From the private hot tub to the 10 SHARC passes provided, this Sunriver getaway is ready for your stay!

Spacious and close to the Deschutes, this updated cabin puts you in the center of Sunriver activities. Winter invites you to ski Mt. Bachelor (this home even has a ski boot/glove warmer), while the warmer months beckon with trips to the SHARC aquatic park. Any time of year, you'll have the hot tub to restore yourself in.

Inside the home, you'll find an open floor plan with beautiful hardwood floors. Crash in the living room before the flat screen TV and gas fireplace or share a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchen (yes, there is a dishwasher!). Have a summer cookout with the BBQ on the deck or go inside to the loft for a game of pool.

Sleep will come easy in the two master suites with king beds and attached bathrooms, the two bedrooms with a queen each, and the loft for two. With two more full bathrooms available, a full house of 10 guests will be totally comfortable here.

WiFi and a washer/dryer are available as well, making this a perfect home away from home.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a great group and a great time. Ping pong and Pool tournaments along with hiking and biking. Great house. Great location.

Large family home in Sunriver

This house has a perfect layout for families with kids or anyone who enjoys time as a group. The home could use some updating, but otherwise it’s great!

Plenty of space for a large group

The rooms were spacious and it was nice that the four couples in our group each had their own bathroom. We ate al fresco several nights and there were plenty of chairs and table space outside. We brought some outdoor game and between those and the pool table, there was always something for everyone to do.

Great House!

We enjoyed this house. The walls seemed very thin and we could hear each other talk from the bedrooms next to each other, but we found some humor in that. There is too many remotes for the TV downstairs. The hot tub was great, and we loved the layout of the house. Lots of space! Would definitely recommend!

GREAT RENTAL SPECALLY FOR BIG GROUPS

This was a great BIG beautiful amazing home the wood finish inside gave it a cabin feel. I had 9 people and we had an abundance of space. Tha gaming tables are a great add on since we visit during snow season. The couches where very comfortable and the rooms where very spacious all the windows in the home where amazing to view the snow. We all had a great time and would love to come back to this home for another visit. My teenagers loved this house as they had plenty of activities to do while we were inside. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND a stay here.

Mt Bachelor ski week

The property is wonderful. But it is just too far from Mt. Bachelor. It happened to snow heavily the entire week we were there. It took us 35 minutes to an hour to get the mountain in treacherous conditions. It you want to ski keep this in mind. The fireplace was broken and the gas stove was hard to light. But beds and roominess were perfect.

Nice house but needs some updating and better cleaners

House layout is terrific! Two very large masters with bathrooms. Large closets in those rooms where you can put baby crib. Kitchen has great counter space and everything you need to cook in if you like. Outside area has great space and seating with umbrellas. Air Conditioning is a plus when it is 85 plus outside. Location is good. Path just off down the street. Bikes provided (we didn't use) as well as a ping pong table and pool table in upstairs loft. Washer/Dryer all worked well.

Beautiful older home - lots of room to spread out with friends and family!

My group of 6 quite enjoyed our stay at this home. The layout is great and feels very big with the high ceiling and open concept. The pool table / bonus room upstairs was very fun and provided a great spot for our group to hangout over a shared activity. The living room couches were very comfortable and so were the beds! Do keep in mind this is an older home with some quirks. For example, some of the light switches do not work or are delayed to turn on/off. We were also unable to get the fire place started.

Good Home - Needs some care

The house overall was good for the 7 of us. However we noticed substantial dust on all of the throw pillows and the upstairs carpeting. We could see it throughout our stay. The bikes in the garage were very worn and almost impossible to use, all flat tires and difficult to pedal. There was also an unusable umbrella in the backyard that was broken before we arrived. Ping Pong paddles are falling apart but still usable. House would be a 5 star with some updated amenities and deep cleaning. House only contained 2 dish washer pods and 2 rolls of paper towels for 7 people over 6 days. No way to request additional supplies which is frustrating after paying a decent amount already.

Loved!

We loved this house so much! Loved the two suites, loved the pool table, loved the big deck with plenty of seating, loved the big island in the kitchen, loved the loop out front for the kids to ride bikes around, loved the extra fridge in the garage, didn’t love the AC! It was non existent and so hot the last few days of our trip! If AC is a deal breaker I wouldn’t recommend this home. Minus that we loved it and would come stay again hoping the weather might be cooler. 😏

The house was excellent great layout. Unfortunately,Vacasa service was disappointing. On our first day there we inform him that the dryer had stopped working, someone did come out to say that, indeed it was not working and needed to call a repairman. The next day we received a phone call stating the repair man would not be available till the next day and we would be receiving a phone call. The following day we did not receive any phone call and no repairman showed. We ended our stay with no dryer for the whole Five day stay. This is unfortunate when they only offered six pool towels and we had six individuals staying in the home. Lastly there was not enough dishwasher soap so we were unable to start a load as the check out instructions indicated.

Winter stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in early Feb. with 4 adults, rooms were very nice with each bedroom having its own bath, King rooms were huge and even the queen rooms were spacious. Very quiet location off main roads on a cul de sac . Kitchen was well stocked and perfect for a couple of people to cook at the same time with open concept and huge island/ bar area. Hot tub was great and living area was accommodating for 8. Manager was excellent as we had a problem with the TV and they were there in 20 min to help ( uses 4 vey confusing remotes and they have been there before for guests with this issue) . Other reviewers said house could use updating, ( what house couldn't here or there ) but over all very functional never ran out of hot water with all bathrooms showering around the same time. Only suggestion I would have is maybe a garage fridge to help with any extras that can't fit in fridge. More pics would be nice, it listed a pool table but who knew it was in a large loft overlooking the living room. Thank you again

4 bedrooms and 4 baths are great, as others have noted. Beds, however, are old and creaky and should be replaced, along with the linens. House was dusty, and gets dusty, due to being surrounded by lots of dirt. Kitchen very good, and well-equipped, but needs a more complete set of glassware. The biggest issue, as many have stated since 2019, is that the gas stove is faulty and leaks gas and needs a match to light. Instead of fixing the stove, owner has installed a gas monitor/alarm in the kitchen which went off twice during our stay, shrieking and ordering us (in a digital voice) to "immediately evacuate the house as the gas has failed." Turns out there was no leak, and a Vacasa rep who finally showed up said this was the third time it had sent a false alarm in a month. When it went off six nights later I unplugged it. Besides that, there were three usable bikes (out of 5) and a potentially problematic parking restriction (you are only allowed to park one car) which makes absolutely no sense. So, we won't be back.

House needs attention

It was nice to have things to do at the house especially as the smoke was so bad we couldn’t spend much time outdoors and swimming ( pool and table tennis was great)! The bikes need attention- bald tire on one adult bike ( unrideable), another had issues with the chain which we remedied( needs to be looked at). We didn’t look at the kids bikes as we brought our own so not sure about them. We had to remove the top of the grill to light it since the ignition does not work, stove in kitchen is a hazard - had to use a butane lighter there also! Sharc passes were nice but since we could only go one day due to smoke they were no big deal! Bedding and furniture ( esp. in pool room) is terrible and extremely dated. Photo shop does wonders for pictures- house was not even close as nice as the pictures. The hot tub was pretty bad- algae in bottom and no chlorine to be found! Needs cleaning! Upstairs master bath shower room only had a very dim light in the ceiling- how can anyone see to clean it? Would I ever rent this house again! Absolutely not! I have stayed at other houses that were much better for the same price!

Plenty of room to spread out

Three families shared the property, there was plenty of room in the shared living space to spread out, loved the huge dining table for meals and games, outdoor patio and grill were nice for evening meals, enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub too, kids had fun playing ping pong and pool. Nice to have four bathrooms with so many people in the house. Conveniently located to all attractions including the SHARC, marina, shops. We biked, hiked, rafted down the river, went fly fishing, went to High Desert Museum, a concert in Bend, horseback riding. Everyone had a great time. Some challenges were getting the kitchen stove to light, which was remedied with a lighter provided by service staff, and the sofa bed in the loft being broken, which was never taken care of after we had contacted service staff upon arrival, hence four stars Instead of five. It would have been nice to have more towels and hygiene products since we were there for a week. Overall, we enjoyed the home.

Great place

Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, large living room with high windows, great kitchen with dining room table seating 8. Large patio with grill, nice side deck area. My only (small) critique is that some of the furnishings are dated and worn out. The coffee maker doesn’t work well anymore. The TV needs updating. No screen casting and the ports are recessed in the TV. The bedding is old, but the mattresses are good. These are small details that are not deal breakers and could be easily fixed. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great house with good sized kitchen & large dining table. There are two primary bedrooms with king beds. Two more bedrooms with queen beds. Four full bathrooms. Pool table & ping pong table. Good outdoor space.

A gem - we had a challenge finding a place for 4 non coupled adults to have privacy, adult sized beds and full bathrooms for each of the 4 bedrooms, so this was an amazing find! ! Great hot tub, nice , well stocked kitchen and big comfy sofas for lounging by the fire and enjoying the views out huge windows in the main room. We had a couple of minor issues on arrival and a maintenance person was there within a few minutes and addressed them quickly. Very peaceful and quiet with easy access to both nature and restaurants etc in Bend. Lovely place to stay.
