This privately owned Marco Beach Ocean Resort 1 Bedroom Suite is ideally located within Marco Island’s most luxurious beachfront resort property. Adjacent to the JW Marriot, Unit 503 is a beachfront, garden terrace suite, fully equipped and furnished.
This gated terrace (as opposed to the other units with tiny patios) allows plenty of room to lounge on the lush grass in the sun & enjoy all meals on the outdoor covered patio or the table indoor. The patio table seats 6 and our Tommy Bahama chairs can have you lounging in the sun right in front of your door. We also have an outdoor refrigerator and freezer for your convenience. This premier condo level is located just a few steps from the pool which makes it easy to get to and from the pool and jacuzzi with no elevators. It's ideal for small children as well as teens to be close and have room to spread out within eyesight of parents. Also wonderful for service dogs. It truly has a homey feeling with its large outdoor lawn space as opposed to the cramped patio. The resort's garden terrace level and pool were built 5 stories up, thus why you feel as though you're at ground level on the 5th floor. Western exposure turns your patio into a viewing paradise for Marco’s phenomenal sunsets.

Inside the unit, is a bedroom with a King sized bed, a 45" flat screen TV and an over sized bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The living room has a large queen sleeper-sofa, and 45” flat screen TV. Both TV's have Roku. The adjoining kitchenette has a full-sized oven range, microwave, 2 mini refrigerators (1 indoor, 1 outdoor) and fully stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils and 2 coffee pots, 1 Brewing & 1 Keurig. The Sliding doors lead out to your private garden terrace with table and chairs, lush grass lawn and gated entrance from the resort’s garden level.

Daily room cleaning & bed turn down services are not provided. (Due to unforeseen circumstances as of May 2025, the entire main pool deck area will be closed due to renovations and scheduled to re-open in 2026. The front desk at Marco Beach may offer passes to an adjacent pool at a neighboring hotel next door, on first come bases, until renovations are complete. )
