A cozy mountain home ( 1678 sq' ) above the clouds, near Lake Arrowhead, CA. Nestled on the edge off a cliff with views of Mt. Baldy, Saddleback Mt. to Catalina Island, on a clear day.
At night, view the romantic million lights of Southern California. To say that this hundred-mile view is spectacular, is an understatement.
Open airy feel of the home, basking in natural sunlight. Located on a quiet street, with easy parking, and level access to the home.

We are Educators and Health care professionals, and we live to serve others, through our work and hospitality.
We have served locally as well as internationally, and we come back to this home when we need a short vacation.

HEALTH NOTE: During this Covid-19 time. These guidelines are posted here, because we are concerned about the health of our guests.
We follow safe Covid-19 health practices by:
1. Following County, state and Federal guidelines.
2. Using a Covid-19 cleaning protocol recommended by this host, county and CDC guidelines.
3. Only families of the same household can come, per county guidelines. If you are not of the same household, please do not book. The county has stipulated that no parties or gatherings may take place here.
4. We always have a short break during stays with guests. During this time we sanitize, disinfect, and ventilate the house thoroughly.
5. We promote good hygiene and require guests to commit to wear face masks when going out in the community. We recommend guests to practice curb side pickup or delivery of food or other supplies.
6. We encourage any guests with signs or symptoms of Covid to stay home and not come up to this community. We monitor our small cleaning crew for any symptoms of the virus, and do not allow them to work if any symptoms are present. When the vaccine comes out we will be encouraging them to further protect themselves.

We bought this romantic mountain property central to resorts in the mountains of Southern California. It has easy access from the major urban centers, and retains the charm and beauty of a vacation guest home with a panoramic view of Southern California.
This home serves as a haven for couples and families that just need a break from the issues of everyday life.
The view of Southern California from this home, day or night is unique.
It is central to mountain resorts four seasons of the year, including snow skiing, Arrowhead Village, Arrowhead lake, water skiing, historical sites, some shopping, restaurants, hiking, ATV, mountain biking, etc.
This vacation home has all the amenities you would expect to have in your own home.
*WARNING: Minimum rental age is 30 years for this listing. When making a reservation, please give us the age ranges of all the guests.
Our Charges: We charge a nightly rate, deep cleaning fee, and state-local taxes to operate a business. Unlike a hotel room, which can be cleaned rather quickly (without sanitizing), this is a whole house that was built in the last 10 years. It takes a cleaning crew many hours to do a deep cleaning and sanitizing. We pay our cleaning crew a living wage. They deserve what they earn, to prepare a house for you that is clean.
Reservations: We charge more on the weekends than we do during the week, and more during holiday times. There are a few days a month, that we charge less. We charge a rate that is very competitive as compared to the hotel rooms in the mountains. The cost is for a whole house, with all of the utilities and conveniences of a home, so that a couple/family can have a mini get-away in the mountains, with the privacy a home can bring.
When you come here, you are on vacation, so there is no need when you leave, to strip or make the beds as we know you are still on vacation. You allow the cleaning crew to clean up after your gone.
Our special guests treat this home as if it were their own.

This is not a Party house, and it not a staging for people coming and going. The outdoor cameras capture everyone who comes on the property for security reasons. The house is only set up for a total of 6 guests. If your party is larger than 6 people, we ask you to kindly consider finding another property, as this house cannot accommodate your needs.
There are times when power may go out for all the homes in this community, and there is nothing we can do to get it back on, as it is a Southern California Edison issue. WE are not responsible for community power failures.
Exterior Security Cameras: The property has a surveillance camera placed on the front of the house and rear. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons only, and in case of break-ins, animal (bear/racoons) activity, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed (6 people), and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectation of privacy.
