Westgate Smoky MTN Resort & Indoor Water Park - C

ACCOMMODATIONS:
We have been owners for several years at Westgate Smoky Mountains Resort, Spa, and Waterpark. Occasionally have our units available for rent. This year rentals for the Christmas Holiday season are available for a 7-night stay, checking in on/after Friday December 26, 2025 (4:00 pm check in) and checking out on/before Friday January 02, 2026 (10:00 am check out).

Our rentals consist of two one-bedroom suites connected with a privacy lockout that can sleep up to eight. The larger of the two is a Premium Suite with 1 King-size bedroom, in-room Jacuzzi tub, large spacious bathroom with huge shower. The Living area has beautiful leather furniture (including a Queen-size sofa sleeper), gas fireplace and balcony, full kitchen with washer/dryer, dining and entertainment area. Approx. 905 sq. ft.

The other is a Standard Suite has 1 King-size bedroom, large bathroom with washer/dryer. Living area has beautiful leather furniture (including a Queen-size sofa sleeper), compact full kitchen, dining and entertainment area. Approx. 510 sq. ft.

The Resort assigns the unit number at check-in. Descriptions, decor, and photos of units are representative, and may vary.

As an Owner-Guest you will enjoy FREE waterpark passes for the entire week for your group up to 8 people. Free miniature golf course on top of the mountain with fantastic views. Indoor and outdoor pools (heated) and a kids’ playground. And free wireless internet access.
