THE VIEW
Enjoy this upstairs corner beachfront cottage on the sand with panoramic ocean views up and down the coast. You'll be delighted with full ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen, with the sounds of ocean surf filling every room in the condo. The sand and water's edge are just a few steps away. Experience incredible ocean breezes and sunsets on the balcony.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The remodeled kitchen features lovely granite countertops. Most of the hallway wall between the kitchen and entryway has been removed, so there is lots of space for moving about while preparing meals. The cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining room table seats 6.

LIVING AREAS
The living room has ample seating locations with a beautiful sectional sofa. The living room also has a 48" flat-screen TV that you can use to either watch cable or a DVD. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The master bathroom features a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.

SLEEPING
D24 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom suite has a comfortable top-quality king-size bed. You can see the ocean as you lie in bed and drift off to sleep. The second bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 Twin bed and lovely garden views. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, cable, and ceiling fans. For additional sleeping arrangements in the living area, there is a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA
D24 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach.
