Updates include the addition of a 5th bedroom with a set of built-in twin-xl bunks and a comfortable built-in queen-size dormer bed complete with a private en-suite bathroom; an expanded pool deck to accommodate outdoor dining and adding space for additional chaise loungers plus an outdoor television on the covered porch that can be viewed from the saltwater pool and spa; new living room, family room, and dining room furniture; the addition of two new beverage fridges to the wet bar and a built-in ice maker just off the kitchen.

Check out the private saltwater pool and spa. This home includes complimentary pool and spa heat powered by an electric heat pump. Heating is available seasonally when outdoor temperatures are above 55 degrees.
