perfect unit for us! It was clean and had everything we needed. Patti communicated very well with us and gave us outstanding recommendations.

Overall, the condo, location and city could not have been more perfect for what we were looking for. I never imagined having everything a few steps away such as rentals, the lift, ice skating, bars/restaurants and a bus stop to Main Street for our shopping and dinners. My only complaint was the people that stayed above us, (extremely loud and heavy walkers) but that wasn't in Pattis control. We will be back next year!

Perfect Location

This condo is within a hand’s reach of everything! Rentals, ice skating, lessons, Ski lifts, restaurants, EVERYTHING RIGHT. OUTSIDE. THE. DOOR! Very clean. Patti, the property manager, crossed every “t” and dotted every “i.” Her welcome packet had everything clearly explained and offered lots of additional, helpful information. Patti was totally professional and prompt at responding to any questions or concerns. I look forward to staying at any of Patti’s properties in the future!

Clean, convenient, well-equipped! We had a great time!

This condo is right at the base of Park City Resort. It couldn’t have been more convenient for skiing. It was clean, and ready to go. It was also nice that there were some basics available such as coffee in the cupboards, especially since our flights were delayed and we didn’t arrive until 2 am! The owner had also sent very detailed information ahead of time about how to get in, etc which made things much easier when we arrived. Our only complaint was the noise because it is an end unit and on the weekend there was a lot of late night “party-ers” clomping up and down the stairs. Fortunately that was not a problem during the week. Overall a great place to stay!

Thanks so much for your stay and positive comments, Amiee, and I'm so glad you and your family had a wonderful time and found my condo very convenient, clean, and ready to go. And glad my communication made it very easy for you to find and get to especially as you got in so late that evening. I'm so sorry for any additional noise you heard over the weekend evenings during your stay. My condo is indeed the closest to the slopes and while there can be some noise around the beginning and end of the ski day from walking up and down the slopeside staircase, it is usually pretty quiet in the evenings, especially for my condo being the closest possible to the ski run (just steps away). There are no bars or 'party areas' within earshot of my condo and usually the 'partiers' are somewhere downtown on Main Street. Even if they are staying at the Lodge condos, they don't normally use the slopeside stairs after the ski runs are closed. I'm so sorry it appears some of those late night partiers decided to stay at other condos in this complex during the weekend of your stay. I know there are signs in the unit above mine to have guests remove their shoes and most guests appear to be respectful of that. I hope you come back in the near future and if you ever have an issue with noise again please contact me or even the police as quiet hours are to be observed from 10 pm through 8 am at all times.

I loved Patti, she was so beyond helpful from the beginning. We loved her condo and the location. It was confusing finding the condo at first, but once we figured all that out it was simply amazing. We look forward to going back and staying in the same location!

Slopeside Convenience

My husband and I had a great stay. The condo had everything we needed, was a well-stocked, super clean and a short walk to the slopes at Park City. It was located in the center of the Mountain Village which was close to shops, restaurants and the free Park City bus stop. (As an aside, the bus system is very easy and convenient; you definitely don't need a car during your stay.) Patti was a really great host and communicated frequently. She makes sure you have everything you need to ensure a nice stay. We would definitely stay here again while in Park City.

Love to Ski, hike, bike, and it doesn't get any better than Park City! Great area all year long and for all seasons. While I spend time between Park City and San Diego, Park City seems to have it all for weather, seasons, and an amazing small town but active and vibrant main street scene!
