Clean condo and lobby. Pool was great. Tiki bar food was excellent.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our week stay at this property. We had to sweep and vacuum some when we first got there but everything else was clean. I do recommend bringing extra towels for showers and beach if you have a big group!

A group of high school friends … now in our 50’s gathered for a week of catch up relaxing and beach combing - our condo was perfectly sized for our group of 7 - we could have used more towels ( there were only 6) but we utilized the washer n dryer and used beach towels we brought- Kitchen was well stocked for what we needed - the view was perfect off the balcony- the building and grounds were well kept and clean!

The 3 bedroom unit has 2 suites, which offers privacy for both couples when you have guests staying with you. The balcony is huge. The showers were wonderful and the unit was clean. To the owner I would recommend replacing the living room furniture because when you sit on both the couch or the chair, it feels like you’re sinking through. There’s no support whatsoever, very uncomfortable! The only downside about the entire place. Otherwise, highly recommend. Tip: if you have a truck, park outside

Beach Trip 2020

The location of our condo, and access to the beach were awesome. The parking deck was overcrowded. I believe people brought too many cars. Our family of seven came in 2 cars, which were allowed. My husband and I are in our late 60’s, and our last beach vacation was Panama City 25 years ago. Every thing looks so nice and clean and the beach is beautiful. My daughter and son-in-law and their 3 kids came with us. We checked in on Thursday and checked out on Sunday, so we had 2 full days of fun, and we spent a lot of money. We saved a long time for this trip and we were prepared. I do regret not booking a longer stay. The trip to Shell Island was fun , but the shells and sand cut my senior feet. Next time I will bring water shoes ! The condo was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The only complaint I have about our rental was the floor was dirty. If we went barefoot our feet got black. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we would love to stay here again.
