Blessed –

This is the perfect beach front home for your next vacation. This 4 bedroom 4.5 bath townhome sits right on the beach with 3 levels to enjoy the views from. This home has a large open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room, and living room on the first floor. The main deck and access to the beach sits on the 1st floor as well as the gulf front community pool (only shared by 4 other homes).

Blessed also boasts 2 master suites each having their own private balcony as well as a large bathroom. The remaining two rooms are stocked with 2 queen beds, and a full/twin bunk a piece and each have their own private bathroom.

This is the place to come with the family and have plenty of room to truly enjoy yourself.

Hosting 27 miles of beachside paradise, guests of the world-renown vacation destination will enjoy stunning white sand beaches, emerald-hued waters and a varied selection of exciting attractions and establishments that have become a thing of legend. Accommodations for all tastes and budgets are offered in Panama City Beach and include beachfront townhomes and soaring, newly developed high-rise condominiums. You are also close to all the wonderful communities located on the Beaches of South Walton. These small intimate communities are located just west of Panama City.

First Floor: Living Room with Wet Bar and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room with Laundry.

Second Floor: King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Full/Twin Bunk and Tub/Shower Combo.

Third Floor: King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Full/Twin Bunk and Tub/Shower Combo.

*On-site parking for 2 cars per property.

This property was perfect for our trip with extended family. 8 adults and 2 kids fit great and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The walk to the beach was very short, and we were in a quieter and less busy area of the beach so always were able to setup right outside the house. Host was very responsive and all staff I interacted with were very kind. The place was well stocked with the things we needed. Will definitely look to book again!

Great stay

Blessed is a great place to stay with family or friends. Right on the beach, had everything we needed including coolers, we all enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again and again.

Amazing!

This property is beautiful. It's on the quieter end of the beach which was really nice. There were 14 of us and it fit us all perfectly! Hope to stay here again!

Beautiful Spacious Condo

We loved our stay at Blessed! It’s extremely spacious and such a beautiful condo. Everything was easily accessible. We really appreciated the ample amount of towels we were provided. Having the beach right out our back door, was amazing!

Vacation 2020

The location is ideal, beautiful views and wonderful beach access. The property is beginning to show its age and definitely needs a good detailed cleaning. Parking is very tight.

Perfect! Exactly as we hoped.

This home was wonderful. We had three families staying within. There was not one thing missing. From the cleanliness to the convenience, everything was perfect. We will definitely return.

Perfect for the price

We have stayed in two of these units. There is ample room for multiple families to stay, comfortably, without being right on top of each other. While there are some updates needed, it is a great place away from the crowds of the condos. Customer service is very responsive.

Great for 2 days until Michael ran us off!

This is our favorite property. We have a large family and there is plenty of room for all of us. The maintenance people are very responsive the few times we have had to call them. We were thrilled to see “our place” survived Michael!

First I would like to say that VRBO, your fee is outrageous!! Best of all the property and the location was great. The showers in the master bedrooms are a bit small and we had a ant problem in the kitchen the last few days we were there. Overall we had a great vacation!!

Wonderful

We have rented several oceanfrount condos in the past. They were all crowded and loud. Blessed was quit and peaceful. We couldn't have asked for anything more. It was absolutely amazing and wonderful.

Wonderful

Updated decor, amazing beach, ample cookware, only suggestions is a decent set of flatware and new couch. Couch is broke down and worn out. Beds were comfortable air conditioning worked great! Will be back next year!!!

Beachfront perfect for families

This rental was bigger than the pictures suggest. As long as the vacationers can handle stairs, everyone will be comfortable. Extremely clean and well managed. We had a small maintenance issue that was handled immediately and professionally. Very good value for watching the ocean. We’ve spent more vacations on Atlantic, and there are fewer restaurants and longer wait times here. We liked the warm water of the Gulf. Small shared pool which we also enjoyed. Pizza from Bubba’s was really good, and we walked to Thomas Donut 100x better than Dunkin—go in the afternoon if you want to avoid the lines.I highly recommend this property.

Great property

Excellent property. It needs new plugs in third floor master. They don't hold the cord. Had to plug phones in bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.
