The neighborhood is an Extremely Safe, Family-Friendly and Pet Friendly Neighborhood. You can walk through the neighborhood at all times of the day and night with no concern.

There are multiple parks/dog parks within walking distance of the home.

There is enough parking for two vechiles in front of the property.

You can walk to Las Olas, though it is recommended to drive as it only takes 5 minutes. Guest use Uber or Lyft to get around if they don`t rent a car since everything is close.

A lot of guest rent bicycles as well, due to close proximity to Las Olas and the Scenic bike ride to the beach.
