Seaside Dreams Top Floor Beach Condo on the Seawall

Welcome to Seaside Dreams, our beachfront condo located at The Victorian Condominium on Galveston Island. The view from this condo is AMAZING! Nestled on the top floor and center of building 7 overlooking the heated pool with a direct view of the Gulf. We know you will enjoy the view and our condo as much as we do. Our unit is approximately 480 sq ft and sleeps up to 6 (4 adults max recommended) and is great for families. We include mostly everything you will need to enjoy your stay; bath towels, bed linens, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, games, binoculars, wifi, arrival snacks with 2 bottles of water, and morning coffee to get you started. Wal-Mart is conveniently located next door to the complex for groceries and additional items you may want to buy. To help stop the spread of COVID-19 and other gems and viruses, our housekeepers take EXTRA steps and care to ensure our unit is cleaned and sanitized (including all door handles) after each guest stay. Please note: This is a NO SMOKING condo. There are designed Smoking areas located on the complex outside of our unit. Just ask the front desk for specific details. We live in Houston, but we're always available through Vrbo if you have any questions before and during your stay.

Please note that the complex is managed by a property manage company and they will charge you a $40 resort fee (credit card only) at check-in. This one-time fee covers all guests in your party for your entire stay. It provides you with pool bands, parking permit, gate codes, and wifi code.

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If we can accommodate an early check-in or check-out time, we will do so at no extra charge. Our housekeepers need time to clean and sanitize and make everything sparkle for the next guests.

Upon arrival, we provide a few complimentary snacks and 2 bottles of waters in our condo to get you started. We also provide coffee (pods) for your morning enjoyments. Wal-Mart is conveniently located next door to the complex for all-your shopping needs. There’s a small ice maker machine in our condo, but if you need a bag of ice, just ask the front desk. They charge $3.00 per bag. Should you need it, several laundry facilities are located on the property.

This was a last min trip planned for my mom she has been on chemo and needed an escape to keep her spirits up. So thankful I found this little gem. I wish the weather had been more kind to us. The condo had a ocean view was clean and had cute decor. I have older kids so the bunk beds were cute ,but better suited for younger kiddos. The host responded quickly and was very kind.

The room was perfect. Better than any other that I've rented or visited in this particular complex. What id like to say here is that the host was the most impressive part of rhe whole experience. Communication with Yolanda was effortless. I would ask a question and she would respond within minutes with the informarion we needed. 5 star rental. 5 star host. Definitely recommend this particular roof top condo for a couples retreat or vacation with a small family of 4 as it has 2 bunks recessed into the wall in the main living area and a private master bedroom. We will rent again here for the price and location it's hard to beat.

Great place close to the beach.

We've stayed at the Victorian a few times and we absolutely love it in this place. This was the best unit we stayed in so far really enjoyed our stay.

It was a cute little spot

It was the perfect size for 2 people, WiFi didn’t work that good, it kept connecting then disconnecting. The kitchen was full of everything we need, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware, it also had a variety of tasty snacks

Perfect Getaway!!

My family and I loved this ADORABLE condo!! It was very clean and had every amenity we could want! The location is perfect and the view of the beach and the pool was the cherry on top! We had a great stay and will definitely be back!!

Condo was exactly as advertised and it was perfect. The room was bright and comfy, while the view was beautiful. Would definitely recommend for a quick get away or a longer stay.

Overall great experience!

From start to finish this stay was great! The owner communicated well, the condo was beautiful, modern, clean and had some great amenities. The view was incredible and overall it was a great weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute spot, good location.

We had a nice visit here. Owner took good care of us when there was a maintenance issue on property. Place is small but very functional- pack light and you’ll be fine! With so mmany fun things to do in Galveston we were barely even there! Beds comfy, cold AC, good privacy and was stocked with everything we needed!

Great location , walk across the street to the beach. Would certainly stay there again.

The unit was clean, had all the necessary kitchen items. The one thing ,,,was there was too much clutter, not a lot of room to put our stuff. ie in all areas.

Weekend stay

The property itself is showing some age and the elevator for our building was out of order. It was a short walk to a working elevator but was not far and not a big deal. The property itself is nice but it is older. The condo is very nice and was clean. Bed was very comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Condo was great. Had everything we needed for a quick getaway. Pool was nice. Balcony was nice, had an ocean view. Complex was quiet. Owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We had an issue with our trip and she jumped in to help us resolve it quickly. Will definitely stay here again. Dont hesitate to book!!!!!

Our condo was very neat and clean and nicely decorated. Recently updated, very well supplied with coffee, towels, dishes, & beach accessories. Beds were great. Wonderful view of the pool & gulf with nice patio furniture on the balcony. Very much enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back. The check in process was very chaotic though, they needed additional staff. A long line to check in.

Loved this sweet little condo!

From beginning to end, our stay here was an absolutely wonderful experience. Yolanda, the host, was extremely communicative, helpful and easy to reach. Her detailed instructions led to a smooth check-in and check-out. The complex is in a fantastic location on the Seawall and was easy for us to get to the beach and all around. The view from the unit is lovely and we never had issues finding parking. It’s small and cozy but it worked great for our family of 5. It was extremely clean and we appreciated the k cups, snacks and water bottles. I’d definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a Galveston getaway!

Welcome to Seaside Dreams condo located at The Victorian Condominium on Galveston Island. The view from this condo is AMAZING! Nestled on the top floor and center of building 7 overlooking the heated pool with a direct view of the Gulf. We know you will enjoy the view and our condo as much as we do.



Our unit sleeps up to 4 and is great for families, couples, or single travelers.

It has a private bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed with 2 twin beds.

The kitchen is equipped with the essentials to prepare meals.



There are fishing piers, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance.



Please note: When you arrive, you'll need to check in at the front desk. There you will need to pay a $25 resort fee and sign the guest agreement form. The fee includes up to two parking passes and access to all the on-site amenities. Extra parking passes can be purchased for an additional $25 for every two additional passes.
