The perfect beach vacation awaits you in our beachfront 3 bedroom/2 bath condo located in the well maintained, gated beachfront Sea Vista complex located next to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formerly Schlitterbahn Beach and Water Park). The Sea Vista complex offers 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, 2 tennis/pickle ball courts, charcoal grilling station, free secure on-site parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our beachfront 2nd. floor condo has inside elevator access. Once you walk in the door, there is nothing but dunes, beach and sea...all for your enjoyment. The living/dining area and the master suite have wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows with the most amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Imagine waking up after a restful night of sleep to a magnificent sunrise...it just doesn't get any better than that!!! This same view can also be enjoyed from the kitchen while preparing that gourmet meal. Relax on the spacious balcony sipping your favorite beverage and feeling the gulf breezes while watching the ships and shrimp boats come and go or the occasional pod of dolphins play in the surf. The beachfront master suite has a king size bed and a small sitting area. The en-suite has a tub/shower combination and a quartz countertop vanity. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and a twin size trundle bed. This bedroom comfortably sleeps 4. The third bedroom has 2 queen size beds and can comfortably sleep 4 as well. The two guest bedrooms share the guest bathroom which has a walk-in shower and a quartz countertop vanity. All 3 bedrooms have their own dressers, closets, large flat screen TVs and sitting areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. We also provide a Pack-N-Play for your little one. Paper products and soaps are provided to get you started, even shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen, with a quartz countertop has a range, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with ice maker. It is stocked with high quality dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans and a starter supply of herbs and spices. As well as several small kitchen appliances to enhance your cooking pleasure. Paper towels and trash bags are supplied to get you started and there are some cleaning supplies. To increase your vacation pleasure, there are 4 large flat screen TVs with Spectrum cable and free password protected WiFi. The condo is fully air conditioned and has 4 ceiling fans...1 in each bedroom plus the living/dining area. A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo. A starter supply of laundry products is provided. For your beach time enjoyment, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and some sand toys to build that amazing sand castle. As a guest of Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Beach Park at Isla Blanca (Schlitterbahn) tickets available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many good restaurants and bars located nearby, many within walking distance. The dolphin-watch boat rides leave from the nearby pier on the west side of Padre Blvd. Relax and enjoy your vacation.

Loved the location! Kitchen was well stocked.only complaints are only seating for 6 at the table, when condo sleeps 8, living room was a little small so it was hard for everybody to be in there, and the mattresses were a little hard!!

We can heartily recommend this condo for a family getaway. The six of us had plenty of room, the view of the Gulf was great, it wasvery clean and well equipped.We got to meet Becky and Mark and they were terrific! In addition, it was a great location and thereā€™s lots to do at South Padre.It was serendipity that we got to watch a SpaceX rocket launch. Very exciting!

Everything was amazing. A lot was provided at the condo such as towels and other beach items. We rated check in with 4 stars since we didnā€™t receive an email with check in instructions until we got there. We did get help from the office staff, who took care of is very quickly.

Great location

We had a great stay on South Padre. The property location is amazing - since it is at the South end, you can walk on the beach to the county park, watch fishing on the rocks, and see boats and dolphins in the pass thru. Unit has a great view, bedrooms are large, and kitchen had everything we needed. Living/dining space is a bit cramped, but worked fine for our group of 4. Property is well set up, including a nice pool area and easy gated parking. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Absolutely wonderful Condo! Great view, Location to Beach. Even sitting on the Balcony was awesome, watching the waves crashing in the beach. Lots of Shell searching and Ghost Crab searching! The Pool was nice and warm and the Hot tub was Hot. Could have used better pots and Pans. Would Definitely rent again. Lori H.

Wonderful stay at the beach!

We come to Padre regularly and this was one of the best trips! The weather was beautiful and we had a great view of the beach. Also the launch of the SpaceX rocket, when we woke up to the entire building and windows loudly shaking. We didn't know what was happening but we went on the balcony and had an awesome view of the launch. So that was a really cool surprise. Scary at first, but a good story! Our part of the beach was really relaxed and not too busy. The pool and hot tub are great and the condo was clean with a good layout. We will book again in the future it is available.

My family really loved staying on the second floor this trip. Easy enough to take the stairs or the elevator. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We saw Space-X launch their rocket from the comfort of our balcony. It was awesome. Also a full sky rainbow the next day!The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Our host responded immediately when we had a problem getting the main tv to work. Problem solved plus a nice conversation about the island. We took advantage of the beach toys and beach towels every day. The beds were comfortable enough. The couches are a bit soft so made it difficult for those of us with no stomach muscles to get up off them but thatā€™s on us. The only con to the unit is that the toilets are short so it was a problem for my husband who has mobility issues. We solved it by buying a seat riser for one bathroom and it worked perfectly. All in all we had a wonderful week and will definitely stay at the Sea Vista on our next trip.

This place is as advertised. It was spacious. We were allowed to have guest, as long as they checked-in, parked in the designated parking area, and were gone by 11pm. Parking is tight for trucks and large SUVs. The pool is near the entrance. Although this was an old building, it is well maintained and clean. It's wheelchair accessible. I preferred the stairs over the elevator. This place had a lot of extras. In addition to having a full kitchen, washer and dryer; there were beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. We were literally a minute walk to the beach. It was great watching the sun rise and set rom this unit. At this location you are in walking distance to the beach, gift shop, waterpark, food, dolphin boat watching.

Fabulous Stay at Sea Vista!

My family and I recently stayed at this 3-bedroom Sea Vista property and it was an outstanding experience in every way! We LOVE Sea Vista because it is on the quieter south end of the Island, is not too crowded, is very well maintained and is steps away from the beach! This is the 4th time we've stayed in a Sea Vista unit managed by Becky and Mark Weise and all of their units are 5-star! This unit had a fabulous panoramic view of the Gulf and the beach in both the living area and the master bedroom. The unit was very tastefully decorated and obviously recently remodeled. Beach chairs, towels and other beach accessories were provided, along with starter supplies of the basics (including laundry detergent, dish soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, etc). We had no reason to contact Becky and Mark during our stay, but we know from past stays that they live on site and are incredibly responsive and helpful should you have any sort of issue! I highly recommend any of the Sea Vista units they manage!!
