We strive to provide a beautiful, clean and comfortable home with amenities and customer service to allow our guests to create wonderful memories and experience a relaxing beach vacation. We encourage you to read our guest reviews and how many are return guests. We aren't the cheapest for a reason, but we are one of the absolute best. We are on the desired North End of Fort Myers Beach. Access to all the fun places is minutes away on bike or foot. This home consists of 3 separate living spaces giving you a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 baths; great for extended families where you have a separate suite and efficiency downstairs. It’s only a 3-minute walk from the house to the corner of Estero Blvd. You’re close enough to the beach yet far enough away for seclusion and no street noise.

This home always smells fresh and clean, and is properly maintained and cared for.

All main living areas have Amazon Echo smart speakers with unlimited music available. Just ask Alexa to play your favorite artist or music style. Downstairs guests can open the sliding pocket door from the full kitchen to the backyard pool and let Alexa keep you entertained while your family plays and grill your favorite lunch or dinner.

The interior of this property has an incredibly warm and inviting home for you. Natural light combined with earthy and beach colors, rich fabrics, and textures have fashioned this home into your private spa retreat.

In the upstairs portion of this home, the living room has a wall of pocketing slider doors that open to the lanai area. The lanai has motorized roller shades for your lounging preference. Catch a movie on the large flat-screen smart in the upstairs main living area. Stream your favorite shows using your own applications. A sofa upstairs can convert to a full-size sleeper if additional sleeping area is needed.

You'll love two complete kitchens. Everything has been provided in the kitchens to assist you in preparing a simple breakfast to a full dinner. Of course, with so many phenomenal restaurants just a 5-minute walk from the house, you may never use the kitchen at all!

A master upstairs has a king-size bed for you to slumber the night away on. A flat-screen smart TV has streaming capability and is there for you to catch a late-night movie.

The guest bedroom upstairs has a king-size bed and a full bath with a walk-in shower. Another smart TV with streaming capability is there for late evening entertainment.

Downstairs the suite kitchen also has everything necessary to prepare your own meals if you decide not to give in to the temptation to visit as many of the fine nearby restaurants. The sliding pocket doors lead from the kitchen area to the beautiful private heated pool. The suite bedroom has a queen bed and if needed the suite has a pull-out sofa for two. The suite bathroom with a walk-in shower is accessible from the living area for everyone's convenience.

The third self-contained living space is an efficiency apartment downstairs with 2 twin beds and a full bath and wet bar.

Seven miles of white sugar sand beach are just a 3-minute walk from the house. Volleyball courts and a public picnic beach-side sitting area, numerous shops, and restaurants to tempt everyone's taste buds, and live entertainment and nightlife are all within a very short walk of this home. Located at the north end, getting on and off the island is a snap. Water activities of course also abound. There are parasailing, jet ski rentals, and fishing charters to name a few.

For our guests with allergies, this home has been designated smoke-free. Also included with your stay is off-street parking and washer and dryer.
Exclusively for groups with no access to a vehicle, we allow the use of our Fiat 500C for short trips around the island. Simply Uber to and from the airport and save on a rental car.
