A Little About Your Stay



Location is everything when planning your Maui vacation, and this villa offers one of the most breathtaking vantage points in all of Kapalua. This one-bedroom, two-bath end-unit townhouse is ideally positioned along the Kapalua Bay Course and showcases stunning 180-degree ocean, island, and year-round sunset views. With the islands of Moloka‘i and Lana‘i visible across the Pacific and Kapalua Bay just a short walk away, this villa delivers an exceptional Kapalua setting. This villa represents one of the best values in Kapalua for guests seeking an incredible ocean view location without the premium price tag.



 



As you enter the villa, the living room immediately draws your attention to the spectacular scenery beyond. Large windows frame the golf, ocean and island views, creating a peaceful and relaxing space to unwind. Just outside, the lanai offers the perfect place to dine outdoors, sip a tropical drink, or watch Maui’s legendary sunsets between the islands. During the winter months, this location also offers fantastic seasonal whale watching right from your own private lanai.



 



Inside, the comfortable living room features a pull-out sofa, coffee table, ceiling fan and a TV. A dining table sits just off of the living room and is large enough to comfortably seat four. Family dinners become an even more magical event when taking in the spectacular view just before you. Passing sailboats, and out-of-this-world sunsets make for the perfect backdrop to any evening meal.



 



Adjacent to the living area, you will find a breakfast bar that adjoins the kitchen, and with pull-up chairs. This is a wonderful spot to breakfast in the morning, or, enjoy a cocktail while the chef-for-the-day prepares your meal.



 



The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly desire to prepare and serve any meal. We know how important it is to come to a villa and have all that you need at your finger tips. There is nothing more frustrating than beginning your preparation, just to find you need that one tool to finish up. During your stay, if you discover you need something extra, please do not hesitate to call us and we will be more than happy to provide it for you.  The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a freezer.



 



The first full bathroom is located on the main floor and features a vanity and shower, providing convenient space for guests.



 



Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom showcases some of the most stunning views in the villa and features a king bed, TV and ceiling fan. Wake up to sweeping ocean and island vistas, along with the lush greens of the Bay Course below. The bedroom also features its own private lanai — a peaceful spot to enjoy a quiet morning with a cup of Kona coffee while watching Maui come to life



 



The master bathroom is incredibly spacious, with enough room for everyone in your party to comfortably get dressed and ready for the day. The bathroom features an oversized soaking tub with shower, two separate vanities with sinks, closet and a washer and dryer. The soaking tub is a welcoming sight after a long day at the beach, or, an evening out on the town.  



 



As an added bonus, your villa is directly across the street from one of the two pools located at The Ridge.

We are the only licensed on-site property managers. We are also Ridge owners. Thus we take an extra bit of pride in what we do. Our aim is to see that your stay with us is absolutely beyond compare.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine.
