The family room opens up to a charming screened-in porch perfect for an afternoon snooze or refreshment. An office and laundry room are also nicely tucked into the first floor. Enjoy some fun and sun out back in the luxurious pool and spa area with travertine decking, creating a more enlarged outdoor entertainment space. The beautiful spiral staircase and open loft allow a view of this well-appointed home with its southern charm. All four bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with bathrooms. NEW FOR 2026: Fifth bedroom is being added over the garage with access via a staircase inside the screened in porch. This room will not connect internally with the main house. It will have a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, there will be a twin murphy bed. Renovations to begin October of 2025 and completion date is scheduled end of February 2026.
