Cozy up by the fireplace while enjoying the expansive views, listening to music or watching tv. Great indoor & outdoor entertaining space! TimberLodge has 3 bedrooms w/2 full baths/sleeps 8. Plenty of extra entertaining space in the lower level where you will find a Pool Table, 60” TV, Washer/Dryer, Full Bath, Bunk Bed room and even an outdoor Hot Tub! Rent with peace of mind as there is an automatic full home backup generator for an uninterrupted vacation. Come enjoy all the North Country has to offer with direct access snowmobiling, UTV trails, Fly Fishing on the Connecticut river 1/2 mile away, Fishing, Swimming, Kayaking or Boating on Lake Francis 1.75 miles or the Connecticut Lakes, 6.9 miles. This place was absolutely amazing. Great experience all in all. We took our snowmobiles up with us, and I have to say this is the best property in northern NH for snowmobiling. The sled trail is right at the end of the drivway with access to everywhere. The house itself was perfect. Pictures dont so it justice. Very clean and was packed with amenities and plenty of wood for the fireplace. Owners took great care of us as well! If I could give a 6 star review I would!

Great home on all fronts! The views and property are more than advertised. Highly recommend to anyone with a group that plans to snowmobile or do as we did, rip on the dirt. Communication with ownership was amazing and responsive. When we go back to NH, specifically this area, we will 100% stay here again. Best vacation rental ever

Compared with many rentals we have seen in our life, Timberlodge is absolutely stunning, well taken care of. The location is exceptional, with unobscured views of Francis lake and the northern NH mountains (foliage close to its peak came as a bonus). Well maintained garden with appealingly stocked flower borders. Upscale furnishing, good mattresses. Cozy ambiente, very well equipped large kitchen. Communication with Jeremy was pleasant and helpful with our requests.

Winter Wonderland

Our family of 4 had a great stay here in Clarksville. The cabin is on the top of a mountain overlooking the town, and the views of the snow covered mountains were amazing (just what we were looking for). We were lucky enough to have snowfall during our stay and we loved playing in the snow while enjoying the scenery. The cabin was beautiful, nicely kept, comfortable, and well equipped with all basic amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen with pots/pans, plates, etc. If you’re traveling here during the winter months, 4WD/AWD is a must. The property manager, Jeremy, was so kind and helpful and really helped make our stay great by going above and beyond. We had a fantastic stay and would consider returning. Thank you!

Perfect place for a family vacation

The house and the view from the deck are stunning. This house has everything you need to enhance your stay..space to spread out, pool table and hot tub, large deck with plenty of seating, large yard to play games. Close enough to town and direct access to the ATV trails. Also the birds, especially the hummingbirds are fun and interesting to watch.

Property is as advertised except for the view which is even better. Lots of parking for our huge snow machine trailer which kept things simple. already looking at dates for next year.

Thanksgiving Retreat

The cabin was just amazing! It was exactly as advertised, if not better. It was clean, organized, and well stocked for all of our needs. I don't think I even noticed a single light bulb out. The cabin's location, cozy isolation, and fantastic view of the lake and surrounding mountains was just fantastic! There were some nearby towns to visit, and get needed supplies, eat, or just explore. The wooden interior finishes, beautifully decorated, along with the two working wood fireplaces just added to the warm ambience of the home. This is the perfect getaway retreat and made for a really great Thanksgiving experience for my family and me. Don't hestitate......go!

Best Eva!

This was everything we hoped it would be. Perfect location, perfect view, beautiful home. Quiet retreat. We made full use of the pool table and hot tub. Yard was perfect for lawn games with the kids. The inside of the house is well maintained and very cozy decor. We will definitely be back!

BEST VRBO IN NEW HAMPSHIRE

Everything with the house and property exceeded expectations by a long shot! Super close to town and riding trails, fully loaded with pots pans, shampoo, towels, sheets, bedding etc. lots of amenities as well from the hot tub, to the fire places, to the indoor outdoor grills and pool table. I will defiantly be returning in the future for another trip! All the decorations around the house really make you feel at home as well! 10/10 highly recommend this home for anyone that wants amazing views, and a amazing property to stay at!

A beautiful and quiet retreat for our family!

A perfect home to enjoy a beautiful part of New Hampshire. The home is beautiful and truly felt like a retreat, we hardly left during our stay! The view is absolutely picture perfect. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub and comfy beds. This was the perfect place for us to enjoy quality time as a family in an absolutely beautiful home!

"A HOME FOR HEARTS"

Nobody enjoys leaving a fantasy. Or losing it in a place that captured our imaginations! The fresh air never tasted so good as nature was quietly abundant with wooded trails to leisurely explore. Parts of our journey surreal like viewing a masterful painting up close each day over Lake Francis. Wild Turkeys and others excited our spirits on occasion, a few logs in the fire at night did just the same with warmth. Our food choice, was to cook meals that brought a small piece of the world up onto this beautiful mountain top. Homes where the heart truly is, and we could tell a lot went into making this vacation place one for us to love too. In the meantime we can dream of when this fantasy can be ours and visited once again!

Perfect Mountain Retreat

Our group of 4 adults had a fantastic week long stay. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Everything we needed for our stay and more was provided. Food, dishes, linens, games, movies, etc. and the hot tub was an obvious bonus! Communication with Jeremy was easy, friendly, and he was very helpful with our requests. This home is absolutely stunning and very well taken care of. It is very much a private retreat, but still close enough to the town. We come to Pittsburg often and I know where we will be staying every time!

Amazing views to get away from it all

This house is immaculate and a cooks dream with stunning views and a beautiful property. The owners were incredibly responsive and thoughtful. We had a great time and would highly recommend. The area is quite remote so if you are looking for attractions this is not the place to go.

Awesome time away!

We had a great time at this property. It had everything you would want and expect in a home-like this, but what put it over the top was the outdoor hot tub. Not having one, watching the sunrise one morning come over the mountains was worth the price of admission. It was exactly what we expected. Well done!

Great place with awesome views. If your a snowmobiler this place is perfect.

It was a great place especially for snowmobilers with the trail being right on the property and just minutes away from a rental place. It's very clean and well kept. The views are incredible. The only thing I would say is its a lil weird that there's cameras in the house but I guess that's what these rental places are doing now. That's the first place I've rented that had one. All In all this place is really nice and would definitely recommend to a couple family or friends.

Relaxing, clean, and quaint. We loved this property and look forward to hopefully staying here again in the future! The snowmobile trails started right at the end of the driveway, which was perfect for us. The owner was very easy to get in contact with, if needed. Definitely recommend this property!

This house was great. Super clean and updated with spectacular views. I have stayed in many houses in Pittsburg and this one takes the number 1 spot! Very accurate pictures and listing.
