ā€œA SHORE THINGā€ is a beautifully renovated and equipped, beachfront townhome, located on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach.
Enjoy the quiet privacy of this home, with close access to all that 30A and PCB has to offer; dining, golf, spa, fishing, state parks, and other recreational activities. Located just minutes from Rosemary Beach and Seaside to the west, and Pier Park, with dining, shopping, and a movie theatre to the east. Publix, Winn Dixie, and CVS are less than a quarter mile, and famous Thomas' Donuts is close by too!
This 3 level home has a private, enclosed garage, with beach access, a beach closet with 2nd refrigerator and beach toys, gas grill, and laundry on ground level. A second parking space is directly in front of the garage.
The main level includes a spacious deck with lots of comfortable seating to enjoy amazing sunsets! Inside is a beautifully furnished living area, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and a bedroom with 2 queen beds and private bathroom.
The upper level has a serene master suite with private bath, and a beachfront balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The 3rd bedroom, has 1 queen and 1 twin bed, and private bath as well. The living room and bedrooms have new smart tvā€™s.
All units are on the community boardwalk, with private access to the pool and beach.
If you are looking for a stress free vacation, away from the crowds and traffic, it's "A Shore Thing" this is the place to lay your towel in the sand and point your toes to the sky!

We had a fantastic time, unwinding, relaxing and recharging! The beach was quiet and peacefulā€”exactly what our family of four was hoping for. The beach chairs and toys included to use saved us the headache of trying to rent of having to buy them! The views from the condo were absolutely beautiful, especially in the mornings and at sunset.A couple of days brought cooler temps, but the deck was perfect, blocked the wind, making it feel much warmer while we still enjoyed the beach views. It ended up being one of our favorite spots to relax and play board games. The condo itself was very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for our family. Communication was outstandingā€”the response time was so quick, and made everything smooth and stress-free from check in to checkout.Thank you ā€” we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

The Best Vacation!

We had such a great time!! This home is beautiful and the perfect getaway. It is well maintained and in the best location. Paul and Dianne were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We were there on a major holiday and the beach wasnā€™t crowded. It was peaceful and relaxing which was just what we needed!

We have been vacationing in this area for about 8 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. This is our second time there and we have already booked for next year. Perfect for children with easy access to the beach and pool. They provide beach items, well equipped kitchen for eating in and grocery and drugstore less than a mile away. Also tons of good restaurants near by and close to 30A. Super responsive hosts. Beautiful view!

Great week again in paradise

This was our first time in Panama with the kids. This condo has everything youā€™ll need. Chairs, umbrellas a fridge down stairs for when you unload your beach ice-chest. A walk straight out to the beach and not crowded at all.

Fantastic Getaway Directly On The Beach

We loved this place, directly on the beach with panoramic views of the ocean. Definitely a place to rest up and relax, but only 15min from Panama City beach and 25min to the airport.Hosting was well thought out, and set up for a stress free time.Would absolutely do this again!

We have stayed in PCB/30a area for over 50 years and this is definitely in our top 5 places to stay. The location is a perfect, quiet stretch of the beach and the condo has everything you need including beach essentials. The host were amazing at communication and responded to questions immediately. We will 109% be back!

Our unit has been in the family since it was built in 1976. We were fortunate enough to purchase our home from my mother-in-law in 2017. We added some "love" with updates and new furnishings, just as she had for many years. She enjoyed reading the guest book on her visits and valued the comments. We want to share our" little slice of heaven" and hope that your family will enjoy it as much as ours does! We've made some great memories here, and hope you will too! No crowded high rise elevators, no one running up and down the halls, no tournament teams, and best of all, direct access to the beach, right outside your door! Stay in, and pop some fresh fish on the grill while you enjoy the sunset. Or, head to 30 Avenue or Rosemary, for amazing restaurants or a toddy at The Black Pearl.. We love The Donut Hole, Big Bad Breakfast, Thomas' Donuts, Edwards, Barbacoa, Shades, Destin Ice Seafood Market, and many more, all just minutes away!
