This custom beach front condo sitting among a tropical garden is the best in Villas del Mar. Firstly, it is on the ground floor offering you some spectacular views of the beach, sea and pool, and only a few steps away, no stairs or hallways. There is no better place in all of PA than Villas del Mar E-107.

The spacious living & dining area were designed with total comfort in mind for your relaxation and vacation. Living room with 4 leather recliners, couch, loveseat and large screen TV with all the US premium movie channels. There is high speed internet complete with Netflix. The dining and living room with quadruple sliders open up to a beautiful covered terrace complete with outside dining table, lounge chairs, gas Weber barbecue and Jacuzzi, from where you can keep an eye on the kids at the pool. One of the best cool tropical breezeways in VDM with the doors open.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a marble wet bar and bar stools. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bath and reading area and large screen TV. The guests bedroom has 2 double beds with separate bathroom with shower and large TV, unit sleeps 6. There is a half bath off the living room and separate full laundry room. Condo comes fully equipped all the way down to the beach towels. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas on the terrace, pool and beach. During the day you can enjoy our spacious, serene paradise and then walk to the lively, colorful marina in 2 minutes.

The beach is just steps away from your door. The private terrace overlooks two beautiful pools and the ocean. It is directly in the middle of Villas del Mar, Unit E-107. The weather in this area is a mild 80+ degrees most of the year and the humidity is low because of the ocean breeze. We rarely have to use the air conditioner.

You can snorkel right out front on the most beautiful beach in the Puerto Aventuras area. The beach extends for 1 mile for that morning walk. There is a great bar and restaurant right on the beach, which offers pool side service to the residences of Villas del Mar. Palm trees and numerous palapas which are for the private use of the residences are on your private property. There are two dive shops just a 5 minute walk from your front door and many beautiful reefs are just a short boat ride out in front of the complex.

A 2 minute walk to the marina offers numerous restaurants, shopping, deep sea fishing opportunities, Swim with the Dolphins, parasailing, dinner cruises, scuba diving and tours to all the sites in the Riviera Maya.

The restaurants around the marina and at the beach offer fine steak and seafood, Mexican, Italian and American cuisines. Many of the restaurants are run by Americans and all speak perfect English. There are plenty of shops around the marina which is full of sea life. It is fun to sit at a restaurant and watch the dolphins swimming with enthusiastic tourists.

There is also a wide variety of tours at the marina. A short drive from the resort gives you spectacular beaches, cenotes, water parks, ruins, night life and shopping. Cancun and Playa del Carman are just a short drive away. Another favorite is to take the ferry over to Cozumel Island featuring the best scuba diving in the Riviera Maya. We also have several dive shops at the resort and excellent diving within a 5 minute boat ride from the marina.

If your into the night life, check out Cancun or Playa del Carman just a short drive away. There are spectacular ruins 20 minutes south of the resort at Tulum or drive another hour and see the tallest ruin at Chichen Itza. Coba ruins are also a must see. Check out the Tulum beach and make sure you eat at the Ty restaurant on the beach featuring fresh seafood dishes added to the curries.

There are three spectacular water parks called Xel Ha, Xcaret and Expore. You can pet the turtles, stingrays and parrots at these parks and see sharks, fish and all the native wildlife including pumas. Expore has a series of the best zip lines in the world. We really enjoy floating through the rivers and cenotes with these parks. The restaurants and beaches at these parks are out of this world and usually include all you can eat and drink with the admission price.

This resort is completely safe and behind a guarded entrance. We have not had any issues with theft, harassment or trouble. There are no vendors on the beaches. One of the best hospitals in Mexico is only 15 minutes away. There is a huge grocery store right across the highway from the entrance to the resort.

Come and enjoy Puerto Aventuras. We shopped up and down the Riveriera Maya for a condo before making our investment in this resort and it is by far the most exclusive, safe and nicest resort in the area. Villas del Mar is by far the nicest condo and beachfront and grounds in Puerto Aventuras.
