Tiki Time - Pool & Heated Spa, Wonderful Backyard Space, Near the Beach!

Have you ever wanted to have a vacation with your own pool and hot tub and at the same time be close to the beach? Well you will love to make this vacation home your dream come true! So whether you are boating, kayaking, or fishing, you have it all here at Tiki Time Beach Retreat. And if that’s not enough, this vacation home also has a large outdoor Tiki Hut and fire pit. So come, sit back relax and enjoy!

The pool is located in a large fenced-in back yard with plenty of privacy. It features a large poolside patio, hot tub and tiki bar with an outside dining area. So whether you want to enjoy the cool breeze or cold A/C, you can enjoy the view of the pool from almost everywhere inside the home.

The living room is situated with comfortable sofas, 55” HDTV and is beautifully decorated. There is plenty of space for the whole family. Relax and enjoy your favorite movie or sporting event on the big screen. There is an additional tv in the master bedroom. Also the home is equipped with WIFI so bring all the electronic devices and stay in touch with family and friends while you have the best vacation ever.

The kitchen is fully stocked with the appliances, cookware and tableware that you need to make the perfect meal. So whether you are preparing a large meal or just sitting and enjoying a morning cup of joe, this house has you covered.

The master suite is equipped with an extremely comfortable king-size bed, a 42” HDTV and an en-suite bathroom.

Our rental also has a full size washer and dryer, so you won’t have to worry about doing laundry when you get home.

The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill.

Located just south of downtown St. Augustine and close to everything that St. Augustine has to offer, you’ll be glad when you choose to stay at our beautiful beach home! There are bicycles for rent, as well, nearby. Butler Beach, where this house is located, is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Florida. It’s an expansive white powder beach! You’ll find fisherman, bikers when the tide recedes, walkers, surfers, kite boarders, shell gatherers, and of course sun bathers! St. Augustine city center, only 10 minutes north, is the most ancient, gorgeous city in Florida...and America for that matter! It hosts restaurants, stunning historic churches, some of the finest art galleries and a myriad of chic boutique shops. The first Friday of every month features an Art Walk, where some galleries even serve refreshments and stay open in the evening. As you walk cobble stone streets you have opportunity to explore history all around you, often hearing church bells. You can sight see through horse and buggy or trolley tours, or just shop til you drop! You will want to return year after year!

Pets and Service Animals: You must let us know if you are bringing an animal to the home, even if it is a service animal! It's important to let the cleaners know. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee. They must be less than 50lbs each and no aggressive breeds. NO CATS! Please do not allow your dogs to jump up onto the beds or couches. If the dogs are accustomed to being allowed on the furniture at home, please bring blankets to protect the surfaces. If you forget to bring blankets, let us know and we will provide you with some. If you bring a pet and do not tell us or pay the fee, we will charge your damage deposit for the pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house.

Important info about pool heating and fees: Both the spa and the pool will be at the same temperature if you choose to heat the pool because they share the same plumbing and heater. Most people prefer a heated spa in colder temperatures to a heated pool because the spa is set to 101 degrees and the pool heater would be set to 85 degrees. If the daytime air temp doesn't get above 58 degrees the pool will have a difficult time staying heated. The heating of the spa is included with your stay. If you want to heat the entire pool we have an additional heating fee of $199 plus $25 per night to maintain the temperature. If you arrive at the house and change your mind about the pool heating, the initial heating fee of $199 will not be refunded.

The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. Garbage and recycling must be taken out to the street Sunday night for Monday morning pickup.

The grill is NOT cleaned by the cleaning crew, it is your responsibility to clean it before and after you use it. We do not provide charcoal, you will need to bring all items you need to use the grill.

We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern.
