One of a Kind Lakeside House on Silver Lake! 5 bedroom, 1 1/2 Bathrooms

Take a step back in time in this beautiful year-round cottage with all of the modern amenities. The breathtaking sunsets and mornings on the porch over coffee or tea will create memories that will last a lifetime.

The first floor includes a Kitchen, Living, and Family room along with a full bathroom and steam shower. First floor laundry as well! With 4 bedrooms on the second floor and 1 bedroom in the full walkout basement, there is plenty of room to host family and friends for the week.

The bedrooms upstairs include ceiling fans.

Complete with 70 feet of lake frontage and a full wooden dock, you will be sure to enjoy plenty of sunshine during the day and beautiful sunsets over the lake at night.

Within minutes of Letchworth State Park and the famous Charcoal Corral.

***July through August 2022 rentals will be Sunday through Sunday only. Please reach out with any questions.

This home was perfect for our Fall Getaway to Letchworth State Park. We enjoyed waking to beautiful views of the lake & evening sunsets. The porches were great for relaxing after a day hiking. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, which made preparing meals so much easier. We had a fantastic stay & would love to stay here again.

Wonderful! Lovely home and warm reception - well appointed with great attractions nearby as well. This is a gem at any time of year and especially if you enjoy boating, sunsets, grilling, making s'mores, time on the porch - games, cards and more. Just a fantastic home, gracious and responsive hosts. Can’t say enough good things!Many thanks for a wonderful vacation and great memories!

Summer at the lake

We enjoyed staying on Silver Lake and had family staying only 2 doors down. We were so happy with our accommodations! The kitchen was a dream to cook in with everything we needed. The whole house was spotless and just as described. Communication was easy and responses were fast - would highly recommend!

Home away from home

Beautiful peaceful relaxing. Everything you need at property except for towels and yourself. Even the stuff you don't think you needed and end up needing no problem its there! Thank you for another amazing vacation! Special thanks to Dave :-)

A perfect stay!

This house is lovely; two sitting rooms, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms! The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to cook at home. The outside decks overlooking the lake are covered and have wind guards. Lots of seating. Minutes from Letchworth Park! Close to breweries, cider mill and antique shops. Beds were comfy, We had an absolutely wonderful time. Thank you for sharing your amazing house for our Girls’ weekend.

Letchworth gem

Great older home. We enjoyed Niagara Falls and Letchworth state park. The kayaks were used a lot due to the lake water situation. Not comfortable swimming off the dock.Murky /algae plants.

Home away from home

Silver Lake Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay! Alex was a wonderful host! He was easily accessible before and during our stay and he made the entire check in/out process super simple. The house is exactly as advertised with no surprises which was appreciated as we were traveling with another family and had a total of 4 kids with us. All 5 bedrooms are simple and functional with comfortable beds and enough space to easily sleep two adults in each room. We LOVED the porch and spent every evening out there watching the absolutely gorgeous sunsets and enjoying the peaceful sounds of the lake. The dock area was wonderful and our kids spent their mornings out there fishing and watching the birds (we saw two bald eagles!!). All in all, our trip was amazing and we would definitely book this house again in the future.

Friends Getaway

We were a group of 5 women friends wanting to hike and explore Letchworth State Park. The cottage was a quick drive to the park and the perfect retreat to come back to at the end of the day. It was super clean, had good beds and bedding and a kitchen big enough for all our cooking needs. We loved watching the sun set on the lake in the evenings, either sitting on the porch or while having a fire in the fire pit. The host was very responsive and check in was effortless. I will definitely be back!!

Wonderful Place in Upstate NY

Check in process was quick and easy. Property was clean, and well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet. Beautiful view of the lake- we enjoyed using the kayaks too.

Lovely lakefront stay!

We loved our stay at this house. They had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing at the lake. The beds were comfy. The house was clean. The kayaks and fire pit were used often! We also appreciated the first aid kit (we had a few cut toes from the rocks, as well as other things). The views from the porch were spectacular! We ate and played cards there everyday. It was the perfect getaway for our family.

Peaceful stay at Silver Lake

Floating on inner tubes, grilling, fire pit at night, cleaning up in the shower/sauna, kayaking and relaxing. Very enjoyable.

Great Lake House

Great experience. We love Silver Lake and have stayed at other nearby houses. This was a great house. They have 3 kayaks, life jackets, a dock with lots of seating. There are four bedrooms and 1/2 bath on the second floor, living space/dinette/kitchen and full bath on first floor and another bedroom in (connected) basement area. We have little ones and appreciated the high locks on back door headed toward the lake. Alex called us a few days before our stay just to touch base and texted during our stay to make sure we had everything we need. Fantastic State Park is only a short drive away. Highly recommend.

First time at Silver Lake

This is not a rental…this is the owner’s home that they graciously share. Please take care of it. Comes with the best concierge at no extra cost!! Really enjoyed our first visit to Silver Lake. The home is everything listed and more.
