Property was great and we would definitely recommend to anyone! The only complaint was one of the showers was clogged, so family all had to use the other showers.

Perfect for our family!

The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. There were activities, like bikes, ping pong table, and other things in the garage. The hot tub was wonderful after a full day of fun! We had 11 people, and this house was a perfect fit for our family!

Perfect house for our family!

This house was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with the items needed. There are also bikes and other activities in the garage. The communication was very good as well. It was perfect for our family. We had a great time!

Good location, things need fixed and updated.

We had a great time staying here (it's impossible not to have a good time in Sunriver) and it is a short bike ride to the Sharc and village. It is a one story house and felt a little loud and cramped for our party of 5 adults and 6 children. The beds were very comfortable, the furniture and hot tub were great. There were a lot of amenities the kids loved including a pool table, ping pong, tetherball, basketball and a lot of bikes and a bike trailer (although the basketball hoop is crooked and the tetherball was flat and we had no pump.) Some things need fixing and the bathrooms need updating, all of the showers are bath/shower combos from the 80's. The kitchen counters were peeling and some of the bedroom doors need improved. A lot of the blinds were broken or missing and the TVs in the kids rooms were not working. There are three refrigerators but no working ice maker. The pictures definitely made this house look better than it was. We go to Sunriver every year and compared to previous trips, we expected better quality for the price we paid to stay here.

Great size home and layout, with good activities!! Lots of bikes, ping pong table, pool table, hot tub, games and entertainment cabinet with TVs in each bedroom. We accommodated 7 adults no problem.

Loved Sunriver but home has maintenance issues.

We had a great week in Sunriver. We loved the pool table, the bikes, strollers, hot tub, and layout of the home. The location in middle of Sunriver near nature center and fort rock and sharc was ideal. There are just a few maintenance problems with broken small appliances, and broken blinds in the bedroom. If those things were fixed I would have rated it higher.

Large family home in a great location.

This home has lots of room and amenities. There is plenty of space for family gatherings. The home was clean and well equipped, with a lot of extras for children. The location is close to the ponds and nature center. Walking distance to the mall or the river. The home is well maintained. Looking forward to staying there again.

Warm and welcoming home

Our family came to have a short vacation at Sunriver and stayed at a very nice, open and comfortable home. There were 12 of us and we felt very comfortable, the space and rooms were nice.

Avoid This Property unlessā€¦..

If you are having a big party with a group of people then this house will suffice, however, if you are looking or a second home experience avoid this home. Cooking pans were unsafe (deep scratches in the teflon.). Blender leaked. Utensils, plates, and glasses were disgustingly dirty. Kitchen counter stained and damaged. Wi-Fi did not work but I spent 4 hours with a service man and got it fixed. Fireplace in bedroom did not work. Coach was broken. No chalk and no tips on the pool table. Ping ping table has no net or balls, however, I was able to get that fixed during my stay. Bicycles in poor condition. Recycled cans and heavy chairs blocked access to both pool table and ping pong table. TV did not work after Wi-Fi was fixed. Lock box with the key did not open. I was unable to get someone from the alleged mysterious local management team on the phone despite numerous attempts. If you are the owner of this home you should be embarrassed. Now for the positive. Heat worked, Stove worked, Outdoor BBQ worked, Hot tub worked. Plenty of towels. Master bed was comfortable enough. So if you are having a fraternity/sorority reunion and just need a space to party this home should be suitable. I did get a minimal refund for ALL the problems but wanted to ask how they determined this figure but again NO ONE would call to discuss this. it is unfortunate I cannot post my pictures. Spring Break 2024

We had our family down for spring break this year. The house was well appointed and tidy. The kids loved riding bikes in the 70 degree sun and playing in the snow on our last day. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great time.

Great for a family stay

Loves the amount of room in this home and enough seating for everyone! Great location to quickly go to the village or have some nice walks around. We had a couple of hiccups but response was super quick and friendly. Definitely recommend for a family stay

Christmas with Family

The house was perfect to host our extended family for Christmas- there was plenty to do at SunRiver and surrounding area from skiing to hiking. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the big sofa and 3 ovens in the kitchen made cooking for 12 easy.

Clean, fully equipped home

Check in was very easy and straightforward. The host called and provided me with a number to call for any questions or concerns. Early check in was available at no extra cost. The home was clean, well kept and provided all the essentials. My family and I had a fun weekend at this home. I would highly recommend this for your next Sunriver vacation home.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family and we appreciated that the kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc. Loved the ping pong table and all the bikes. The check out info in binder (which we referred to) was different than the check out info we received via email (which I checked after we already left) otherwise we would have pulled the sheets from the bed. We did love the space and we would definitely stay here again!

Large house with lots of bedrooms

Great House

The house was great and clean and in a great location. It accommodated 8 adults comfortably. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed to grill steaks and cook breakfast. One negative is the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms could not be turned on cause the remote was out of battery thus the room got a little stuffy and it was very dim cause we couldnā€™t use the ceiling light.

Family vacay

Very nice property but could use better cleaning (lots of dog hair under the beds and lots of surface dust). Great location. Bike paths are wonderful but the bikes at the property needs fixing. We had a wonderful time. Thanks.

Family Reunion

This house is beautifully located and has a terrific floor plan for larger gatherings. I used it as the HQ for a large family reunion. It is in need of refurbishment, however. Paint is chipped in many places, shower doors & toilet in the master bath are not working properly. That said, Robin in the Vacasa office did a splendid job of getting us help each day. Thanks, Robin!
