We understand that our guests’ may have additional concerns for cleaning and dis-infection and we have enhanced our cleaning procedures even further to provide you with our usual sparkling clean arrival with deliberate sanitizing attention to high-touch surfaces.

We offer contactless check-in and ensure that you are the first to enter after the unit has been cleaned.

Enjoy oceanfront views from your living room, kitchen, oceanfront bedroom and upstairs bathroom or while reading a book or enjoying a cool drink on your lanai. They don't allow units to be built this close to the ocean anymore - you can actually see turtles nibbling on the rocks or the yellow tangs in the aquamarine surf from your oceanfront bedroom.

We supply everything you need indoors, designated parking 35 feet from front door and this lovely 15+ acre complex boasts a newly refinished pool & deck area that's perfect for all ages AND three lovely and newly resurfaced tennis courts for which our guests can play for free.

Also, this unit has independant AC units in each of the bedrooms so that you might sleep more comfortably at night. We haven't listed AC as one of the amenities because AC is limited to the bedrooms only. :)

We're also less than 1/2 mile from world class snorkeling (Kahalu'u Beach Park; aka Snorkel or Turtle Beach) and less than 1/2 mile from the Keauhou Shopping Center where you'll find groceries, restaurants, medical care, theatre, drug stores and more. It's really perfectly wonderful!! Also, a complete kitchen remodel was just done in September 2016 so everything was brand new (originally built in 1970's)! Still, our rates are set to entice those who might not normally budget for oceanfront. It's lovely and sweet!

Comparable refurbished and remodeled units run at least $25-$40 more per night during low season and $50-$75 more per night during Winter months. (See 145210). This unit is clean, oceanfront and still a work in process for ongoing renovations and priced to be a nice deal!

The view of the ocean was incredible. Everything was exactly as advertised. The kitchen had all the necessities and we were very comfortable staying here. The property manager, Sandy, was great to work with and we would definitely stay here again.

The condo is well maintained and had all the necessities. The location is unbeatable, the sunset over the ocean from our lanai- heaven! The beds were comfy and everything was clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property is amazing. You cannot beat the location and the grounds are immaculate. Well situated close to everything. Stocked with all the things you need from pots and pans to beach chairs. Mosquitos are a reality. Bring bug spray. Host was quick and kind to respond to all my questions. Would stay again. Book it!

Great condo right on the ocean!

We all really enjoyed the stay at this lovely condo! The view from the ocean side bedroom and lanai especially was beautiful. We thoroughly appreciated the space and all the amenities.

Excellent location

Right when you open the door, you’re hit with a view of the ocean that can’t be beat. Yes, the unit is a little rough around the edges. But it had everything we needed to feel right at home and thoroughly enjoy our stay. It’s close to groceries and great activities, and the neighborhood is peaceful and well maintained.

Yes, the view is unbeatable and both breath-taking and astonishing beautiful when you first walk in with the same view from living/dining area, kitchen and upstairs king bedroom and even the bathroom! And, yes, these units are closer than the law now allows to the ocean so they're practically inhaling all that salty water which, while lovely, is hard on metal, cloth, and everything else. Still, we take pride in making sure it's super clean and comfortable for our precious guests. Thank you so much for being super responsible and for choosing to stay here. Perfect beach vacation

This property was exactly as described. We stayed for 15 days and found it very comfortable and relaxing with all the kitchen and bbq items necessary to prepare meals. The lanai views the beach and is perfect for watching sunsets.

Big Island Stay

Great location on the water watching turtles and petroglyphs at the end of the beach. Market up the road had everything you needed. Loved our time.

Best place to stay in Kona area.

AMAZING !! Could see sea turtles in the ocean from the porch!! The sunsets were unbelievable. The property was clean, quiet, and wonderful. We had the best property at this location!!!!

Wonderful 2 bedroom unit right by the bay. Highly recommend. Great host. Would stay here again. Perfect for the mother daughters trip to Kailua-Kona. Love listening to the waves!

Paradise found.

Wonderful complex; Close to best snorkeling beach in the area; Shopping area just up the road very convenient. Our unit which overlooks the shore of a private refuge is fantastic. We fall asleep each evening to the sounds of the ocean. We have been vacationing in Hawaii for over 30 years and this is by far our favorite spot.

Came for a memorial service and the place was perfect

It was so peaceful and healing to sit outside right above the ocean, and also to be able to walk to the water just steps away from our door. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay including a well supplied kitchen, washer and dryer, quiet and respectful neighbors, and fans in every room. We will definitely come back.

Short and sweet

Our family of 3 really enjoyed our 4 nights at the townhouse. The view and location are amazing. It’s an older place but very clean and comfortable for us. It was a little warm but the fans really help. Check in was easy and communication was great. We’ll definitely will rent this townhouse again on our next vacation in Kona. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Kona getaway

This unit overlooks the shoreline with direct view of the beach / shoreline and Kona sunsets. Breezy when there is one. Excellent for our needs. The only downside is no air conditioning in the unit. Be prepared for muggy humid weather in Kona!

Awesome Location!

We love the Surf & Racquet Club. We do not play tennis, but love the big pool. This is the first time we had a waterfront condo. If you like the view and sound of surf, this is your place! Condo needs a little updating, but it was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The price was just a bonus. Sandy was great to work with. Mahalo for sharing your hale'!

Lovely Townhome

It shows a little wear and tear, but you can't beat the location or the fabulous view. It was clean (aside from the windows) and comfortable. It doesn't have A/C but the temps were pretty moderate during our visit; the fans and ceiling fans were all functional and helped with the humidity. The local contact was very helpful the one time we needed her. I would definitely go back to this unit and recommend it to anyone traveling to the Big Island.

Aloha, Cathy: Thank you very much for your review and I'm glad the unit was clean (except for windows). I've spoken with local contact and we'll make sure that doesn't happen again. The owner (my neighbor) has also just replaced all the aged baseboards and removed the top portion of china cabinet upon entry and put in some new paint! It's much fresher and brighter now. There are ongoing plans to improve this little gem and we look forward to sharing these wonderful changes with all of our future guests. Condo

We stayed at the property mid July. The condo had everything we needed. The view from the back porch is amazing. We enjoyed being able to step out and enjoy the beach. July is warm and humid in Hawaii. The place had plenty of fans, but it could use a portable air conditioner. We are from a warm climate so it didn’t impact us much.

I'm so glad to hear that you found everything you needed and that you enjoyed that amazing view and proximity to ocean (almost on your doorstep!!). I'm also very happy to hear that the fans were helpful. Ginger, the owner, is working thru the request process and hopes to obtain approval for a mobile AC unit as soon as possible. Unfortunately, that can take a couple of months but she's working on it!! I think the plan is to put a mobile unit in each bedroom.

Great management people but condo in needs of updates.

We were very happy with the location of the condo as far as being so close to the ocean. Sandy and Regina were amazing in making sure we were as comfortable as possible. However, we were disappointed in the state of the condo which needs to be updated and is quite dark downstairs since a window is covered by a piece of furniture.

We've shared your feedback with the owner directly and expect that she will continue to update the condo and maybe remove that large piece of furniture in the corner by the window. It's a nice piece of furniture but something smaller would work better and allow more light into the unit.
