Staying here gives you the chance to enjoy a location within the beautiful forests of Central Oregon, and yet is just a short bike ride, a 5-minute drive, or a scenic sub-30-minute walk from places to eat and drink - including Sunriver Brewing Co., Blondies Pizza, El Caporal, Sunriver Bistro, and that's just some of what's within the Village! YOUR SPACE
You’re sure to appreciate the high quality of presentation of this 4-bedroom, two floor house in Sunriver, Oregon. Enjoy having loads of space to park your vehicles outside this house in a quiet neighborhood that’s ideal for a family or group of couples. There’s a definite Tuscan ski chalet vibe to the layout and presentation of the whole house, with high ceilings and large windows increasing the spaciousness of the property.

LIVING ROOM
The front door opens straight into a staircase to go downstairs or to the main living area, and you’ll immediately see plenty of places to sit and relax. Try one of the three armchairs in the living room, or the sofa in the center of the room that gives you a great view of the flat screen TV that’s mounted above the fireplace. You can access Netflix and other streaming services from this TV and the other TV in the master bedroom.

KITCHEN
There’s yet more seating in the adjacent kitchen area, thanks to the larger dining table that seats 8, accompanied by the second dining table with a bench and two chairs that could seat all the kids, or about 5 adults. A great place to sip your morning coffee and plan the day’s events. Or just somewhere to watch whoever’s preparing the next meal do their thing. The cabinets and drawers in the kitchen contain all the cookware you’re likely to need, and there are all the appliances you’d expect from a modern home right here.

DINING ROOM
Next to the kitchen is your dining table with chairs for all guests, so you can gather together to celebrate a special family or friends' occasion, or maybe host a work meeting or play card or board games in the evenings. It’s up to you!

4 BEDROOMS
Whichever bedroom ends up being yours, you can be sure of a super comfy bed to sleep in and plenty of space to store your belongings. One bedroom has a Kingsize bed with a double vanity bathroom and a flatscreen TV. Two others feature queen beds, one with an ensuite bathroom. And the final bedroom sharing a jack and jill bathroom with the other queen bedroom boasts two twin beds. We’ll leave it to you to decide who sleeps where!

4.5 BATHROOMS
The King bathroom has a walk-in shower, a tub, and double vanity. Two bathrooms, the jack and jill, and second master bathroom, host tub/showers, and the other full bath has a spacious walk-in shower. Your hosts will provide good quality towels for all guests to use during your stay.

OUTSIDE SPACE
The backyard boasts a second story patio with a grill and table with an umbrella to enjoy a freshly cooked meal under the stars. The master has a private balcony to watch the stars at nighttime or a place to get away from the kids and listen to the beautiful music of nature in a forest for a few after a long day! Downstairs has a partially covered patio with lounge chairs for all your sunbathing or reading needs, along with a hot tub and a cushioned bench to lay back on and relax under the sun or in the shade, it's up to you! The trees around the property will give you the privacy you need, and the hot tub, lounge spots, and the dining tables are sure to offer just about everyone something outside to enjoy.

PARKING
There is plenty of free parking at the front of the house, as well as room in garages for 3 cars.

REMOTE WORKING
If you’re looking for somewhere to escape to and get some work done, here is the ideal location. The tables in the dining room area offers up a great space to spread out your laptop and papers and get down to work. And with fast Wi-Fi serving the entire house, keeping in touch with customers, colleagues and clients is easier than ever!

You will need a car to get around, you can bike or walk throughout Sunriver, but cars are recommended for ease of travel.

The key for the hot tub is in the kitchen pantry.

There’s a 240 outlet in the garage that anyone can plug in their own adapter to. I would recommend guests bring their own shrine chord to plug in.

We do not allow pets on the property. If evidence is found we will charge a $200 cleaning fee.

The SHARC passes are hanging in the laundry room. Please put them there when not in use. There is a $100 replacement fee if a pass is lost.

We have a hot tub tech come before each stay. We have extra shock out in case you find the hot tub to be cloudy.

Since we are in Sunriver you may see deer or wild life around.

To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy, both inside and outside our home. We want everyone to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings!

If evidence of smoking is found, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged. This helps us keep the space enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for respecting our home and helping us maintain a healthy and smoke-free environment!
