Inverted floor-plan. The perfect spaces for your family/extended family stays only. NO Pets. No parties.
5-BRs, 4 bath, and outdoor shower/dressing area. There's something for everyone. Direct canal water access with quiet endless views of the Assawoman Wildlife Preserve. Fishing, kayaking & crabbing too. The beach is a quick walk or bike ride from the property. Top floor Master, kitchen & living room has an open air elevated deck. The main level has a screened-in porch with comfortable seating & spectacular water views. Two guest rooms access the screened porch. The kitchen is well stocked for those desiring to prepare in-home meals. There is space for everyone to relax & enjoy the Beach life of sea air & sounds. Come enjoy and leave your worries behind. Parking pass available for oceanside SBB only (pass req'd May 15 - Sept 15).
WiFi available. No cable tv service.
NO Linens / No Laundry Service. Please BRING your own linens. Full size W/D for your use.

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. Donna is a "premier host" who obviously takes great care in making sure her guests are comfortable. Very spacious home, great kitchen for preparing meals, neighborhood is super nice and the view is so beautiful and peaceful. Looking forward to another visit in the future.

A happy place

We loved staying at the house. It was quiet, comfortable, nicely decorated and set in a beautiful location. The kitchen was very well stocked, and there was plenty of beach equipment, as well as many games and puzzles to enjoy. Donna could not have been nicer or more responsive to questions. A perfect stay!

Wonderful outdoor spaces!

This is a wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the bay from all 3 levels. There is an outdoor space for everyone. Enjoy coffee on the screen porch, happy hour on the ground level deck, and dinner on the open air deck. The beach is an easy mile walk or a quick drive with the provided parking passes. Donna is an extremely responsive host and we thank her for everything!!!

Relaxing Vacation

Loved the location and loved the beach home. The waterview from the deck and screened porch and sunset from the front of the home made for a relaxing vacation. The home was equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Donna was readily available to answer any questions that might come up.

Paradise!

Once again we were in paradise for a week. (Third year in a row). Beautiful clean home that has everything we would ever ask for in a beach home. We will be back again next year for sure. Donna is awesome, the best.

A quiet beautiful Bethany Getaway

This was our second stay in less than a year. The home is more than enough space for all guests. The view is so relaxing to wake up and go to sleep to everyday. Donna got right back to us with any questions on the house and things to do in the area. On the water and close to the beach. All you could want in a stay away from home. Will be back soon!

Vacation for two families

Thank you Donna for a wonderful stay! We appreciated your flexibility with our preseason booking. The house was perfect for our two families with plenty of space to spread out and visit. Views from the deck and screened porch were superb and we loved kayaking from the dock. The location was fabulous - quick drive or bike ride to the beach or Bethany boardwalk with restaurants, shopping etc. Kitchen is very well stocked for some meals at home. An extremely relaxing and fun week!!

Easter Holiday

First, Donna is definitely a "super host." She was easy to work with and very gracious. The property is lovely, especially the views. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to prepare meals. The layout of the home is perfect providing plenty of space for everyone. All of the beds and furniture were very comfortable.The location is great for access to the beach, downtown Bethany and being on a canal provided fun for family to fish. Wonderful neighborhood for families. We definitely will book the property in the future. Thank you Donna!

Fourth time is a charm!

We have stayed here multiple times and the could not be happier with the amenities, location and views. So quiet and serene. The host was communicative and service was fast and complete. Looking forward to next year!

An wonderful place to celebrate my mom's birthday

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful spacious home on the canal at South Bethany. The house was very spacious and never felt crowded for my extended family. The plus carpet throughout the house was so comfortable to walk on!~ We enjoyed the screen in porch, the decks, and of course the view. Well-stocked kitchen with essential cooking utensils and pots, pans, crockpot, etc! Plenty of room to cook in the kitchen. It was so convenient to have multiple bathrooms! A great place to stay for such a special occasion. Thanks, Donna so much.

Great Property

We stayed here in mid July and had a good visit. It is a lovely house with plenty of room. The views overlooking the bay are gorgeous, and I enjoyed sitting on the upper floor deck in the morning drinking coffee. It is a short drive to the beach and downtown Bethany. The neighborhood is nice for walking, and it was quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately the house does not have cable TV -- just streaming. So you can watch Netflix, Prime, and other services but no other TV. This was not stated in the VRBO listing, and I wish I had known about it before coming. Also -- Wifi is quite slow. Donna was responsive and available when we had a question or two, and the house was comfortable and spacious. It was a good stay overall.

We had a wonderful vacation, the best! Donna’s home was impeccably clean, beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. Having the dock for my sons boat was an added plus to this beautiful home (plus our kayaks). Donna was fantastic to work with. Our grandchildren loved the spacious bedrooms. Plenty of room for our large family. Thank you Donna. You have an amazing beautiful home.

Looked good until we arrived

The home has a beautiful location. Communicating was good until we checked in and noticed many problems. The cleaning was average, master bathroom glass was not wiped down showed the last guests sprays of toothpaste. Not appropriate with COVID. Master shower had mildew on shower liner. 4 chairs at the dinner table were breaking and in need of repair. No TV in Master. Oversized TV was in small bedroom with twin beds. Sheets that were provided were worn and tattered. Vertical blinds in upper level were coming apart strings hanging on the bottom very difficult couldn’t open or close had to do it individually by hand. Grill on deck did not have igniter and looks like it was on it’s last leg. My intention of this trip was to have an enjoyable experience and spend time with family. The location is gorgeous. I enjoyed kayaking. We brought our own and one was provided with the house. The house kayaking needs to be replaced, outdated. The many bikes that were provided were fine. The bottom line is with all the money you spend on a rental in South Bethany I had more expectations of a better maintainEd property. My family could not sit down at the dinner table together because there were not enough chairs that were in working condition. I communicated immediately with the owner Donna she did not respond to any of my messages on the website. I did text her with pictures of the problems that I experienced. She responded via her personal phone text messages. One rocking chair in the living room was worn out and had serious signs of wear. Unfortunately the property has been neglected and needs a inside upgrade. One bedroom has two single beds that are actually roll out beds. No box springs. South Bethany is a beautiful location, just wish the inside of the home was better taken care of.

relaxing

This home was perfect for our older children. Everyone had their own space yet the main living area was big enough for gathering. Our view of the bay nature reserve was beautiful. Bring binoculars because there is a lot to see!. Kayaking though it was beautiful. And the bike ride to the beach everyday was a perfect thing to do with my kids. I would definitely come back here. Donna was a perfect host!

Beautiful house with incredible views and direct access to canal

Beautiful house and a gorgeous setting. Spectacular views of Assawoman Bay. Very peaceful. Loved the screened-in porch with a book! House has everything you need - is clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, and very welcoming. Rented a couple extra kayaks and set off right from the dock every day. Loved riding bikes and daily walks. Lots of mini-golf, puzzling, and board gaming at night. Thank you for a wonderful get-away that we enjoyed immensely!

Spacious quiet and beautiful!

Communication and check-in were a breeze with this host. The home is spacious and welcoming. The views off the decks are relaxing and the neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. Looking forward to booking some time here next year! Highly recommended!

Incredibly peaceful and beautiful location

For a peaceful waterfront experience with an incredible view, this home hit the mark. Gorgeous views of undeveloped marsh. Tranquil location on a canal inlet. Screened in porch to take it all in bug-free. Large deck on the water for evening meals. Top deck off the main hang out space to blend the outdoors in. Bring your canoe or kayak and launch out the back door on calm waters. Row out to the open area in the evenings and watch the sunset over the marsh. Inverted home design has a great hangout space at the top with top-notch views. Home is well-insulated. Little cross-noise in bedrooms, so napping anytime of day is easy. Neighborhood roads are low on traffic, with lots of walkers, runners, bikers anytime of day. Close drive to Bethany boardwalk, or 30 minutes south to Ocean City, MD. Would need to bike, Uber, or drive to beach, but it's a short trip. This property is perfect for kayakers and paddle-boarders. Host is helpful and quick to respond. Kitchen wonderfully well-stocked.

Perfect Vacation Home!

We were very impressed with the location, amenties and cleanliness of this vacation rental. Lots of details we really appreciated, including closet space, use of washer/dryer, magnificent views of the water, spacious gathering space off of the kitchen and frequency of trash disposal. We highly recommend!

Beautiful and Spacious Waterfront Home

We had a wonderful week staying at this South Bethany waterfront home. We had plenty of room for everyone and were so happy to have our dogs along with us for our family vacation. The neighborhood is great for taking walks and riding bikes and is just minutes from the beach. The spacious back deck and canal dock gave us easy access for kayaking. The views from the upper deck are spectacular. The screened in porch is a great place to read a book or just relax. Everything in the home was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The owner was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Donna for a perfect family vacation!
