Nice 2 bedroom condo across the street from the South Beach Access. Pool was heated, grounds were attractive and it was quiet. A plus to have the Sunset Grill across the street.

The unit was clean and well stocked. The unit is within walking distance to most everything a person would need staying on Marco Island. This feels like our home away from home. It's our happy place.

Booked this for a very short stay and being able to walk to places was important. This location was perfect for dining out and walking to the beach. We really enjoyed our breakfast on the lanai in the early mornings and watching the sunset. We did not use the pool but it did look inviting. Communication with Rob was excellent !! We would stay here again.

Loved the location to beach and the grounds were very nice. The unit was clean but stained carpeting, doors with peeling paint, very dark (needed brighter lightbulbs). The beach chairs had mildew on them & were dirty - one was broken. We were locked out for 3 hours late one night as the keypad lock battery had died. Found out later we wouldn’t know it was dying, but an alert should’ve notified the owner. The HOA did not have a key to this unit (had keys to other units in building) so we ended up calling a locksmith. He charged us 395 and the owner has not reimbursed us. We feel this was not our responsibility to pay. We were planning to rent this the month of February, 2027 but now we are not. Very disappointed!

Without ever reaching out to us at all, this guest hired a local lock smith to come and drill out our lock causing damage to the property. If she had reached out to us, we would have told her there is a physical key backup in a lockbox on the railing outside the condo door. A simple message or phone call and she woudl have had a physical key in a couple of mins. Instead, she caused damage and cost the property of $500 including new smart lock, and 2 visits by the handyman, which we did not charge her for. Always reach out to your host for any problem. There was no reason at all for this silly unnecessary outcome / expense. We spoke to her directly the morning after this happened.

Great location, comfortable stay

This condo in Marco Island was a great getaway. It was comfortable, nicely decorated and offered the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was unbeatable—just a quick walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and beach.

Great location!

Beautiful 2 BR, 2 Bath home with everything you would need. We’ve stayed at a few different VRBO properties and this was the most well stocked kitchen we’ve experienced. The pool area is very nice and clean, surrounded by beautiful plant life. The location, across the street from the beach and plenty of parking are also a huge plus!

Loved, loved this condo. Super cute decor. Extremely well stocked, great location directly across from the beach walk access. The pool was great as well, and everyone so friendly. I also can’t say enough about the cleanliness of both inside the condo itself as well as outside. Really enjoyed and would not hesitate to reserve again or recommend to anyone.

What a wonderful place to stay! Even though the unit is not right on the beach, it only requires a short walk and you are there. What probably impressed us the most was the easy access to help in dealing with a minor problem we encountered. The unit was also well stocked with not only things like a coffee maker, but also a Keurig. We plan on returning to the same unit in December. The only negative was that the mattress in the Master Bedroom could stand to be replaced, but that could have more to do with our preference rather than quality. The unit was also extremely clean, which is always big plus.

great location

very nice condo just across the street from ocean. it was clean and had lots of towels so i did not have to do laundry everyday. We were not in the condo unit that much because we ate out and spent a lot of time on the beach but the unit had everything you need if you wanted to cook meals. Great place

Great spot on Marco

Clean, quiet, well equipped with tons of towels, bedding, and beach gear. Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath. In south end of Marco, so quieter. Super easy beach access and across from sunset grill if you need a burger! Hosts were easy to work with. Process was smooth. Would highly recommend this condo. highly recommend this

The Warner's

Check in was simple and awesome. A simple code was given for the door, and directions for registering your vehicle were simple. We've been staying on the Island for 10 years with and without our kids. We have to admit we feel guilty not bringing them this trip after seeing the second bedroom and bathroom (they had school). The condo was completely furnished with really nice built in storage in both bedrooms. We traveled very light, but the walk in closet in the master bedroom was huge. We made breakfast and their cookware was amazing along with the appliances. The owner thought of everything! We were long time renters at the Apollo but after this stay. The extra steps to the beach were worth crossing the street. Hope to rent here from now on. Well done and thank you!

The condo was great…rental mgmt..not so much

Loved this condo… very clean and was really well kept. Furniture was in great condition. The condo was probably one of the best stocked rentals I have ever stayed at. The location couldn’t be beat!! Right across the street was beach access. I kept saying through out the trip that I would definitely stay again. That is until the last full day. We somehow got locked out of our condo. Left in the morning and came back in the evening to a condo where after 3 days of coming and going, the digital code for the lock no longer worked. I was annoyed, but not mad, this can happen. What I was very angry at was that when we called the rental mgmt, it was almost an hour and half before anyone called us back. We called them 6 times before getting a response. Stuck outside in 93 degree sun. Once we finally got a call back, We had to wait 15 min for another call back to be given the code for the key box for the key to open the door and have the digital lock reset. The response I got from the rental mgmt was, sorry, this never happened before. My response was, never happened to me either, but as the guest it is not my responsibility to have a contingency plan. Later on that night we had the same issue with the door again, but luckily we were smart and kept the manual key with us for the rest of the stay. Also, I had to call the day of arrival because I didn’t get check in info. An hour later I finally received it. Horrible communication from rental mgmt. Never will rent through them again.
