Canal Beach House - Great For Families

Fabulous open living area on the first level. Screened in porch overlooking the canal. Upper deck for sunning, reading and relaxing. 3 bedroom, 2 full baths. Great sun room. Easy walk or drive to the beach. Dock on the canal for easy boat launching. Great for Kayaks. After a full day at the beach return to quiet canal setting. House has been lovingly maintained and cared for by our family. Perfect place for catching crabs off of the dock.

During the offseason in 2020-2021 we continued to make improvements to the house. We re-painted the master bedroom. We replaced the ceilings in the family room and kitchen and painted the family room. We are in the process of replacing all electrical outlets. We installed new ceiling fans in the first floor. The first floor bathroom was renovated in off season 2020. The siding on the house was redone in 2020. The house is now slate blue color. The dining room, kitchen and one bedroom have been painted. The stain glass window in the sun room has been repaired. New dock completed June 2020.

Brand new HVAC systems, new hot water heater in 2019, new carpet on first floor 2020, renovated bath room on 2nd floor 2018, new porch seating area furniture 2018, new lounge chairs for upper deck 2019. All appliances replaced 2017-2018 (except fridge 2015). New mattresses throughout. New living room sofa and table purchased July 2019.
