Located in PUERTO AVENTURAS the safest most prestigious gated community in the beautiful Mayan Riviera. This condo is in VILLA DEL MAR 1 oriented with beautiful views. The balcony looks out to the pool and beach. The open living room, dining room areas all have pool/beach views.

The large master bedroom offers beach and pool view with a desk/chair large closets/dressing area full bathroom /walk in shower and Smart TV.

The guest bedroom has two double size beds and full bathroom with a walk in shower. Large Closets/Cupboards and Smart TV.

This condo is spacious and is equipped with everything to make your stay enjoyable!

The landscaped grounds feature two very large pools, tennis courts and about one acre of private lawn. The private beach area has lounge chairs and shade providing 'Palapas'. Beach service (food and beverages) can be obtained from the Omni hotel servers, with a beach 'Cabana' bar located just next door.

Adding to the appeal of this location is your proximity to the many services and attractions Puerto Aventuras has to offer within walking distance.

ln less than five minutes you can be teeing up to play golf, climbing into a dive boat, snorkeling, heading off to catch a sailfish, swimming with the dolphins, shopping or dining at one of the many outdoor restaurants and shops including grocery stores and pharmacies.

A large grocery store is located across the highway right outside the gates of Puerto Aventuras.

For those who want a little more adventure, the Mayan ruins of Tulum, horseback riding, ATV Jungle Ride and Ziplining and other area attractions are only minutes away.

WHY RENT IN VILLA DEL MAR? Because it is located on the nicest stretch of Fatima Bay, it has a private beach area with palapas. There is a barrier in the ocean right in front stopping the large waves from coming in creating a sandy warm shallow lagoon making it safe children. Beyond the barrier is the nicest area to snorkel and swim.(A lot of Fatima Bay is tricky to swim in as it is shallow and rocky - Not so in front of Villa Del Mar) After your swim in the ocean shower off in the fresh water showers by the pools It offers the largest pools and beautifully manicured greenspace so there is room for everyone.

This is a truly idyllic location that offers something for everyone!

Friendly and accommodating host

We only stayed for 3 nights because we were moved from another area due to the hurricane damage. I booked this condo very last minute because of the circumstances and the host was sure I had everything I needed. She was very accommodating to our needs and the process was completely seamless. She was available to answer all my questions and offered some good advice! She's really personable and made us feel right at home. I would 100% book again with her! The condo is exactly as described and pictured. It's on the third floor in the perfect location for Puerto Aventuras. Thank you for a wonderful trip! I'm happy I found this place.

Fantastic as before!

We returned to Penny’s apartment after having an incredible time in April. The condo is in my opinion the very best in PA, big pools, beautiful beach access. The apartment is setup for anything you might need, we really enjoye staying here. It has been our favorite stay in the PA area hands down. We will continue to come back, as its really an incredible place for families.

Wonderful Family Stay in PA

Beautiful beachfront condo in a magnificent, clean, safe and well run complex (Villas del Mar). The apartment has absolutely everything you need, furnished with great taste from the owners, which clearly go out of their way to cover every detail of your stay. The balcony has a lovely dining table which we particularly enjoyed as a family with views of the Caribbean. We immensely appreciated little details like the owners leaving a full set of condiments, leaving kitchen paper towels, shampoo bottles in every bathroom as well as purified water gallons for our stay. We absolutely loved every detail, we would certainly love to go back to this apartment. The best complex in PA in my opinion. Andres

Loved It

Loved everything about this condo and location! Sat on the balcony every night and morning enjoying the view. Loved that we could walk 100 yards and be to multiple dinner spots. Loved that the Chedraui supermarket is so close. The area felt like a small quiet beach town. The condo had everything we needed! We will be back!

Couldn't Get Any Better!

We have stayed in plenty of VRBO properties, and usually have good luck. However, this particular place far exceeded expectations. The unit itself looks just like the pictures online. It was a great home away from home, and we did spend lots of time there. The place was stocked with plenty of linens, towels, games, cushions for chaise lounges, dishware, cookware, cleaners, toilet paper, etc. All we had to buy were groceries. But the best part was the view of the beautiful pool and the beach from the 3rd floor balcony. The pics do not show how great that is. Also, the location is incredible. We like to do ski in/ski out. This is beach in/ beach out! 2 minutes to the pool, 3 minutes to the beach. It is a short( really it is short) walk to a great village full of wonderful restaurants, cantinas, shops, and entertainment. Very safe and secure and no reason to leave the area, but so much better than an all-inclusive in a tiny hotel room. Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful condo in paradise!

Wow! What a great stay we had at this condo! There were six of us (my husband and me, our 17 and 22 year old sons, and two of their friends). The condo offered ample space and then some for all of us. It was the most well equipped condo we have ever stayed in. We didn't want for anything! Plenty of kitchen supplies, beach towels, beach and pool toys, small cooler to take to the pool/beach, pretty much anything you needed was there. The bikes were an extra bonus! The view is absolutely amazing! We loved the indoor/outdoor living when opening the sliding glass doors to the balcony all the way. We spent most of our time on the balcony while home, and enjoyed all our meals there when eating in. The location is also great. In a minute or two you can be at the pool or on the beach. The roped off section of private beach for Villa Del Mar was great. There are plenty of chairs and palapas for use. Just a short 2 minute walk and you're at the marina to shop, eat, and play. Lastly, let's not forget about Penny and Richard! Penny was very responsive throughout our communications from the time I booked to the end of our vacation. She sent a lot of useful information for the condo and Puerto Aventuras prior to our arrival. She even checked in on us a few times just to make sure all was good! Richard was also very responsive and came over to check in after our arrival. Our vacation was so smooth and seamless that we didn't actually need anything while there, but when I did contact Richard he answered right back. It was nice to know he was close and we could count on him if we needed anything! You won't regret booking this condo... I know we didn't and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic vacation spot and great home.

We loved staying at Villa Del Mar. this complex is so easy and relaxing. The owner (Penny) was so attentive and helpful at every turn. So many fun things to do nearby. Highly recommend this place for a memorable vacation.

Perfect Condo

Everything went perfect with this rental. Penny, the owner, answered very fast and provided additional info and answers to all questions in the same fast manner. Property is in great condition and has all the necessary stuff to have an easy vacation. Villa del Mar worked great for our family: Huge pool, nice beach (no issues with seaweed during our stay as it is kind of protected from the direct landing of it) and central location inside Puerto Aventuras. If you know that Puerto Aventuras is the place for your vacation then this condo is for sure one of the best options out there.

Great vacations

The condo, Villas del Mar 1, is family friendly and safe. The property is very well maintained and clean. The apartment has all you need: well-equipped kitchen, linens, wi-fi, cable TV, AC and fans, a large balcony with furniture, etc. Three bikes are also available. The walkway to the beach is very short. On the beach, there are plenty of palapas, chairs, and sunbeds. The pool is very large and never too crowded. There are a lot of restaurants nearby within Puerto Aventuras. Many cenotes (we went to "Jardines del Edén") are 5-10 minutes drive from the property. The owner, Penny, is attentive and polite. She answered all the questions we had in detail and was very thoughtful throughout our stay.

This is the one! Perfect!!

This condo is the absolute perfect place for your family vacation. I spent months researching Cancun and surrounding areas for my family of 6 (4 kids under 13) and wanted somewhere fun, clean and safe without having to pack or shop for an empty condo or hotel. First of all, Puerto Aventuras is a gated community about an hour from the Cancun airport with hotel, condos, marina, restaurants, shops and golfing and Villas Del Mar is a gated condo complex within PA. I felt completely safe letting our kids go back and forth to the beach, pool, Oxxo (like a 7/11) and geltao shop on their own. It's also nice sharing the beach with the Omni hotel and being able to share their chairs, loungers (we never had a problem getting a spot) and the beach bar and restaurant. Our unit in Villas Del Mar itself was wonderful, it was spotless, updated with free WiFi and the owner provided everything we could have needed including towels, boogie boards, pool toys, life jackets, tennis rackets, bikes, a BBQ grill, staples like paper towels, soap, laundry and dish detergent, sun screen, aloe vera, a service that brings 5 gallon water whenever needed and food supplies like condiments, ice cube trays, and all dishes and appliances. There is a grocery store directly across the street from the main PA gates and we went over 3 times in our 10 day stay for breakfast and lunch supplies, but usually had dinner at one of the many restaurants within walking distance from the condo (don't miss karaoke night at Cafe Ole). We also did day trips to Xplor, Xcaret, Tulum and Playa del Carmen which are all about 20 minutes in one direction or the other from PA. The grounds of Villa Del Mar are kept immaculate with huge grassy areas for kids to play soccer, frisbee, or chase the fireflies at night, 2 large pools that were never crowded. The beach is very clean, in a cove so there are almost no waves, and very shallow for at least 50 yards out which makes for great snorkeling right at your front door. We saw lots of fish and manta rays every day. This is NOT a place to come to "party" as most guests are families with small kids or older folks, but it is exactly what we were looking for and we would go back again with no hesitation, I can't think of anything we would do differently. You will love it!

2nd time is a charm!

Penny - this was our 2nd time staying at your condo and just like the first time - you were very helpful with our questions regarding the property and surrounding attractions. The unit was just as clean and functional for us as it was for our first stay in 2016. We enjoyed making some meals in the unit and the barbecue is a great addition to your well equipped kitchen! The proximity to all the amazing beach, restaurants and market is excellent and even the relatively short walk to the grocery store is totally manageable if you don't have a car. Taxis are always available to drive you back to the unit if your purchases are too heavy. The complex was noticeable quieter in April than when we visited in Feb of 2016 so it made for an even more relaxing stay. The live entertainment in the restaurants was always enjoyable and added to the ambiance. Your unit is a wonderful relaxing haven from the busyness of life!! We highly recommend it to anyone wanting to have wonderful accommodations in a safe complex!!

Great Condo

Great condo in a fabulous complex. Stayed there for over two and a half months. Great restaurants near by. Very safe gated community. Easy access to groceries at Chadrui. Not crowded at all, always a Palapa available. Condo shows pride of ownership, well equipped and maintained. Penny is very responsive and truly cares about your stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this place.

A beautiful place for anyone to enjoy!

My husband and i chose this condo as our honeymoon destination for 16 days. We arrived to a spotless, beautiful condo that exceeded our expectations. With access to our own private beach and pool as well as being very close to all of the attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores, what more could one ask for? Penny was wonderful in answering any of our questions we sent by email before and during our stay. We are looking to return again in the near future.

Fantastic!

This was our second stay at E302. Just like last year, it was wonderful! The condo is very spacious, airy, clean, and well equipped. The whole complex is well maintained and secure. We walked along the beach past other complexes and Villas Del Mar has, by far, the best beach and pool area. We opted to cook in several times and also eat at the marina area. Access to Chedraui grocery store is easy whether you have a rental car or not. Taxis are available. We used an adventure company located next door in the Omni. I totally recommend this condo.

Perfect!!!

This was our 2nd time here, we returned because we love the place, owner is very attentive, gave us very useful tips, respond emails very quickly and she is always ready to fix any inconvenience. The condo is fully equiped and very confortable, it has a view over the garden and pool, a few steps to the beach which is amazing clear water and calm as a pool. If you want to rest and have a peaceful days Puerto Aventuras is the place, 10 mints from Playa del Carmen if you want to party.

Great place , safe town . Great for families.

Penny's place was great our family had a great time. Well equipped condo has everything you need to feel right at home. The beach and pool are excellent. We spent a week there and wouldn't hesitate coming back. Penny sent me a few emails prior to our arrival about the town and thing to to around the area. We didn't rent a car my husband didn't feel like driving, we used USA transfer to and from the airport great service. The taxi stop is right in front of the condo we used them one day to go to Akumal beach and swim with the turtles, a must if you like seeing animals in their natural habitat. Used a local transportation service Memo's tours to go to Tulum and Chichen-Itza they took to local places for lunch that we would be able find on our own . This place is amazing great town , great condo. The beach is amazing . We did snorkeling right in front of the condo beyond the barrier and saw many Fish, Stingrays. My kids enjoyed paddle boarding. The water was calm, safe for young kids. We had a great time. We loved the small town feeling. Very safe for families.

wonderful weekend getaway

We spent a long weekend at the condo and enjoyed every moment of the trip. The condo is easy to find, clean, and beautiful. Our favorite part was the living room windows that completely open up to a great view of the pool. It was great to be able to easily go back and forth between the pool, beach, and condo. Penny was very responsive and helpful before and during our trip.

We have been going to Mexico for the month of December for the last 10 years and for 7 of those years we have been renting at Villa del Mar. So when this condo came up for sale we felt confident in purchasing the unit. Villa del Mar and Puerto Aventuras offers all the things we would want for a sunny vacation home. Beautiful beaches with gorgeous white powdery sand, friendly people, breathtaking views, brilliant ocean bay and the many activities and adventures of the area made this a perfect choice for our family.

Our favourite thing to do in Puerto Aventuras is just to relax by the beach and and enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean and beach. The waters are calm which makes it excellent for snorkelling, kayaking or Stand up Paddle Boarding. Equipment can be rented right off the beach. The Dolphin Discovery' program is very popular and is just a five minute walk from the condo. The Dolphin lagoon is surrounded by outdoor restaurants, great for either grabbing a quick snack or a relaxing dinner. If you want to try the adventure of deep sea fishing or scuba diving you need only walk five minutes to get on a boat. There is many other attractions within a twenty minute drive. Visit Tulum to see the ancient Mayan ruins and gorgeous beaches. Xcaret is an eco-park that features sea turtles, snuba, underground rivers, butterly pavilion, and a spectacular Mayan cultural show. X-Plor is a brand new attraction featuring zip lines, exploring an underground paradise, and jungle exploration on an incredible amphibious ATV!. Horseback riding, shopping, and nightlife in Playa del Carmen are also just 15 minutes away.
