The place was perfect for our vacation. Open the back door and instantly on the beach. Property was kept up and very clean. This portion of the beach is not crowded at all. We would definitely love the opportunity to stay at this location again in the future.

A beautiful place to stay. Everything was absolutely perfect. We didn’t want to come home. Even the teenagers were impressed.

The townhouse was perfect for our family. Being able to walk out the back door and be on the beach was wonderful! There are also two grocery stores very close to the property. The only complaint is that the hose on the back porch is in desperate need of being replaced due to multiple holes.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully updated, and stocked with everything we needed. We loved being just steps from the sand. Beth made every part of the rental process easy. The condo was comfortable and well maintained, making for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

The proximity to the beach is unbelievable, literally on the beach . Such a clean and nicely appointed place to stay. Comfortable furniture and bed, excellent shower. Park steps from front door. Quiet area, non crowded beach. Look forward to staying here again.

This unit was absolutely perfect. Very clean and well stocked. It’s on the beach - just walk out the door and you’re there. Communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay! This was the perfect getaway with our family. The place was incredibly clean, and offered a very comfortable and convenient environment. We loved the amazing views, and being able to step right out onto the beach. It offers the perfect view of the sunset in the evenings!The location of this house was just what we were looking for, as we felt like our own private beach (even during one the busiest weeks in the spring), and also a close drive to restaurants, shops, and other fun activities. We loved our time at this beach house, and made so many wonderful memories. We hope to come back again in the future!

The condo was in a perfect location. There were exactly four steps to the sand. The view of the beach was beautiful from the living room and the bedroom.There are close restaurants easy to get to or the kitchen had everything you needed to cook with and enjoy your dinner on the porch.The host, Beth, was great with communicating when you had any concerns.Beautiful, clean condo. Just perfect.Will come back to stay again.

We would happily stay here again! It was SO NICE to be able to walk directly onto the pristine, quiet beach! The townhome was clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive and friendly. The views from the living room and master bedroom were amazing. The master bedroom bed as VERY comfortable so long as you like soft beds. The master bathroom is small but the shower is great! Our only complaint is the mirrors in both upstairs bathrooms were likely installed by someone only about 5 ft tall and my wife and I are around 6 ft tall. We couldn’t see our heads at all in the mirrors. LOL Fortunately, there is a full length mirror in the master bedroom. The host provides four plastic Adirondack chairs and a variety of beach towels, floats, wave boards, shell nets, etc. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, baking dishes, cookie sheets, utensils, drip coffeemaker, etc. The fridge has filtered water and an ice maker. It was nice having the half bath and laundry room on the first floor. All the appliances appear to be relatively new. The beach is breathtaking and not busy. It’s less than a 10-minute drive to Rosemary Beach where there are a variety of nice restaurants. Panama City Beach is about 20 minutes where there are a lot of other restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. We highly recommend Water Planet if you’re interested in snorkeling with wild dolphins. The Glow Float kayaks were also fun.

Wonderful getaway!

This is hands down the cleanest VRBO place we have ever stayed. Beth was amazing to work with and left a very detailed book with helpful information of the area. As soon as we can make it back to Florida, this is definitely where we will stay again!

Wonderful location!

We loved our stay here!!! Directly on the beach which you can’t beat. The only thing I’d suggest is bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels if you’re staying a week it won’t last. Beth was a wonderful communicator and host. We would absolutely stay again.

Great trip

This was the second year in a row to book this property. It is a great place to stay. Very clean, and in a great location. Extremely conveniently located to beach and the beach there is not crowded.

Excellent stay

We love staying at Pirate Cove Villas because of the direct access to the beach. Beth's condo was the nicest we've rented (out of four we'vestayed in). We were impressed with the amenities. The bedding was super cozy and comfy. Beth was easily accessible and super helpful anytime we had a question. We hope to stay here again next year!

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful beach literally off the porch. Quiet and uncrowded beach over spring break. Walking distance to grocery and drug store. We loved our trip!

This townhome is directly on the beach with a beautiful view. We saw dolphins from our patio one day and there were two turtle nesting areas on the beach nearby. This is our third stay in the building and this unit has been the best one so far. It was clean and came with everything we needed for our stay. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to PCB!

Perfect Location!

This house is in the perfect location! You can’t get any closer to the beach. A nice, quiet spot to relax. The host was very responsive and thoughtful. We were even gifted a Key Lime pie on arrival. Would definitely stay here again.
