The Double Queen room:
Bright, spacious entire top floor with queen bed and queen pull out sofa. A beautiful spacious home with a stunning heated up pool, an amazing view of the ocean just meters away. Shaggy's Diving provides dive tanks located on site allowing you to jump in whenever you want to go have another adventure on our beautiful house reef. It's just paradise.

Our Unit
Our light spacious 3 bedrooms and a large open plan with ground floor kitchen and living room opens onto a lovely patio with a BBQ overlooking the pool which is just meters away from Cayman's premier shore diving.
My home has three floors:
ground floor is a open plan kitchen, dinning and tv area with a porch and a large BBQ. The ground floor is the only part that is shared with other possible guests staying.
2nd floor, top floor, queen bed & queen sofa.
1st floor, twin and a queen bedroom.
All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.
The condo can be rented in full or as shared units.

The Coconut Bay condo
The grounds around the condo are professional landscaped and maintained daily, with two large private pools and a shower area fully equipped with a large rinse tank and dive benches so you can wash your dive gear after every dive.
We are located in a very quiet part of Cayman called West Bay, within a 5 minute walk to the Turtle Centre and Dolphin Discovery and Cracked Conch Restaurant/Macabuca Tiki Bar. Just 10 mins drive to Seven Mile shops, restaurants, and beaches. There is a regular bus route right outside the property which is just 2$ CI to town.


Guest access
We are affiliated with Shaggy's - a personalized diving, snorkeling and watersports company. We specialize in customized private trips.
We also rent as a diving package with a 2 tank boat everyday if you are interested please ask. Guests get a free dive tank every day! Receive 10% off all diving and snorkeling trips booked through our dive company, Shaggy's Diving.

Other things to note
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking inside the unit.
- Quiet time after 11 pm in accordance with the property regulations.
- We have recycle bins inside our accommodation & Coconut Bay Condo also provides big recycling bins outside. So please help us, help the environment.
