Thank you for the kind words. We are glad the walk to the beach was an easy one and that the house suited the whole party, four legged members included. Travelling with pets should be simple, so it is good to hear that it was. You would all be welcome back any time.

Our family had a great time. The house was clean and true to the pictures show. Location was great as it was easy to get to Downtown St Augustine, to the Publix and to the beach. The house is in a quiet neighborhood so it was quiet overnight. Owner was attentive and gave great instructions for everything around the home. We would stay here again!

Thank you for the lovely review. We are glad the house matched its photographs and that a quiet street still left you close to downtown, the shops and the sand. Good instructions take a little of the guesswork out of a first evening, so it is good to know they landed. Your family would be welcome back any time.

Excellent house! Extremely clean, comfortable beds & a perfect small pool. Nice neighborhood. We parked our vehicle & used a golf cart to get everywhere we wanted to go….beach & restaurants. A1A is busy & they are doing a lot of construction so did drive our vehicle to get to Publix. Communication was very good & one small issue was taken care of quickly! Just can’t ask for more!! I have stayed at many VRBOs & would highly recommend this place if in the area! Thank you David

Thank you for the thorough review. We are glad the beds were comfortable, the pool suited the trip and the neighborhood felt like the right base for you. The golf cart is a good tip for anyone weighing up the drive on A1A. Coming from someone who has stayed in as many homes as you have, the recommendation means a great deal.
