This is the perfect beach front home for your next vacation. This 4 bedroom 4.5 bath townhome sits right on the beach with 3 levels to enjoy the views from. This home has a large open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room, and living room on the first floor. The main deck and access to the beach sits on the 1st floor as well as the gulf front community pool (only shared by 4 other homes).

Blessed also boasts 2 master suites each having their own private balcony as well as a large bathroom. The remaining two rooms are stocked with 2 queen beds, and a full/twin bunk a piece and each have their own private bathroom.

This is the place to come with the family and have plenty of room to truly enjoy yourself.

Hosting 27 miles of beachside paradise, guests of the world-renown vacation destination will enjoy stunning white sand beaches, emerald-hued waters and a varied selection of exciting attractions and establishments that have become a thing of legend. Accommodations for all tastes and budgets are offered in Panama City Beach and include beachfront townhomes and soaring, newly developed high-rise condominiums. You are also close to all the wonderful communities located on the Beaches of South Walton. These small intimate communities are located just west of Panama City.

Beachfront perfect for families

This rental was bigger than the pictures suggest. As long as the vacationers can handle stairs, everyone will be comfortable. Extremely clean and well managed. We had a small maintenance issue that was handled immediately and professionally. Very good value for watching the ocean. Weā€™ve spent more vacations on Atlantic, and there are fewer restaurants and longer wait times here. We liked the warm water of the Gulf. Small shared pool which we also enjoyed. Pizza from Bubbaā€™s was really good, and we walked to Thomas Donut 100x better than Dunkinā€”go in the afternoon if you want to avoid the lines.I highly recommend this property.

Amazing!

This property is beautiful. It's on the quieter end of the beach which was really nice. There were 14 of us and it fit us all perfectly! Hope to stay here again!

Great beach location

The property was located right on the beach that was quiet. Not very many people were staying in that area of the beach. We enjoyed the convenience of its location to many attractions and being able to walk down right to the sand. The property is older and in need of maintenance, such as air vent filters needing to be changed, closet door not hung properly, oven not working, mold on a bathroom ceiling, curtains not hanging on the rod, balcony door screens sticking, and obvious water leak marks in bedroom which is to be expected since it appears to be an older unit. However, we found the property not to be very clean upon our arrival. There were dirty dishes, dirty sheets, and hair in the shower. We overlooked things that needed repairing but itā€™s hard to overlook cleanliness.

The property is in a great location. Having a pool with only a few units to share is great. The property needs to be updated. The wood floor is heavily scratched. The carpet going upstairs desperately needs replaced. There are gouges on the wall that need repaired.

Blessed is a great place to stay with family or friends. Right on the beach, had everything we needed including coolers, we all enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again and again.

Great for Multiple Families

We had four families at this condo/house. There was plenty of space for everyone to have privacy in their own bedroom and bathroom. We had a few issues with appliances. The washer and dryer did not work. The ice maker was broken. The property manager/group was very responsive and came to fix the issues the same day. This property is in need of a lot of maintenance. The carpet is old and dirty. The closet doors are falling off the tracks. One of the master bathrooms has clear water damage with swelled floors and damage to the downstairs ceiling. The appliances are older. The deck boards and outdoor furniture are old and in need of repair. We would stay here again because it was right on the beach and it provided the space we needed for all the families.

Needed vac & repair door

Nice area and great layout for our group BUT one bedroom door was broken and could not be closed which wasnā€™t good for privacy (this was reported by cleaning ladies when we got there) . Also felt floors and carpet could have been cleaner. Also didnā€™t leave starter toilet roll in all bathrooms. We come to beach at least a couple times every yr and I know thatā€™s a usual courtesy. wonderful view, but

The view and location were great and the property was fine but, several things happened to make our stay in PCB a stressful trip. Below is the list: On arrival(4pm) the cleaning staff had just arrived. The place was a mess. We tried to stay out of their way for 2 hours. Then we were able to make ourselves at home. Ants were crawling all over the living room sofa. We discovered a large amount of sugary debris under the couch. In spite of us vacuuming, the ants never went away. The pool was mirky(not clear) so we avoided that area. In the middle of the week, workers started rehabbing the condo next to us. We didn't need to set alarms. Each morning at 7am we were awaken by the sounds of hammers and drills. The workers also took over one of our parking spots with their vehicle and tools. Late Wednesday, the internet went down.. We had no TV service or the capability to use our computers. (This was not an act of God. The other units in our complex had service.) On Thursday an Ocean Reef representative came out and could not find then source of the problem. Someone else was scheduled to come out on Friday. They never showed. When we left on Saturday, the internet was still out. All of this has been reported to Ocean Reef. Other than a standard "we're sorry, we'll get back to you" email, nothing else has happened. I love PCB, but I warn visitors to stay away from properties managed by Ocean Reef.

Wonderful

We have rented several oceanfrount condos in the past. They were all crowded and loud. Blessed was quit and peaceful. We couldn't have asked for anything more. It was absolutely amazing and wonderful.

Beautiful Spacious Condo

We loved our stay at Blessed! Itā€™s extremely spacious and such a beautiful condo. Everything was easily accessible. We really appreciated the ample amount of towels we were provided. Having the beach right out our back door, was amazing!

Blessed is a beautiful quite place right on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay there. Easy access to the beach. Only negative thing is the place does need some repairs on things. But will stay there again for sure.

Great place

We would stay here again. Pictures are an accurate representation of the place. Parking stinks. Every condo has 2 numbered spaces, but they were extremely small spaces. There were inches between cars. At the time of our stay there was an available parking lot across the street. We easily parked extra cars there. The pool is very small, but adequate for our needs. The home is nice. One thing I especially liked is that is has a large open living, dining, & kitchen space. It has a huge sofa, and our group could comfortably gather together. When looking for houses, I wanted a living area that could accommodate a larger group. Check-in & check-out was easy, and the management company was quick to respond to any issues.

Nice location but many small issues

Very nice location but house needs some improvements and fixes like carpet cleaning, bathroom ceiling leaking, broken toilet etc. WiFi speed and 2 car parking could be a problem.

The location is ideal, beautiful views and wonderful beach access. The property is beginning to show its age and definitely needs a good detailed cleaning. Parking is very tight.

Relaxing week

The property location was perfect!! Inside it was spacious enough to accommodate our entire family of six adults and four children. We had no major issues while we were here. I think the biggest problem was the parking.
