To ensure a wholesome family environment, we rent to **family groups only**

Gorgeous updates! Master bathroom showers have been expanded. New soaking tubs. Enjoy beautiful improvements throughout.

When you step inside Southern Exposures E, you will find the casual comfort of a beach cottage with the conveniences of today to create the perfect retreat. The spacious great room has hardwood floors, overstuffed furniture and a large dining table and breakfast bar to easily accommodate your family and friends. The sliding glass doors open on to the deck where you will be greeted by the sights and sounds of our beautiful beaches. The large flatscreen tv will provide hours of entertainment with highspeed internet. The kitchen shares the beautiful view of the beach and is well equipped. There are two beachfront master bedrooms, lovely and comfortable, that feature private baths with soaking tubs. There are two additional bedrooms, also beautifully furnished and with their own private baths. Features include a dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water on the door, and washer and dryer. There is also a wet bar complete with ice maker and wine fridge. Southern Exposures has its own beach side pool for your enjoyment.
There are two designated parking spots per unit.

Great Spot!!

The location of this property was amazing. It was far enough away from the busy part of the beach, but yet close to enough to all attractions. Would stay here again!

Family vacation

Family vacation, house is lovely. The beds are comfy and there is an Alvin's and Thomas .4 miles away, easy walking. Parking is tight, one small problem with stove and matinence was out immediately and problem resolved. Easy walk to beach

Beautiful time!

Already reserved this unit for our family vacation in July 2022. Family friendly, beautiful unit with all the comforts of home and lots of room for our large family. Very pleasant experience over all.

Perfect week!

We had such an amazing stay! You just can’t beat waking up everyday to the beautiful gulf! We really had no complaints except that the ice machine in the wet bar doesn’t work and it appeared to not have worked for a long time. Also the freezer made very little ice and the water spout on the refrigerator didn’t work. These aren’t major issues and didn’t hamper our trip, we just bought ice every other day and we reported these findings to the property management. It just would have been nice to know these didn’t work beforehand and even nicer if they could be fixed because the wet bar ice machine is a great feature. Other than that we had the best week and have asked to book it again next year for our annual trip.

Charming and accommodating for our group of 9

3 families; 6 adults & 3-17 year olds. This was a last minute booking, and to be honest, we were afraid we may have gotten bottom of the barrel. We absolutely loved this property. The layout couldn't have been more perfect. 4 bedrooms, each with it's own bath and shower! Ground floor was spacious and so charmingly decorated, complete with a wet bar and half bath/laundry. All 3 floors were well lit and had decks/balconies on the ocean side, with plenty of access to the views and sounds of crashing waves. We were also concerned about the condo situation maybe having young and wild spring breakers...beings so close to Panama City....it was actually to the contrary. We had a nice family next door and never really didn't see anyone else. The neighboring places had young spring breakers, but they were all well behaved and never a problem. Unfortunately, we had not so great weather and only had 1 day we could enjoy the beach. We did however use our time to sight see and spend time together at the large kitchen table, playing games. The couches were large and cozy and TV viewing is plentiful throughout the house. If I were to have any constructive criticism, it would be that there was absolutely no leftover items from previous guests or owners... whatsoever. Usually when we stay places, there are a few coffee filters, cleaning supplies, beach towels, beach chairs and toys. This place was stripped clean....not 1 of these things. Flying from Colorado, this added extra expenses. Having to buy beach chairs and toys too big to fly home and cleaning/kitchen supplies that we didn't use all of, was pretty disheartening....especially with only having 1 day on the beach lol! We were wondering how much stuff the cleaning people take home with them. As previous guests have said, the parking is tight when the units are all full, but not a deal breaker for us. Carpets and rugs need to go, be replaced or be cleaned, but also not a deal breaker. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and appreciate how friendly and easily accessible the owners were! Highly recommend!! And we will be back!

Great location

Everything was as advertised. Everyone enjoyed staying here. One day we called maintenance because we were having an issue with one of the air conditioners. Within an hour they had a repairman on site to take care of the problem. Both maintenance and the repairman followed up to see if everything was working. By the end of the week everyone was asking if we could come back again.
