Luxurious beachfront condo on Riviera Maya, 2 bdrm, large balconies, 1575 sq ft

This large, corner unit condo overlooks Riviera Maya, and Quinta Luna’s private beach and lagoon fitted with loungers and umbrellas for guest use. It is within walking distance of fabulous restaurants, shopping, bars and activity centers housed around a large dolphin lagoon.

The master bedroom has a full bath and opens to a large private balcony with a built in loveseat where you can watch the sun rise and set. Large flatscreen TV.

The living room has a large wrap around sofa, 2 arm chairs and is adjacent to a beautiful dining area with seating for 6. Both have sweeping ocean views with floor to ceiling windows opening up to a large covered terrace where you can take in the sea breeze in 2 oversized loungers, grill your ocean catch or dine al-fresco at a table for 4. Extra large flat screen TV.

The kitchen comes fully equipped including microwave, oven, stove, full size refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, ample dinnerware, cookware and utensils and opens up to the living area.

We fell in love at first site and hope you will as well.

Great location, many restaurants, gift shops, stores near, #1 breakfast Lara & Luca , best lunch and ceviche 081 restaurant, best dinner La Cueva Del Pascador in Akumal, best beach PA Hotel & Beach club, Ziggy’s Tulum second best, Walmart in Playa De Carman best prices, grocery on other side of 307 AKI second best, alcohol in PA was reasonable. Great swimming pool on site and people! Overall Grest Trip

Perfect Stay

Our stay was perfect! The property is beautiful and in great shape. Prettiest area of Puerto Aventuras in our opinion. The condo was spacious, had everything we needed and very clean. We enjoyed cruising on the 2 nice bikes provided as well. We would definitely return and recommend to others as well. Lastly, the communication with the owner was top notch! Great 1st (and definitely not last) visit to Puerto Aventuras.

Paradise in Puerto Adventuras

We cannot say enough about this condo. Great location, location, location!!! The condo itself is so beautifully decorated, huge amount of space and great outdoor space with the pool and the sandy beach. Suson was such a great host and gave us a ton of information to make our stay lovely and also accommodated our checkin and late check out which was so appreciated. We even used the bicycles to do a little sight seeing around the town. It was the nicest VRBO we have stayed in to date! If it’s available, don’t delay in booking this gem!

Best view in Puerto Aventuras!

Beautiful balcony to relax on and enjoy the fabulous view. Everything we needed was there, the lagoon is great for kayaking and swimming, and the owner was a delight. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely go back. We enjoyed outings to nearby Yal Ku for snorkeling and Xpu Ha beach where the locals go. A day trip to the ruins and cenotes at Coba was worth the journey, and the shrimp tacos at Kaab Hotel in Coba were the best we've ever had.

Beautiful

We stayed in unit 203 and the views are absolutely beautiful with unreal sunrise and sunsets .The owners that live there go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best possible, we were invited to two Christmas party with live music played by 2 teenagers from Canada and they can flat out play .The property is so clean and beautiful with all kinds of birds , iguana’s little raccoon looking animals and the small little beach is amazing .We will definitely be back to Puerto Adventuras especially this place and the beautiful town center with all the restaurants

What a view!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Suson’s condo in Puerto Aventuras . From start to finish, everything was seamless and hassle-free. Her property exceeded all of our expectations - it was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. She was also very responsive and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I cannot recommend it enough for anyone looking for a fantastic paradise vacation rental experience. We can’t wait to go back!

A Truly Relaxing Getaway

We had the pleasure of staying at Suson and Heather’s condo for just over a week and loved every minute of it. The condo was spacious, had comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. The condo was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Our host, Suson, was very helpful with getting us acquainted with Puerto Aveturas and an absolutely lovely person. The property grounds were very quiet and perfect for enjoying a tranquil evening watching the sunset on their beautiful patio. We would definitely recommend this rental to our friends and family!

Very confusing check in process

First of all, you cannot get to the property with the address the has provided. It has to have a street number or the name of the condo. Second, check in information was never provided until I asked. We finally got it as we were arriving the Cancun airport. The lock box by the door was very difficult to open or close. They should replace it with something easier.

GREAT CONDO, GREAT OWNERS!!!

This isn't the first time I've stayed in Quinta Luna Condo's. Overall, its one of the nicest complex's in all of Puerto Aventuras. Suson and her daughter, Heather were exceptional at getting me into the unit and up to speed with everything at my disposal in the condo and in the complex. You cannot beat the view from this condo, what a great way to wake up every morning. The internet worked great so I could do a little work each morning. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The AC and Showers were spot on. Zero complaints. I will absolutely stay here next year. Scott

Fabulous Vacation!

This was our first time in Puerto Adventuras (PA) and it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked into this oceanfront condo and saw the spectacular view, we knew it was going to be a great week. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - beautiful grounds and pool, nice furniture (inside and out), a great mattress, superb air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen, cruiser bike and pool floats, and combo W/D. (We rented a second bike and a golf cart from local residents so we could explore the entire community and get groceries one day.) The owner’s communication was excellent throughout the entire process which made us feel more comfortable visiting PA for the first time. We enjoyed snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding in the adjacent lagoon and visiting the marina (15 min walk) for great meals at several restaurants including Cafe Ole, Tuk Tuk, Papacitos Cocina, The Pub, and Munchies. We plan to visit PA again and would definitely rent this condo.

The Best View in Puerto Aventuras

Probably the best condo location in Puerto Aventuras, this property did not disappoint. The interior of the condo was of Mexican decor which enhanced the feeling of the vacation. It is a nice quiet condo property with Air Conditioning that was very welcome walking in the door during our entire 10 day stay. The view each morning and evening was wonderful along with watching the pelicans fly by each day. Puerto Aventuras is a great location for being close to both Playa Del Carman and Tulum which allows you to conveniently explore the Riviera Maya region in all its splendor - from amazing beaches to the unique Cenote. Most importantly, being located in Puerto Aventuras was great for walking to the town centre for dinner which we did many nights with a variety of options to select from. The large living room area with a comfortable couch was excellent for watching the massive 80" TV. We don't have a TV that big in our house so it added to the memories. The beds were very comfortable and the AC made sleeping a pleasure. The other condo owners on the property were very nice to us and fun to chat with! Just sitting by the infinity pool we learned of the best restaurants to go to and on which nights to hear music - very fun. We highly recommend staying at this property and location.
