This vacation home is your destination if you desire privacy, have a family or want a laid-back vacation. This luxury home is ideal for large family gatherings. The house is located on a secluded one-acre, tropically landscaped lot in a quiet, quality Hawaii neighborhood with a panoramic view of the Kona coast and amazing sunsets. This house is a fully furnished, one-story home containing approximately 2100 square feet of living area, including the lanai. The home has a large salt water solar heated swimming pool that overlooks the orchard and the Kona coast. Privacy around the pool is ensured by the design of the house; surrounded by tropical trees, shrubs and flowers for complete seclusion.

House has a primary and two guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom is furnished with a California king-size bed and has a full bath, while the guest bedrooms feature queen-size beds; one with a full bath and the other a one-half bath. The couch also makes into a queen-size bed. The kitchen is large and fully equipped for gourmet cooking. There's an outdoor BBQ for grilling pool side while watching the beautiful sunset. A large dining area accompanies the kitchen and there is a lanai that is perfect for pool side dining.

Mornings in Hawaii are a thing of beauty. Enjoy that first cup of coffee and fresh fruit from the orchard on the lanai that overlooks the beautiful Kona coast.
